Ive been a customer for PC Laptops since 2013. Im always met with great service with a crew that are Computer lovers first, salesmen second. I always get my computers back quick whether its a brand new one or getting one repaired. I will always recommend going to PC Laptops for any computer needs.

Took my desk top in to make sure it was working properly and I was told it 825 at first then it went up to a 1000 said they could by computer from them for 3000 I dont money from that and when I asked if I could get cash back and have them the computer off of me so its like their you to spend more money need

I bought a laptop computer from PC Laptops just over a year ago and was very happy with the service and the computer so when my wifes computer started having issues we went back to PC Laptops to have it checked out. Steve took a look at it and it turned out to be a simple fix and he didnt charge us anything. My wifes computer was an older one and she really need a new one so we ended up buying her a new one from PC Laptops because of the top quality service and the quality of their computers. I like the fact that they build every computer making it so easy to service if and when needed. So much better than the big box stores. Steve did a great job taking care of our needs.

Alex the manager present at the time of experience was amazing at helping me determine my laptop was in factory condition with factory issued equipment. I will be recommending to friend and family.

I went into the PC Laptops on 1794 W. 7800 S. because I was having an issue with my computer. Gabriel was there to help figure out the problem. He essentially traded me an ac adapter that worked for mine that wasn’t working anymore for no charge! He was very nice to do that and it made my day because I had been dealing with this computer problem for too long. I was extremely happy with their service and will go back there for any other necessities.

Bought an HP laptop for my daughter six months ago. My husband was installing a driver for the internet and other updates when it suddenly shut off. We brought it in for them to run diagnostics on it. After about six hours my daughter was told the hard drive needed to be replaced for $400 or they could sell us a new one. I decided to get a second opinion since the device was less than a year old. Took it to geek squad in Murray who said it was a failed instillation and the hardrive was fine. They were able to reboot it no problem. The only reason why this place doesn’t get one star is they didn’t charge $40 to run diagnostics. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but this experience was ridiculous and they seemed to only want to sell us a new laptop or spend hundreds on unnecessary repairs.

Ive been buying computers from these guys since the early 90s, wouldnt buy one anywhere else. Im not very computer literate and have had nothing but good service and reliable machines from them. They arent the cheapest and Im sure thats why they work so good. Dont waste your money on a lesser product.

Our computer had a swollen battery and I called to ask if they would remove it. I got a cheerful yes from Steve. When I arrived Alex promptly helped me and had the battery out in just a couple of minutes. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

Good experience, quick turn around!! I took in an older, low end desktop that wouldnt startup correctly. They looked into the problem and determined the repair would be too costly for the value of the computer. There was no charge for the diagnosis and they got back to me quickly. Steve was really personable and low pressure offering suitable replacements.

My experience with PC Laptops was better than stellar. I was met with competent employees who kept promises, delivered on time and were entirely reasonable in price. When the computer needed help they took care of business quickly and even installed an old harddrive at no charge.Im sold on these guys. Best computer service in town.

Not only was the sales representative most concerned and caring about providing the specs required for my business but he was so pleasant and professional. I also had the good pleasure of working with the computer tech who was equally concerned and caring about how my computer was built and being certain it was ready to do its job once in my office. I am updating my review to say that PC Laptops persistently tried to get ahold of me after I left this review to replace the screen under warranty. I wasn’t aware they could do that, but I really appreciate the effort they put into getting ahold of me and fixing the laptop. Thank you guys.Im not a fan of PC Laptops. I bought a custom made laptop from PC Laptops for $2,800 about two years ago. Im not impressed with the quality of this laptop, and for that cost, I should be. Within two years, there is a line of dead pixels near the top left of the screen. The laptop is still usable but this shouldnt have happened on a laptop this new. I looked up ways to fix it, none of which worked, they are definitely dead pixels.

This was a wonderfully safe way to upgrade my laptop for one that I have peace of mind about as they will take care of it for me. I had an fairly new laptop that was failing far too soon and now I have one from PC laptops. They were great to deal with

They fixed my laptop which I thought was a lost cause but they are definitely professionals. My laptop froze at the loading screen when this “Quick Update Driver” app told me I needed to update a few things and so I did and it told me I needed to restart my laptop and it froze at the “preparing automatic repair” . I called an IT guy but he couldn’t help and i tried all the options in the troubleshoot but nothing worked so I took it in and they fixed it. Customer service was really awesome! They were nice and informative. Definitely recommend them when something like this happens

I went in to purchase a new desktop after deciding to upgrade my current system. Ryan at the West Jordan store was a fantastic help in making sure I got the specs I needed for a top of the line setup for heavy duty usage. Despite one small hardware problem that quickly got fixed and one part that was on backorder, the entire process has been very transparent and painless. The new machines been up and running all week now and runs beautifully.

Took my laptop in for its annual check up. I really appreciated the email reminding me and then allowing me to set a convenient time for my appointment. Technicians were ever so courteous and knowledgeable.

My daughter purchased a desk top computer package. The staff was very helpful not to mention just as professional. Unit was a bit more costly than some, but did come with a very good warranty and support agreement.Highly recommended.

When I went into the West Jordan store I was treated respectfully and my needs handled quickly. The people are very knowledgeable, knew how to direct me for saving my data. They did not push a new computer on me, but when I inquired about different models they took time to explain each one. I was very impressed with them and highly recommend their products and their expertise. They really gave me peace of mind as to the computer issues I was having.

I just picked up my laptop from PC laptop. Being the VA paid it for me, i was not expecting much. But when I got home.and turned it on, I was amazed how fast it is. I love the keyboard because it lights up, i especially like the hardcover it has. I love the fact that the bottom.of the laptop has built in stands to prevent overheating. Most laptop have that feature however if you dont know they are there you wont use them. I especially like the fact that they actually turned it on in front of me and show me everything before i left. It does to things, it shows that it turns on and works and save me time for coming back and complain later 🤣 anyway you cant get that from best buy.. js.. their office is very clean and the staff were very nice. Thank you PC Laptops, i think i just became a loyal customer! I want a desktop from you 🤩🤩🤩😎

(Update) went from 1 star to 5 writing this review got me thinking I should actually call and speak to a manager and boy Im glad I did. I spoke to Mike and wow what an awesome individual he is going to take care of all of my concerns he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Long story short dealing with him is exactly the kind of customer service I was hoping for. I think part of the problem is definitely the fact Im very soft spoken and maybe I wasnt making things clear in the store. If I would have simply asked for a manager or even directly expressed my concerns Im betting things would have been different._______________________________________Before I even get started I do want to make one thing clear every time I have went to the store the people have been very kind and genuine, however I am finding it more difficult to overlook the mistakes and shortcomings on the build that I have purchased.So what I purchased was an extremely expensive high-end machine it has a threadripper 3960 and a taichi motherboard and GeForce 2080ti founders edetion 11g, and an AIO. I guess after looking over the part sheet I could have built the exact same computer or quite a bit less money however I wanted the Peace of mind of having an excellent warranty. Unfortunately what I did not realize is first off whoever is building their systems do not seem to understand but the newer AMD chips require 3600 megahertz ram to perform at their maximum my system had 3200 megahertz ram. When I went into the store and asked them why they would use 3200 instead of 3600 because that would affect performance they pretty much shrug their shoulders, they also informed me if I wanted to upgrade the RAM they would be happy to take the ram out of the system and charge me for 3600. Their price on RAM wasnt the best, so I bought it on Amazon. I purchased 3600 and decided to do a benchmark with both, I saw an increase in performance of almost 14% !However while running benchmarks back to back I started to notice something odd, CPU performance was fluctuating all over the place so I decided to check CPU temperatures, hey go figure it was thermal throttling at that point I took it back to the store and they informed me that the aio cooler that they placed on the processor wasnt covering the entire die and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay to upgrade to an appropriate cooler......I thought after spending $6,000 I would have a system that would actually function, unfortunately as nice as the people in the store are it does seem like theyre consistently after your wallet.Be Aware check the specs, I have owned my system for 4 weeks and Im already having to spend around 600 the fix all the issues and Im also having an issue with the m.2 x4 card, asked them about it and they didnt really seem to understand.... So I guess I am stuck trying to see if ASRock will help me. Really saddened by this experience I have bought parts and PCs etc from them for years always been a fantastic experience until now........

I took my laptop in I had to have a hard drive for place. But when I got it back I cant play the games I usually play on it and they all work fine before I took it in. Not sure what is wrong.

If you arent buying from these guys and you depend on your computer for work youre making a mistake.Sunday my pc crashed. Blue screen of death. Ive had this computer for 6 years.I had a zoom meeting Tuesday for a job interview with four executives. I had all my notes, my company research and my sample responses. Without my PC I would have been screwed.I took it in and Joshua jumped right on it. Alex my tech took it back and started working right away. Alex keep me updated through the day. All the work and the hard drive they had to replace was covered under their lifetime guarantee.I got my computer back in time and my interview went perfectly.PC Laptops proved that they really do love me.

Felt like the sales side could use an upgrade and super pricey. But maybe worth it if you can afford it because they can customize a pc to fit your needs and the complementary beverages are a nice touch.

I am required to work from home during this Covid19 shutdown/social distancing. My older PC laptop wasnt able to connect to the remote desktop and we all realized I would need a new laptop in order to function while working at home.I believe the person who helped me was Joshua. He was very helpful in attempting to fix my older laptop but wasnt able to and suggested a new one. He helped me through the entire purchase process. When I picked up the new one he included the hard drive and card from the old just in case some files were missed in the transfer.I love my new laptop! Thank you, PC Laptops!I completely recommend going to them for anything concerning your technology!

I needed a new laptop for work. I had been hearing PC Laptop commercials on the radio. So I thought what the heck I will go and check them out. Am I glad I did. The salesman was very knowledgeable, very kind, very efficient. They also downloaded stuff from my old laptop and recycled the old one for me. After bringing it home I needed some support so I called and Matt was able to help me remotely, I didn’t even have to take it in. Thank you for being so awesome.

Update: The day after I left my review I had someone call me. Suddenly my replacement part was there and they were all about getting it fixed in a hurry. Since then I have been happy with the computer with no other issues. Even considering getting one for my son for Christmas.Cant say that Im very impressed with this place. I bought my laptop from them in March 2017. 8 months later in November my son was playing a game and the laptop shocked his hand and shut down. It wouldnt turn back on. I thought, no big deal, it has a lifetime warranty. I took it in on Nov. 13th, they called 2 days later to say that the LCD screen failed and that it was all covered under warranty. 3 weeks went by and I hadnt heard from them so I stopped by and see what was going on. The guy there didnt know anything about my laptop so he called the tech that had been working on it. The tech said that I had told him to hold off on doing the repair. So it had just been sitting there all that time. Now why would I tell them to not fix something that is under warranty. It doesnt make any sense. But I was assured that they would make everything right. 2 weeks went by and again I hadnt heard anything. So again I stopped by there to check on it. They said that it had been sent of the the manufacturer of the screen to be repaired and beyond that didnt know anything. Then at 8:43 the next morning, they dont open until 9, I received a call saying that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I finally picked up my repaired laptop on Dec. 19th, 5 weeks after I first took it in.I took it home but was getting ready to leave town for the Christmas holiday and didnt really use it until I got back home on the 25th. On Christmas day I went to open the laptop and noticed that the tabs that hold the screen bezel to the back plate were broken. So I took it back in on the 26th to have them fix what they broke when they fixed it the first time. A week later on Jan. 2 they called to say that they were just then getting started on the repair and that they had ordered the back plate to fix it. On Jan. 17th, 2 weeks later, they called to tell me that the part had arrived but that they had sent the wrong one. So they would need to send it back and get the right one shipped. They asked if I wanted to come pick up my laptop so I could use it and they would call me when the part came in. Today is Feb. 15th and I have yet to be called to get my laptop finally fixed.I am not impressed with them so far. What good is a warranty if it takes months to get things fixed. At this point I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Great experience with service and purchasing a laptop...No pressure purchasing, showed me what I was getting.The first item was a little too much so they gave me another option that would still do the job that I needed. My old laptop was starting to fail, so I decided to go to PC Laptops in West Jordan to see about buying a new computer. Jeshua was very helpful and answered all my questions. I purchased a new computer, and PC Laptops transferred all my personal files from my old laptop to the new one. Im very happy with my new computer.

Excellent service and hardware.Just be prepared to pay for excellent service and hardware. My desktop has performed great for 11 years... upgrades and service.My laptop sadly only lasted 2 years and died after 25 months and endured a few repairs.

I needed a brand new laptop, the one I had simply wasnt worth repairing. I went to PC Laptops and they told me of the helpless state of my laptop. They recommended I buy a completely new laptop, and asked me if I wanted to buy one from them. I decided to check out what they had and how much it cost; the salesman very charismatically presented me with a laptop that would have fulfilled all my needs as a student. I then asked about the more expensive laptops since I enjoy playing video games when I can. Eventually, I was faced with the decision of paying 2300 dollars for a laptop that has mild to decent gaming components within it.After a few months with this computer I must say that I dont value this laptop computer to be worth 2300 dollars. It has an AMD Ryzen 5 4600 H CPU, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, 16 GB of RAM, and a 500GB SSD. The laptop is very nice, the internal components are also very nice, but they simply arent worth that much money. Other gaming laptops with a 10th gen i7, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, 16 GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD (which is also M.2) sell for 1800 dollars. The screen on both of these computers is the exact same size; however, the PC Laptops computer has a screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, while the one Im comparing it to has a refresh rate of 300 Hz.PC Laptops offers a 2 year parts warranty and a year of anti-virus software. The Alienware Im comparing it to has a one year warranty. I find it hard to justify my large purchase when a computer that has better internals costs less money. I cant justify spending 500 more dollars to have someone transfer the contents of my old hard drive to the new computer, extend the warranty of a laptop by another year, and downgrade its CPU, GPU, SSD, and monitor. And this is just one of many other gaming laptops with similar specs out there.I liked the customer service, they were nice and I felt they definitely wanted to make a sale, but they werent forcing me to buy their laptop. The day I went to pick it up they didnt actually transfer my files over like they said they would (an instance of bad communication within this location) so I had to go home and come back a few hours later to pick it up. A minor inconvenience. I use my laptop to do homework just about every day of the week. I have used my laptop to play Warzone and Rocket League; it works well, but when running Warzone its working closer to its limits.I think if youre not very well-versed on computer components and their prices you would be very happy to spend a considerable amount of money for a new desktop or laptop at PC Laptops. Either that, or youre doing it for the warranty they offer. I suppose Im pleased with the computer itself, and my experience in purchasing it from this location, but Im not happy with my decision due to the price of the laptop. I don’t recommend buying a laptop from here; I simply dont value it to be as much as it cost, and thats really up to the individual to decide for themselves. I just wish I had decided before buying this laptop.I give this company as a whole three stars because of how overpriced I feel the products are. I would give this location 4 stars based on my experiences with it.

I took my computer in for a diagnostic check for which they charge $50. Sad to say my computers days are numbered, but they ended up not charging me to find that out. These guys are great!

Tax season for a small business it the worst time ever for your computer to Die... Well these guys made it almost stress free. A phone call,l them telling me bring it right in, taking the time to look at it and diagnose right away No saving it but they were able to get ALL my data transferred new computer up and running by the next day All I had to to is plug it in!! Adam was absolutely amazing and a miracle worker! My daughter spilled water on her laptop frying it. She had photos on the hard drive that are very important to her. We took her laptop into the West Jordan PC Laptops hoping they could retrieve those images. Ive had good experiences with PC Laptops in Orem, so I was hopeful of a similar experience with the West Jordan store. Adam totally surpassed our expectations. He was able to get the images off of the hard drive, which wasnt a simple task. He had to work his magic and do some tricks to make it all work. I highly recommend PC Laptops and especially Adam at the West Jordan store.

If you want a terrible experience go here. Our hard drive was slow. They recommended replacement. We gave them an external hard drive to keep our several years of pictures, music and documents. They lost our external hard drive, lost all of our treasured pictures, and all of our software. We went back to get our hard drive and they said they didnt have it. We had to go back several times and they finally found it. Now we have a computer that works worse, cost 600.00 to lose all of our memories. Dont go there. I am so upset, I took photos for years to have these losers destroy them. Dont go there, Ever!!

I am extremely happy with PC Laptops. They were very inviting when I entered thee store and had to go back since first buying the computer. They helped me transfer files and programs to my new computer and didnt charge anything. I am over pleased with them. I didnt think anyplace would treat me with respect, consideration and honesty as Ireceived from PC Laptops and would recommend them to everyone that needs computers and good service. I didnt even have to stand in line to wait for a rep they were right there as I walked in

I have used this particular location to fix my computers more than once and find it reasonably priced and the best thing - they are honest! Evan fixed my computer this time and did a fantastic job!

I have taken a desktop and laptop into the West Jordan store. Both were purchased at this store. The desktop needed a wireless card put into it. When I received it back it was very dusty. I thought they would clean it as part of the maintenance they provide. When I got the machine home I couldn’t get anything on the monitor at all. Both were on. When I took it back I was informed that I needed to connect to the monitor through an HDMI cable. I wasn’t told anything about this at first. It cost me time and a return trip for something I should have been told about.The laptop was taken in for maintenance and the fact that windows was not updating. I got the computer back and it wasn’t updated and still wouldn’t update. So basically they did nothing at all. When I took it back in, it turns out there is a problem and they are now in the process of removing windows and going to re-install windows and the programs and data. I am very concerned that there is more to the problem than windows.I have purchased computers and had maintenance from this store. I had planned on purchasing another laptop, but I don’t think I will ever go there again. Two different computers and two failed attempts to fix them. It is a sad state.

They scheduled a 30 min appointment but said they needed my computer for two days. Said were going to check for virus and malware. I have those checked everyday. I dont trust them with my computer for 2 days. PC Laptops gave me a call and put my computer on a priority list so it got done in two hours. Although they still have lots of issues. No way to tie a computer to a customer. So they deleted some other customer phone number. We found right account and updated the correct phone number. Check out of computer took way to long. They gave me free virus software for a year.

Love this place. Years of great service. You might pay a little more up front, but the quality and service (on the rare occasion its needed) are great and make the equipment last longer than any others Ive had bought from including building my own.

While there place was clean, and they offered snacks, I felt very pressured, and if I didnt know about computers a bit, I would have been taken for a ride. I took my PC in after a blue screen and I figured it was the hard drive. I was open to upgrading a few things as well. When I got there, I was upsold for thousands of dollars, for things I didnt need that were way overpriced and werent even going to be compatible with what I had. Please do your research before going to a place like this. I upgraded my PC on my own and and got a new hard drive for a few hundred dollars.

I have heard great things about PC Laptops and had finally taken the plunge when I needed a new laptop for school. While there, Gordon offered an overview of the models and did an in depth explanation between the two I was interested in. I am thrilled with my choice and happy with the customer service offered by PC Laptops West Jordan. They really do love you!!

Very pleased with service here. I took in an external drive for data recovery. They tried diligently to help me recover and got some. Since they could not get my broken drive to function they did not charge me but referred me to who could help.

I dropped my laptop off on a Friday, I figured I would not have it for a trip on Monday. I was so happy to get a call on Saturday to tell me my laptop was working again. It was such great service.

I brought my pc laptop In to be look at 3days latter i called to check up on it. was told that it would be done at 12:00 went to pick it up. all they had done was clean it and shoot it with a heat gun. never address the reason i took it in. when i address the issue they said that it was ten years old what did i expect. i told them, to honor their warranty and fix the laptop. after all that why i paid 5,000.00 ten years ago on the computer. they said that they never warranty parts on laptops. nor have they ever. they never did look at my laptop and how i know is that it shut down as soon as i started up the program Astroneer. they did not tell me what was wrong. they just keep on with it 10 years old. sorry but paid 5000 on something only to last 2 or 3 years.

Gordon did a great job. I have dealt with PC Laptops since 2002 when I bought my first laptop from them. Previously a Totally Awesome Computers customer, I switched to PC Laptops for my desktop computers purchasing 4 desktops and 2 laptops from them. PC Laptops has always worked hard to please me me. They were able to retrieve info off of my computer that I had deleted. They did a great job. They kept me updated every day.

Gordon at the West Jordan location helped me. I had brought in some Corsair headphones that I had bought from them over 16 months prior, they had stopped working. Normally these wouldnt be covered under warranty, or at the very least I would have to go through the manufacturer, PC Laptops generously switched them out for some new ones for me, hassle free, and it only took a few minutes. The customer service at PC Laptop rocks, will definitely go to them for all my computer needs in the future.

So yesterday my review was not all that great and my experience wasnt either to be honest. However I got a call today from Adam, I explained what happened and Adam was amazing. Adam was on the phone for over 30 mins actively listening and helping me with all my questions. He really went above and beyond. Before we got off the call he made sure I was happy and everything was perfect. Adam took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I knew everything I could about my new computer. You could tell Adam was excited and cared about making sure I was happy. Thank you so much Adam more people in the industry should be like you. Im looking forward to the future years as a part of the pclapot family.

Gordon, the manager of this location, was extremely helpful in my moment of crisis when my laptop adapter died. He transferred files efficiently and put great security on my new computer. I appreciated the fast and friendly service immensely since I was visiting from out of town and needed help asap.

I love that PC laptops gives customers a free diagnosis; whats even better is that if they can fix it during that time, they will do so for free. I got my acer laptop fixed for free; as a college student, Im supper happy I didnt lose my data and also dont have to go out and buy another laptop. My laptops issue was that it wouldnt turn on, but the PC laptop rep. found a reset button after unscrewing the back, that fixed the issue.

Had an amazing experience. Staff, especially Matt, was super helpful when my old laptop crashed and was hacked (my fault by the way). He helped me procure a new laptop and when I had a small glitch in it, they fixed it right away. I am greatful, beyond words (oh yeah these are words) for PC Laptops and the service and their professionalism throughout this whole process. Thanks so much because let me tell you us baby boomers arent built brain wise for computers and all their complexities!

Adam and Cody are amazing...Adam went out of his way to fix my junky laptop and his patience and knowledge are unmatched! I cannot stress enough how I love PC laptops here in West Jordan. We went to the pc laptops in west Jordan ut. Ryan helped us with our computer that wasnt working. after a diagnosis it was determined that it was not fixable. He then recommended a new computer that fit the needs we requested. We left completely satisfied and very happy. Thanks again to Ryan, he if a fantastic employee and great value to your company.

PC Laptops has such excellent service! Theyre very kind, and have the best customer service hands down! My computer crashed, but they were able to build me a new one faster then expected! It is the best computer I have ever owned! I use my computer for work, and I am constantly working on it. It is fast, reliable, and has the best security! I would highly recommend them!

I’m pretty disappointed with the service at this location. The entire reason I bought an incredibly expensive computer from PC Laptops was because I loved the idea of their warranty and service. The two times I’ve taken my computer in, they’ve had my computer longer than the time 2-3 days they said it would take to fix it. The staff don’t seem to communicate with each other. Both times I’ve taken my computer in, I had an issue that needed repair and requested a computer tune up. Both times, they called me to tell me the computer was ready, but only the tune up was completed. When I asked about the other repair, they realized no one had taken care of it. Each time I’ve taken my computer in, they’ve tried really hard to upsell me to a new computer rather than repairing mine. To be fair, in the end, they did fix the issues, but not until I became very frustrated at their slow process and poor communication. They certainly don’t live up to their slogan of “We love you!” I would not purchase another computer here again.UPDATE: I originally gave this location one star due to the situation detailed above. However, I changed my rating because I was contacted by Gordon, the manager of this location. He was very thoughtful in taking time to understand my concerns and did his best to make things right. I was impressed that he would be willing to do so.

Vinnie helped me replace my motherboard after I had spilled water all over my precious PC!!! He has been very professional, very friendly and has phenomenon customer service skills. I received a comparable part within a few days and on top of that he fixed my PC within a week total and added a year of anti-virus. I would recommend this store to anybody in need of electronics parts/repairs. Excellent labor price as well.Thank you guys.

Poor service with over priced computers I can build or have built for much less anywhere else better off going to sager computers for a laptop since that’s where they get it from if you look at the models you can tell and anywhere else for a desktop.My family member made me aware of this scam shop instead of fixing his 3 year old computer everytime he comes in they just try to sell him another one and offer trade that is still an over priced computer company going downhill.

Didn’t know if it was all advertising hype when Intook my laptop in to have worked on .IT IS NOT!!!!I received exceptional customer service and they did exactly what they said they would do and made it so my 1800.00 Dell laptop I was just about to run over with my truck was reborn better than when it was new !

The price is high, but they are friendly, helpful, and do a great job. They really want you to get what you want, and its all-around a great place. Well worth the price, particularly because of their lifetime service guarantee.

So i want to start out by saying yes you do pay a higher price but they make up for it with High quality work, and great customer service, i went to the one in Murray because it was closer to my work where i spoke with Wyatt, and he explained everything to me on how it would work and i really appreciated his time which he showed no complaint or issue with spending a few hours with me knowing i wasnt buying anything that day he set up an order for me and explained i could go to a closer one when i was ready to do anything so i went to the one in West Jordan with my wife, and Ryan, was awesome he not only made sure my order was to my liking and specifications but he and Derek stayed late for me to pick up my order! i was really happy with that when i got home to set up my new PC i was having struggles getting everything connected Ryan actually took note around 10:00 PM after they had closed and returned my call to address my concern i have to say i am incredibly happy with how you guys are doing anyone looking for a great PC id say this is the place to go.
