To anyone looking to have the most relaxing pedicure EVER, ask for the Shiny Queen. I swear it was the best thing I ever experienced. So good! Def going back as soon as I can. The manicure was nice too.

After being shooed away from New Grace Nails across the street for not doing dip powder, I was greeted by far more friendly, and extremely talented nail techs at Shiny Nail & Spa. Their 3.1 rating is a far cry from the attention to detail at reasonable prices for a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Came for gel and pedicure. Pedicure was poor and no true scrubbing done. Cancelled my gel.

I have only walked in 4-5 times when I am in the area and I need a gel manicure or a fill and they do a wonderful job! They might take a little extra time then some of the other places do as well as charge a bit more but they are very thorough to make sure each nail is perfect! I would highly recommend this place! I have noticed my gel manicures last longer when I get them done here because of their precision.

Walked in and asked for a regular manicure for my daughter (sign reads $13) went to pay and they said $18 I said, it says $13. They told me the polish she picked is better and lasts longer so it’s $18. I’ve never heard of this! We paid $35 for her friend to have a fill of acrylics. They didn’t fill but just covered with gel.

Normally I don’t have an issue and I always enjoy going to this nail salon in the mall. But today they literally took two other customers over me and I will never go to them again because I was waiting for like 40 minutes. Absolutely trash. There is literally only one good nail technician.

I had one awful experience. The man didn’t even file, smooth or cut my cuticles. I don’t think even knew how to use a filer. I asked him to cut my cuticles and he said he couldn’t. He rushed and did an awful uneven paint job so I had him stop after the first coat. He told me not to look at them and to just put them in the dryer. He preceded to tell me I had to pay $10 if I wanted that one base coat removed so I left. He was very rude and did an awful job

Always have available appointments and they honor those appointments. Best pedicures in town, hands down. Friendly staff. Always have a variety of polish colors. Great rewards program. Love this place.

This place probably changed the ownership. I went for my Christmas nail done today. But it was the worst experience I had in this place. The mid-age woman who has the glasses on act like the owner does the lousy job and lousy attitude. Very unpleasant face and body and tone language. Gel color was uneven and not fulfill. Ruin my mood and day. I won’t go back

Got dip powder done twice here and they do an incredible job!! Would highly recommend the service here.

I do not recommend this place for dip powder. The top coat came off two days later. I stopped in to get it repaired and they seemed annoyed and didnt fix it properly.

Worst place to recommend someone to get there nails done...they charge $90 to get your nails done

The customer service was horrible and the technicians arent good at pedicures. Save your time and money and just go to Grace across the street.. Coming here and leave very upset and disappointed!!

Called them on the phone to check availability and told them I needed an acrylic set, they took my name and reassured me I would be next once I walk in. I get there and tell my name and what I called about and the man goes oh we dont have a acrylic sets done here you can go across the street to CVS.

Friendly, clean, professional. They use liners in the tubs and new files and sterilized tools
