Really good service!!! Kept the place vented (opened the doors) so there was a nice spring breeze as they worked. Pedicure was done well also. Prices were reasonable. I recommend!!! It does get busy so make an appointment if you can!!!

I was in and out in 30 minutes. The most rushed pedicure I have ever received. The woman next to me sat before me, and had 1 foot not completely done and I was finished with my entire Gel pedicure. I asked if a massage was included in my pedicure and was told she already gave me a massage, laughed with her coworker and carried on. In no way did I receive a massage. She was so rushed she wiped away the lotion. I have gone here for 2 years with never a bad experience until today.

Chest because I have to give a start I put one but he deserved no star at all they make my acrylic nails So Bad and the lady was rude always in the phone talking to somebody she would not pay attention and what she was doing to my nails with my skin horrible experience . Beware this place charges extra for gel color and is not even gel. Got my toes done here and went to a place near me and the lady told me that the nail polish that I had on my toes was not gel. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Will never go here again. Just be aware.

I did pedicure a few times. The service is inconsistent. On my latest and most likely last visit, it was horrible. The woman was in such a rush, I asked about the visible calluses which was obvious to anyone. I was told they dont take off all. What the hell? Then she began applying the nail polish very harsh and tugging on my toes.I spoke with the manager at check out, no solution. She offered the same excuse and said i can choose someone else next time. Why are they assuming my return.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences since I started going there. They’re friendly, treat customers with respect, are quick, clean, and they do an amazing job on a variety of nail styles and trends.

I scheduled to have my daughters and my nails done with Han. As she started working on my daughters nails, she offered me someone else. I declined explained that I scheduled for both of us with her because I was told she does an awesome job. Which, she definitely did. However, when she was almost done with my daughters nails, she told me that I had to go with someone else because her next costumer had just arrived. I got there 10 minutes before our scheduled time. She had a late start at my daughters nails and cancelled with me as I refused to have to wait for only to be bounced around to someone else. Cant deny, Han died an awesome job. But, lacks organization and professionalism.

After trying to find a permanent salon for a while I finally had found a gem! All the techs that work there are super friendly and great at what they do. Good variety of colors (especially dip and gel) and whenever I have a new idea for my nails they’re always willing to try! Been going for almost a year now and still love it! Would recommend :)

I been going to this place for almost 3 years and I love it everyone is so friendly. They all do a great job especially Sang. Never once have I had a complaint about them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if they offer me free nails.

Very very clean modern salon. They keep us with nails trends and products. Friendly techs. Been a customer over 5 years. Highly recommend. Can be high traffic so I suggest appointments but walk ins usually wait under 45mins.

This place was a horrible experience. I was getting a full set and in the middle the lady asked me to pay which I usually do, but I realized I forgot my money at my friends house which was close to the nail salon. The employee took my picture without my permission, and had one or her employees follow me to my house because she thought I wasn’t gonna pay. I came back with the money and paid. This place embarrassed me to the extreme I highly recommended you never go.

Love this place. When my nail girl moved to Atlanta she found Danny for me. I get the pink and white french acrylic and gel. He puts white acrylic at the tips. I can go 5 weeks with no breaks. Wouldnt go anywhere else, except maybe his wifes branch in Newington.

Owner, San Lam, is a sweetheart and a master at her craft!! Dipping powder manicures are phenomenal! Staff are equally as friendly. State of the art massaging pedicure chairs and attention to detail make them the BEST PEDICURES EVER!

On the advice from my friend Shannon, I went to get my nails filled. Once seated the woman working on my nails not once spoke to me, but instead spoke with her co-worker in her native language. Then cut my pinkie with the nail drill, never apologized! Then rushed through the polishing of my nails, and when I expressed that it looked uneven, I was told no it ok.. I insisted they be repainted which she did. This woman after all this wanted a tip! Save your time and go else where!

The owner does great nails but the fact you have to sit and wait after you make an appointment is disgusting I just personally wasted my time making an appointment for 5 to then get there and her say pick my color out and then tell me I need to wait. That’s ridiculous. She needs to learn to say sorry we are full come another day

We get there and tell them we need 2 adult pedi and 2 kids mani pedi and after we (the adults) sat down and got close to finishing, the man doing nails says the kids CANT get their nails done at all. After talking a lil about the situation, he mustve gave in and decided to do the little girls nails. Not only was the job rushed and service being iffy, the kids nail polish and my toes PEELED off. No top coats on anything either. Weird place. The lady that did my pedi was very nice and gentle. So she saved them from a fat one star. Lol. Hope they do better for new clients and walk-ins

NAIL INFECTION - They do not use clean tools. The reason that I am taking this to an online review and not the establishment is because they would not listen. They do not know how to apologize for anything or take fault in any matter. My friend and I went there last week for TWO appointments at 5:30. We did not get in until 6 p.m. and that was after I had to say something to a worker and they called somebody in to take care of us. I did not make two appointments so that we could go back to back. We didnt get out of there until 7:30 p.m. Whats the point of making an appointment then? After looking at my nails the color she used was a solid 7 shades off from the one I chose, but she decided to argue with me when I said it was different. Now, this past weekend I woke up to my finger throbbing, swollen and red. This morning it started to puss. All signs of a nail infection. They did not open sterilized products from client to client. Using all of the same dirty tools,. Please do not go here or waste your time.

The people are very nice, and they do a good job. The standard pedi is only $25, but know ahead that it does not include hot stone massage, paraffin, or any shoulder massage while you are drying. They are also more limited in their color selection. However, if you want a good, inexpensive pedi, this is the place.

I get the dipping powder, typically French manicure. Love it! They do a wonderful job! And their hours are fabulous, they are open on Sunday!

I love this place! I get dipping powder religiously every 4-6 weeks (I’m a broke graduate student) dipping powder is only $35 dollars I know some other places that in WeHa that charge double and don’t even have a third of the collection that they do. I’ve always had a wonderful experience. I also treat the nail techs with respect and always try to tip. If I don’t have cash on me I’ll often come in another day and tip when I have the cash, or give extra the next time I’m there. There’s a pattern with these one star reviews (excluding the infections) and it’s being rude, nasty, and entitled.These one star reviews are clearly from people who didn’t treat the nail techs with respect. They’re wonderful people who do their jobs to the best of their abilities. If you show up 30 mins late to your appointment - obviously you’ve forefitted your appointment and people that walked in before will continue to be served before you. For some of the nail techs English isn’t a first language but there are some who speak “better” English. If you can’t understand an accent just ask if there’s anyone around that can help. Either another nail tech or customer will help you. It’s not hard. It’s not a crime for a nail tech to be multi-lingual and the US has no official language. A lot of people also like to be silent while getting their nails done, if that isn’t you-SPEAK UP! Y’all are in these reviews messing up livelihoods being upset over things that showcase your intolerance towards these people and it’s disgusting. Humans don’t exist to appease other humans.

Got my nails done in 20 minutes and they look like trapezoids and some thicker than others, the girl kept talking about me in her language with the other ppl. and when I asked her to fix my nails she told me she was done. what colo?? what colo?? left with my unfinished nails and paid only for the material. will I ever come back?? NEVERif you want good service?? this is NOT the place

I caught a bacterial infection fromThis place I went to get a fill and a day later I was experiencing so much pain in my finger ended up going to the doctor only to find out I had a bacterial infection . Called the owner she acted like she didn’t understand what I was trying to tell her they removed the acrylic nail and saw the abscess that grew under my nail and didn’t say anything about it not only did they act clueless they Used the same tools to take my INFECTED nail off and used it on another customer that was waiting to get her nails done . Nice nails but not clean what does it take to sterilize your equipment ? Stop being greedy your putting people’s health at risk DO NOT GO HERE !!
