Horrible customer service. And prices were outrageous for half mile tow was 140.00. I would highly recommend beehive towing for your towing needs

This man was the most professional man Ive ever met in the towing industry he did me a marvelous job loading a car that I didnt think could be loaded on a flat bed he did a good job you need to give him a raise

I highly advise anyone NOT to ever use this company. Their shoddy business practices cost me over $650.00 in stolen property from my car while in their possession. My car was towed to their lot, after a police report had documented the numerous tools and other items in my trunk. Upon retrieving my vehicle,, everything from inside had been stolen. Their practice is to leave customer keys inside of the cars, underneath the floor mats. I wonder how many disgruntled employees know about this??? They refuse to compensate, so we shall see them in court next.

Extremely unprofessional. Not willing to answer any questions. Does not have the capacity to answer basic questions about where vehicles are being taken. Our vehicle was not released to be taken anywhere. They have no ability of basic human communication. This has been the worst experience of a towing company I have ever had. The reception tries to wear you down by incompetence, when you ask for management or owner involvement, you get a very angry man named Mike, who yells at women and tells you he doesn’t have time for you. Warning, do not use this company, they will take your vehicle without proper permission and couldn’t care less. No respect at all for basic human decency. Do not be fooled into paying heed to their website description of their fantastic service. It is a lie.

They arrived on time, made sure I knew what was going to happen, took me to my mechanic and had a nice conversation with the driver! If I need a tow again I will definitely use this company!

Good dudes to repair your medical equipment or print some brochures. These guys do it all.🤔Make sure you get to their office at least ½hr before 5, because nothing stops Miller Time around this tow yard.

These guys can tow anything they have towed multiple vehicles of mine and a tuff shed that was on my property reliable and quick great company

Just called to get some info on their process cash for junk car and they were so rude. No customer serivice whatsoever!!! If you need a tow company this is NOT the one, call a different company, unless you want to deal with a VERY unprofessional company. I would give a no star review if that was an option.

If I could leave no stars I would. This company is honestly the worst. Their staff has no customer service skills what so ever. Made us jump through hoops just to obtain our vehicle. What a complete joke! Try to avoid them at all costs. Not worth anyones time.
