Mediocre at best. The Acrylic was left lumpy. This place is only good for simple designs, I dont suggest getting anything complicated or intricate. I paid $56 dollars for this acrylic plus design. (By the way I want a Japanese cherry blossoms)

Right where I work and they recently started accepting walk-ins so I thought I should try. The place is small but super clean and organized. Ive been to many stores but this so far is the cleanest. They threw the toe buffers after one use, which is a plus. I chose the herbal spa pedi cause I havent tried this before but I heard its awesome. And it was. They werent rushing doing it at all. They took their time and the massage was the best. I loved the exfoliation and how great everything smelled. Im in love with the herbal for sure. Will come back to try all flavors. Would def recommend.

It felt rushed the entire time. Every time I asked for her to shape them a little more to be even she became irritated and would dig her nail file into my skin. The nail polish has ripples, none of it actually meets the sides of my nails. My flower designs all have weird holes in them from where she dug the metal piece into the polish. I have cuts on the sides my fingers and all of the skin under my nails are glued to the acrylics. I won’t ever return.

This is a great spot and I will continue to return. I was taken care of by Gwen and she was fast, careful, patient and friendly. Halfway through painting my nails I told her I wasn’t into the color and felt terrible but she quickly responded by saying no problem and had me choose a different color. Later she said that the customer always comes first and that’s something I NEVER hear at a nail salon! Truly blown away by the service and quality.

Wonderful staff! My personal fave to go to is Tina - she is very detailed and makes sure not to do a rushed job. They will take appointments over Yelp, but calling is much easier and straightforward especially if you want something special like designs. While they take walk-ins, I would highly recommend making an appointment before going there; they are a small, clean, and friendly salon which means that availability fills up quick. I would 100% recommend.

Made an appt for 3 pm, when I arrived they told me they were too busy to see me. Happy it worked out that way because it was very dark and dingy in there and I called and got an appt somewhere else and was seen right away and had a great experience.

Came in to get my nails done last week. The girls did a great job on my nails! Did exactly what I wanted with reasonable price. The salon isnt that big but clean and organize. Walk-in welcome but recommend call to make an appointment if you want to get it done by the owner (Kelly is the best). I will definitely come again!

I visited My Nails Spa for the first time recently and had a very positive experience. It was $25 for a basic pedicure that I did not consider basic at all! It was clean and the staff was friendly. I had Kristy and thought she did a great job. I will definitely return.

Been coming to My Nails Spa for over 2 years and always have a great experience. Kelly, the owner, does phenomenal designs and pays great attention to detail. I am very indecisive when it comes to picking out colors and designs but they are always so patient with me and even help me pick out what I want. Also the pedicures are so relaxing. There are plenty of nail salons where i live in Simsbury but would rather drive the 25 minutes to have a great experience. Highly recommend!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Kelly and the girls. They are friendly and love to talk. There is always something good on tv ( we usually salivate watching Pioneer Woman or crack up watching Ellen). There is always great attention to detail and so many colors and designs to pick from. The prices are excellent and you even earn discounts. I have been going to Kelly now since before Christmas after spending way to much money where I live for terrible nail jobs. Kelly and the girls are so good I drive to her salon every three weeks from where I live in Cheshire!

Best place In the Hartford area! Bill and Jen are so friendly, conscientious, and welcoming! The salon is clean and comfortable, and they are great about taking same-day bookings- I can usually call in the morning and get in in a couple hours. I highly recommend this place!

My go to salon. The techs are super nice and have always taken their time with me. I never feel rushed. Nails look good for over a week after each manicure. Pedis are relaxing and place is clean.

I had such a wonderful experience at My Nails Spa! The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was SO relaxed! Kelly was super friendly and had great conversation! She did exactly what I asked for. I am extremely satisfied with how my nails and pedi came out. This is deff going to be my new spot!

Went for first time on Fri. On Thur the owner called to confirm because the apt in book was confusing and she wanted to make sure I was booking manicure and pedicure for just myself. She could not have been nicer. Gentleman who answers phone after my pedicure said I was not booked for manicure or there was a mistake he is new. While I was there they were fitting walk-ins in between apts but could not provide service I had booked. I was so upset (getting nails done for my vacation) I didnt speak to owner which was my mistake. Pedicure is awesome, however, will never go back.

I don’t recommend this business to any one. I lost my time and was so stressed. I called to make an appointment originally for three days ago at 11. They texted me two times to reschedule. They rescheduled it and then again. I then called back for another appointment at 12 noon today and was signed up for this appointment with the owner for Tina. I called to let them know I might be five minutes later, however I arrived a couple minutes earlier. I needed to have a full set done and usually she starts by taking my nails off just by clipping them. Today she had a better idea. I was given the idea to soak the rest of my three nails off as the rest of them just fall off earlier. I am sitting and wondering why she had to do it differently as she usually takes them off with clippers. Tina was finishing with someone’s pedicure. I thought it was fine if it was JUST a pedicure. Instead I see that she starts working on the lady’s hands. I came up to her and asked if I understood it correctly and she is just starting a new set for another person. She told me to continue with the soaking of my nails.I said I don’t need anything and was told that for soaking I have to pay 10$. Instead of apologizing these people charged me money for something they did not do.You guys have bad customer service. No one apologized and acted like this is how it should be. I will not come back and will tell all of my friends not to use your services.

So rude was getting a pedicure and lady didnt buff my feet got offended when I asked and didnt moisturize or massage my feet only legs extremely painfully rubbed my legs harshly over my black and blues after i asked her not to..left my feet rough and dry. Then she refused doing my nails after I mentioned that my feet were dry. Worst experience ever

I will not be going again, sadly so. The guy in charge was very friendly and helpful unlike the first lady that did my nails. The color I picked was not the same on my nails. She had to apply three coats which ended up looking terrible, you can tell I had a lot of coats since it wasn’t drying right. She actually got annoyed with me when I wasn’t happy with it. But the guy suggested another lady to do my nails with another somewhat similar color that wasn’t diluted with nail polish remover, I’m guessing. At the end my nails looked fine even tho it wasn’t the color I wanted. I should have left after that but I thought I’d get my eyebrows shaped and, lol. I just have to laugh. I was very specific with what I wanted and how little eyebrows I already had and to not take off hardly anything, to just give it shape. And it landed on deaf ears. The same lady that did my nails at the end ended up doing my eyebrows which should have been a warning sign. Her name was Jen or Jennifer. And she gave me pencil thin eyebrows! Omg. I left in tears lol. They didn’t charge me for it only for my nails. No joke, as soon as I left I drove to Sephora and bought an eyebrow pencil, filler and eyebrow mascara since I was traveling to S.Korea the next day. It was that bad.

I made an appt for a UV gel fill and was talked into a whole new set...what a mistake! Worst nail tech Ive ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs and Im shocked at how my nails came out. All different thicknesses, flat on top, and uneven. Im going back to Helen at Top Nails in WH and then back to this place to show her what a proper fill and filed nail should look like.

I moved here from California about a month ago. I was looking for a great nail salon, since the first one I tried out here was so exspensive and they did a horriable job on my gel mani and pedi. I am so glad that I found My Nails Spa!! The prices are great! Even better, the mani and pedi were amazing!! I got the regular ones with gel and it was the best mani and pedi I have ever had. I highly recommend the callus removal. The salon is clean and staff is super accommodating and very kind. I will be back for sure!
