My sons car was stolen in Salt Lake City and involved in a DUI incident with a police cruiserWe were unaware of this, .because we live in Nevada. When we were called to say the car had been found we tried to get information ..was it damaged, etc.We werent able to find out anything. Whomever you initially talk to on the phone assumes that you know exactly what you need to know to pick up a vehicle. In our state, we dont need any forms ...just money.We drove three hours to pick our car up, and the employees in the office, once again, rude!! They said they didnt have on record that the vehicle was stolen. So basically, we were treated like we were the ones that rammed a police cruiser.The level of unprofessionalism is off the charts!!I guess in this business you dont need to be polite or treat people with respect.

If I could give no stars, I would since technically we booked through them but didn’t even get to use the service since they weren’t there . Boyfriend and I reserved and rented a uhaul for 10 am. It’s hard to locate where they do the business for that since there isn’t any proper sign showing you where you can find where to pick up truck. When we called, the guys instructions weren’t helpful at all and he seemed not so interested in helping us with our situation. After 30 mins of waiting to get the key, we called again and the guy said that someone was on their way. We waited for almost 2 hours, multiple calls to same person with the same answer, and no one came. Luckily we found another company nearby (Wasatch Transportation) and they helped us last minute within 5 minutes.

Im the owner of Utah Junk Pickup. We own a fleet of trucks and have used half a dozen towing companies in the last year. This was hands down the easiest, fastest, and affordable company we have ever used.

Uhaul pickup procedure was odd (hard to find the business/storefront, and then had to go around the East-South between buildings to a small junkyard with a uhaul in it. Rep had a hard time figuring out where my rental truck was..) Upon returning the uhaul after hours, the uhaul app said that the key dropbox would be near the front door of the business. It wasnt; or this business considers the East/side door its front door. Parking spot for the uhaul was also not obvious. I parked out front. After 30 minutes of searching for the key dropbox, an after-hours/Saturday rep asked me to move the truck to the side of the building. The rep was helpful, but the business uhaul procedure was completely different from uhauls instructions/procedure. These need to line up exactly for a better customer experience..

Was told to wait for assistance and waited over an hour, no one ever showed up. Terrible experience

I have GEICO Insurance and their towing companies for heavy towing were closed. I called Pendleton Towing they told me it would be awhile because they were on another call. Pendleton Towing did arrive and towed my Class A over 40 miles and had a very honest rate. They took great care in towing. If Im in their towing area I will absolutely use them again. I would be a fool not to

My car broke down at 11 at night and my insurance company couldnt find any towing service for me so I called this place. The guys who came and helped me got there quickly and they quoted a lower price than everyone else. Their office workers are super quick and professional. Everyone was extremely nice and professional.

They werent helpful at all. My dad and brother went to them and gave them attitude the whole time they were there. My dad and brother ended up coming back empty handed. It was a Uhual order/question.

Amazing service! Still pretty low price even when they were really busy. Got a lot of good insight on options to fix my car and what to look into from the owner who towed me. Very good company with great employees! Would recommend 10/10

We were involved in an accident that totaled our car and Pendleton was the company to pick it up. The insurance has still not determined liability and I could not afford to get the car released if it wasn’t through our insurance. I understand this is a business and they have to make room in their lot but I was only given 2 weeks to figure out what to do with the car. I was in constant contact trying to explain that the insurance is not finished and I can’t get it out till there was a decision. They did not care. I was told if I did not bring $100 and the title or pay the full fee then they were going to start title work and send me to collections. They were extremely unprofessional both in the office and at the sight. They dumped all the absorbent in the backseat ruining the car seat covers, the floor, the high school text books and anything else that was in the back. We didn’t ask to use this company and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I basically asked him to do the impossible by dropping my 26ft box truck into a tiny corner of a packed storage lot and he delivered. Highly recommended! The owner, Nathan, went above and beyond for us. We had broke down on 215 East traveling through Utah with our coach and called Pendleton’s for a tow to the closest service center. When he arrived to see what type of tow vehicle would be needed for our coach we informed him that it was now starting and we thought we could make it. Instead of charging us for coming out and just leaving, Nathan offered to follow us to the service center to ensure we made it safely and stayed on the phone to give us directions. Not only that but once we arrived to the service center, he kindly introduced us to the staff. You don’t see this type of service every day.

I highly recommend Pendleton. I live in Coos Bay, Oregon but my kids live in Utah. My sons keys were stolen from a fitness center. Darci was fantastic! He took great care with my sons Acura. He also would not leave until my sons ride arrived. It’s rare to find great service, fair pricing, and people that care. Big shout out to Darci! Thanks so much!

The best, most down to earth tow company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with .I say that with a smile .My wife and I broke down on our way home from south Dakota to California in our motorhome got dropped off by another tow company in the middle of the night at a horrible tweaker repair shop . I had to have Pendeltons come and hook me up and get me to a reputable shop .the owner and two other drivers showed up and treated us like family . they were very respectful polite and professional . if I ever have the bad luck to break down anywhere near alt lake again ill will never call anyone else. they turned what was the worst couple days into a manageable situation .thank you all again .

I was scheduled to pick up at 8am but they never come pick up the car. I called the driver and he said he doesn’t know about anything. And he said he’s going to call the owner and he’ll give me a call but the owner never give me a call. I’ve call again to fine out what’s going on and he said he’ll give him a call again but the owner or the driver never get back to me. They are fake... they’re not professional AT ALL... waste of time waiting for them to pick up the car.... fake company.

Called up a few other towing companies and Pendletons gave me the best price to get my semi and trailer towed from I-15 to Smith Power Products. Brad and Nater were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling these guys up if I need a tow around here again, and will definitely get their name out there. Best bang for your buck, hands down. Thanks guys.

We broke down outside of Salt Lake City Utah if it wasnt for this truck driver Morgan we would have been dead in the water he was out to us with in 1520 minutes we had a big truck with the u-haul trailer a 2 month old baby a two-year-old baby a 9 year old a handicapped elderly and my son Jacob and my daughter along Bree Ana Morgan got out to us immediately and waited the whole time until the Uber came to pick us up the Uber took almost 3 hours he stood out there and made sure that we were all safe and till we were all in the over to toe the truck in the u-haul back to his shot If youre looking for a tow truck company that wants to put you and your family 1st then this is the company to go by were from California and we spent 3 days in Utah they had our truck up and running with in A-day God-bless this company and Morgan as well

Towing companies arent always at the top of peoples happy lists because they are usually meeting us on bad days.I had a great experience with them. I had an issue and they took care of it quickly. There were somethings I was unclear on but they took in stride and got me taken care of in a very professional way.They will get you taken care of as quickly as possible and make sure youre well taken care of.

We had a slightly unusual and complicated situation requiring heavy equipment. I explained it over the phone to give them an idea of the what would be required and they were able to quickly size it up and send the appropriate trucks out to get us out of a pickle. The first time I cant remember the guys name but he was great, and the second time Nate picked me up and let me ride with him to my destination. I had an rv break down and called them. They promised a tow truck in 45 minutes and did not arrive. I called back every hour and they promised it was on the way.. After 4-5 hours of waiting I called upset because the shop was closing and they still had not arrived. They became hostile and then cancelled the tow because they could not make good on their promise. Their behavior is what makes me lose faith in humanity.

Had these guys help me with an OTR trucking load, and I can safely say it would not have happened without them. Dealt with all sorts of trouble from the shipping broker and his driver, but these guys bent over backwards to make sure my load was on its way. Great rates and stellar service.

Just passed two of your employees in Sandy on lunch break, riding in their burgundy F150 truck, throwing their lunch trash out the window as they went along. Maybe you should let your employees know that they represent you anytime they drive a company vehicle.

Towing was quick. I showed up to get my personal items from my car after it was totalled, 2 of the guys were in the process of taking the battery from my car and there was a pile or garage and broken parts (not from my car) piled in the backseat, there were even dirty paper plates! Very little respect for peoples personal property. My insurance was moving the car from the lot soon ans they were taking what they could while they could. When we pulled up to the totalled car, they hurried away from it and said Can I help you? in a rude way like we were the ones stealing. The same man that was trying to take the battery stared me down and gave me a dirty when I pulled into the parking lot. The guy in the office was very helpful and informative, the white haired man had very little respect for my personal property and was rude in general.
