I have been here in Connecticut for few days and really want to get my nails done. I was so happy that I go to Pro Nail. At first, I was so nervous because I do not want to mess up my nail. When I got in the shop, the wait is not long! The nail techs are all friendly, nice and the shop is clean. I got my nail done and it looks just how I want it. I love it. Best nail shop in town.

This place never disappointed me. Everyone is super friendly, funny and always make sure you’re happy with your nails before you leave. I asked for medium almond shape with multiple matte colors design and Tina did such a wonderful job. I love them so much

I have been coming here for a few months now. And I absolutely love it! Ive always had a great experience every time i go in. The ladies are super sweet and professional. The salon is very clean and they do excellent work. Its the best nail spot in Connecticut. Love it here!

After a long time without visiting this store, I decided to go there with my grandmother for her birthday. It was a surprise to find out that the store is full of new people, and they are very professional and knowledgeable in their field.My grandmother and I enjoyed our experience at this place, and we will be coming back to this store soon.

I was late to my appt and I was not hassled, the place is clean and nice, my nails look better than any place that I’ve ever had them done at. I’ve moved all over the country and they are the best. The pics on website do not do them justice. So affordable too! Would highly recommend! I would give them 6stsrs if I could!

This nail salon refused me as a male to have my eyebrows waxed! This is 2021, and if you’re so ignorant to refuse service based on gender equality, you should not be in the service business!

I have been going to pronails for about 10yrs and they are the best...small business mom and 2 daughters run it and I have nothing bad to say only great things....If you have the chance to get an appointment you wont be disappointed.....Highly recommended it for nails, manicures, pedicures or wax.....

There prices on the bored does not match what they charge. They overcharged me for a fill and didn’t wanna finish the job. I will not be back!

Since salon came under new ownership I had to redo my review. New staff is not great. My nails were done looking like I needed a fill before I even left, I was unsure of what to do on my nails and when I asked the techs opinion she flat out told me no. From the moment I walked in I was met with mean girl attitude, and I asked for a specific tech that they said they scheduled me with and they gave me somebody else. Job was rushed and I was uncomfortable the entire time.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine. She told me to ask for Vu (I apologize for the incorrect spelling) Vu was very professional and courteous. I dislike thick, gaudy nails, so she made my nails look so natural. Definitely, going back.
