They did a good job!!! They honored competition pricing and I was very pleased with the work performed on my vehicle. The customer services as great! My vehicle was ready in a timely fashion! Not to mention they gave me a ride home until the brake job was done and offered to come and pick me up. I definitely appreciate them and definitely will go back!!!!

Righter’s goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top notch running conditionThey inspect your vehicle with a very detailed report complete with technician’s notes and pictures of your vehicle systems and go over everything with you. These guys are very efficient and have a very nice clean and orderly shop. A very nice lobby too. Overall I am very very impressed with Righter’s they are very professional and very dedicated.I am super impressed with their work and attention to detail and care for your vehicle. I just got an A/C repair done at Righters Auto Repair, and I could not be happier. I was able to make an appointment so the free inspection could be done when it was convenient for me. They gave me a quote and then had time to do the repairs right then, including finding and getting the parts. And then the repair ended up costing $300 less than I thought it would!!!In the 1.5 hours I was there, I met and chatted with two other extremely satisfied customers. You need to go there when your car needs repairs!

They go above and beyond and will make sure that when you bring your vehicle in. Not only will they fix any issues with your car, they do the most complete inspection so that you can be aware of anything else that could be affecting you, they will let you know if something is serious enough to be fixed or can be looked past. They do the best work hands down, and most importantly - the work they do lasts

Very nice place and very nice and professional. My Ford Escape was losing coolant and I could not locate the leak. Left car and they ran a couple of checks and the leak was finally located and repaired along with a couple other small problems. A diagnostic check was performed and that is where a couple other issues were found and repaired.Would have them work on my car again.

I would highly recommend them, from basic service repairs to something major, knowledgeable staff, outstanding service and commication thru text, phone call and voice mails and web link with pictures explaining in detail what issues were found and what needed to be repaired or replaced. The prices are extremely high.Upfront charge just to look at your vehicle is 105....we left there and took vehicle to dealership and saved 700....this is first side car repair shop ive ever seen with dealership prices and or more....real bummer......Definitly go to a dealer before here if i go that route again..

Fantastic experience. They helped me when I was in a bind and my car needed repairs when I was ready to go out of state. They not only squeezed me in to see what was wrong, they also repaired my botched brakes someone else had messed up. They not only did a complete vehicle diagnostic, they sent pictures and repair suggestion with a bill of health for my vehicle. I was impressed and happy with the service. Scott was professional, delivered what he promised, and for less than the estimate. I had tie rod ends replaced, transmission flushed, coolant replaced, transfer case fluid replaced, and rear-end fluid replaced. My Explorer has 229,000 miles on it and he probably could have told me that it needed more than it did. I felt Scott was fair - and more importantly, honest. This was finished in less than a day and a courtesy car was provided. Thanks Scott for the great service.

Great and reliable place to go! I feel with the lansing location they might be gotten a little pricier compared to their Grand Ledge location, but with location I completely understand. Still very nice employees and quick repairs. Highly reccomend

The gentlemen at this repair shop were courteous and answered all of my questions. They explained to me the problem and showed me the replaced parts when I requested to see them. Its expensive and if you take you vehicle for inspection be ready to pay $118 to find out about how dirty your oil is..or how your wipers squeak..inspection..put my money to repairs not inspections..when i know whats wrong
