This is 1000% my new favorite nail salon. Ever since the first time I went and had Ryan, I always ask for him. He does an amazing job and pays attention to detail. Also, my gel manis with him typically last 3 weeks without any chipping. Highly recommend!!!

I love their acrylic nail work. They take the time to use nail forms instead of the plastic glue on extensions.The owners are so nice and pay attention to the detail of each individual nail. I got numerous compliments on my French manicure. I’ve been twice now and both times my nails haven’t needed any touch up’s & they had no chipping at all. I went back after 4 weeks for a fill.I suggest calling ahead to schedule an appointment because they’re always busy.

I had a terrible experience today in this place . Yelp reviews are not authentic! I spend $120 and had a terrible service ever. The guy work over there is terrible ! Probably he is the owner I guess. He need to learn a word called customer service. And not only money money ! Be careful guys and won’t come back!

I am usually not one to write a bad review, but I felt the need to share my experience to save anyone else the time, energy, and money spent on an extremely disappointing experience. I’ve gone to this place a few times and I liked going to see Nicole she was nice and listened to what I wanted. The following times, she was unavailable so I had her husband do my “fill”. I called at least 4 days in advanced for a fill and design. I get there, and after reiterating what I wanted out of the appointment, I was told he didn’t have enough time and to change what I wanted to save him the time. I was understanding and changed what I originally wanted to accompany him and his time schedule. He then proceeded to give me attitude and rush me, as I had to scramble for a color (which he didn’t give me to choose until the very end) because he wasn’t willing to do what I had originally asked for. I was going on vacation a day later so didn’t have the time to go back and show him the sloppy job he did. Needless to say 1 week later 3 nails came off and the gel paint was chipped. I strongly suggest do not go here if you want good quality, long lasting nails with good customer service because you will not receive that here. I spent over $70 on a service I was extremely dissatisfied with while getting a blatant attitude along the way like I was being a burden. I DO NOT SUGGEST! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

No words for how awesome this place is. Jason keeps a VERY clean salon and his COVID precautions are perfect.. he and his wife work incredibly hard, as does everyone else there and they do an incredible job on my nails!

If I could give this place an extra star I would! They always do an impeccable job with my nails, to the point where people ask if I am wearing tips after a standard manicure because they make my nails look so perfect. I have gone to 3-4 different manicurists at this salon and every single one of them has been exceptionally detail-oriented. You can tell everyone here really takes pride in their work. Any time I am traveling or out of state and need to go to another salon I always regret it; I have not found anywhere that does my nails as perfectly as New Grace. I highly recommend!

I recently moved to Farmington and needed a new place to do my nails. I went first and immediately was hooked. They are so professional and kind hearted. I have been going for 3 months now and have had no bad experiences. I highly recommend this place!!

The owner is very very nice! All precautions are taken to keep you safe during this pandemic. They take your temp. and provide disposable masks. I would feel comfortable going back!

I’ve gone here several times. Great service, nails are always neat. Regular pedicure comes with some exfoliation & massage, well worth the price. The gel manicure is a bit pricey, but it always feels nice to treat myself. Pre-COVID times it came with massage and paraffin wax treatment. They’re usually busy, so appointments are always recommended. Would recommend to a friend.

Very clean, professional and my nails always look awesome!

My pedicure was great! My feet are soft and feel amazing. However my polish chipped 2 days later. This has never happened to me. When painting my toes he didn’t seal the edges of the toe nail with paint. I honestly don’t even remeber a topcoat. very poor polish job. You can see the small lines of my natural nail. I hope they improve on this because I paid a pretty penny for this pedicure and would like to return again.

Love Grace Nails. Your experience here however will vary based on the day and which technician you have doing your nails. Ive had a couple just OK experienced but most have been wonderful. They do a great job and most technicians are very meticulous. Last visit they were very busy because the appointments before me showed up late so I had to wait for 20 mins even though I made an appointment but they made it up to me by offering me a extra 10 min massage next visit which was worth it to me. I also love the updates they did to the place. The paint on the walls and décor were terrible but they did a tasteful job updating everything. Prices are also very reasonable for what you receive. $12 for a mani with paraffin wax on your hands plus a 3 min massage is relatively inexpensive compared to other nail salons, especially for West Hartford. This is my go-to nail salon and plan to continue going as long as I live in the area. I highly recommend it!

William is the best technician!! 🥇I loved my manicure/pedicure! Really one of the most relaxing and excellent pedicures I have had. Your feet will be so soft and the manicure lasts. Those local to West Hartford are lucky to have this nail salon nearby. With its unassuming storefront - it is a local gem. Even the regular pedicure has some special treats such as paraffin. Ask for William :-)

My first experience here was lovely. Very friendly staff, great manicure, and awesome complimentary services, including a wonderful back, neck, arm, and hand massage and a paraffin wax treatment. I got a lot for my money and really enjoyed how relaxing the experience was. I’ll definitely come back again! :)

I’ve gotten manicures before but with this salon I’ve experienced way more hands on treatment such as the wax for the hands, hot towels, and the rocks during the pedicure. Very upscale feeling without breaking the bank. Sunny the manicurist was really nice and friendly, I definitely see myself going back in the future.

Im 8.5 months pregnant and my friend treated me to a pedicure here. Wow - what a treat! Got the green tea option and didnt regret it one bit. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The foot/calf massage was worth the money alone, and the shoulder massage while my nails dried was an added bonus. Best pedicure Ive ever gotten! On the expensive side, but the experience/pampering is worth the price!

I love how they put so much detail into all that they do. When I have my nails done they always push back my cuticles so that my nails last longer until the next fill which some places will cheap out. This is a great little spot!

I’ve been to a lot of salons, especially in West Hartford, and have never felt compelled to write a review. This place is fantastic. Yes, some of their services are a bit on the pricier side for the area, but they’re in the center and you get what you pay for. They take your coat and hang it, give complimentary shoulder massages, paraffin waxes, and hand or foot massages depending on your treatment. I usually get pedis here, but I had a full acrylic set done recently and the owner himself did my nails. Yes, you should make an appt in advance to get full sets since they are usually busy and this type of service takes a long time. He educated me on why how he was doing the acrylics was best and took the time to really walk me through the process. I just got my first fill done... and I had the same fantastic experience. He does by far the best job on acrylic nails I’ve ever experienced. And I am very picky!!! He also goes out of his way to ask every single customer if their experience was good when they go to leave which I appreciate. If you had a bad experience here, give it another try. Everyone has off days.

I went by reviews and that was the biggest mistake because these are very misleading. I do not know who leaves these five star reviews but this is not even a 2 star salon. The salon is very cramped. I was practically sitting in the lap of the teenage girl next to me. And then, the Manicurist proceeded to LITERALLY CUT OFF THE TIP OF MY FINGER as she trimmed my nails. Im talking like gaping wound. I dont know if I just got a bad egg of an employee who did not know how to do nails, or if their reviews are fake, but Im obviously not stepping foot in this place again. I just hope I dont end up with a blood borne illness. If you want HIV or Hep C or a nasty infection under your nail bed, take your chances.

It is the best place Ive ever been in my whole life. The owner is super nice and she knows exactly what she is doing. I usually go for waxing, and she is very careful with it. I recommend that you make an appointment before you go in. I think the price is pretty good, too.

Beyond friendly staff, best pedicure in the WeHa area, and gel manicures stay for 2 weeks. They have a better gel color selection than any other place Ive been to in a while. Love going here!

So I was getting ready to go on vacation and went to a different nail salon for nail tipswith dip powder and pedicure (never had dip powder before). Pedicure was great, my nails were awful, thick and wide.. very obviously fake and lifting so I went to Grace nails the day before i was leaving and had Yumi for a nail tech, she removed all the nails and redid them, it took about 2 1/2 hours. Yumi did an amazing job, she took her time filing and shaping each nail perfectly. They usually charge $10 for nail removal but felt bad for the awful nail job I came in with and waived the fee. I will definitely be going back!

They are so welcoming and they remember your name and face very quickly. The service is amazing and they never ever rush the service. The nail salons is ALWAYS ALWAYS CLEAN! I love it!

I was a walk-in to get a full-set UV gel manicure. I asked two questions: if they had a specific color I was looking for (brought in a picture) & if they took debit for payment. One guy who worked there, stated they did not have the brand of the color polish I was showing to which I replied that I was only looking for the color not the brand. I was also informed that they DID take debit. All was fine during the nail process. My nail tech (Dustin), made a comment about having to call next time I come in. Ive NEVER been informed to call while being a walk-in & Ive been getting my nails done in professional salons for years. Ok fine. When it was time to pay for my service, I was informed I had to use an ATM. Really??! Do they NOT know that banks charge stupid fees for using an ATM that is not by the bank associated with the card??? Two days later, one of my nails broke. After getting it repaired, another two days later and another nail breaks! All less than a week!!! Horrible. Never again.

One of the only places I go for a pedicure. Everytime I dont feel like driving to West Hartford and end up somewhere else I regret it every time. They truly do the best job ever! I always get a spa pedi of some sort and typically pay extra for the gel polish on my toes because it just last longer. Typically you will get someone different each time but I have never had a complaint! You leave there with your feet feeling amazing and so relaxed

Not great. Got my mani-pedi a few times. Inexpensive and felt like they offered a lot for the buck. The manicure never lasted longer than a few days. This time I left a 10% tip (have to pay before they complete the job). The lady laughed and said that she expected at least a 15% tip. I saw her later go into the bathroom, come out and rinse her hands with water and not use soap... Not going back there. Doesnt feel like it is a clean place.

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars! They were super friendly and funny and I had a great time while they did my full acrylic set. Within the first 2 weeks I had an acrylic nail crack down the middle horizontally and come off (Ive never had a nail break like that before) but I just chocked it up to something funny happening which is just how life works. Got my nail fixed at another salon. Now its been 3 weeks and another nail cracked down the middle the same way as the other one. Two nails in 3 weeks on a fresh set isnt good :( Ive only had a nail come off once before after 3 months of wear. I should also say that they were just very gently tapped when they broke so I am going to get them taken off and redone so I am constantly worrying about it The mani/pedi they did on my friend was spectacular however!

My last experience was TERRIBLE! I have been there many times before and they have always been good. This last time call at 2 PM and schedule a MANI PEDI. When I got there I only got a pedicure with no massage. Which is no big deal to me. After the girl finished my pedicure she brought me over to dry and I kindly told her that I also had a manicure booked. They told me they did not have time to do my manicure and that when I called them I only asked for a mini pedi. I have been doing nails myself for two years and I have never heard of a mini pedi. I asked them if they could at least take the polish off for me. They did, but they left stains from the polish before all over my nails. I didnt say anything because that that point I was beyond annoyed and didnt want to be told they had no time. I walked outside to find the manager. I explained to him that I was very unhappy. I dont think he took me very seriously. He offered me a gift card and I declined. I told him I would not be returning and to expect a bad review. This may not be a big deal to other people but I have been working in customer service in a spa setting for over 6 years. This is not acceptable to me. I will not be returning and I dont suggest this nail salon.
