B E W A R E !!!!!!!Had a manicure and pedicure with Kathy. Developed an infection on my big toe. Had to go to doctor for antibiotic. She examined infection and said I also had a fungus. Several weeks later i had to go to a podiatrist. She said the toe nail needed to be REMOVED. She removed it and prescribed a medication for the fungus ($150 + office visit). In the meantime every one of my fingernails started to break. I went back to the salon and spoke to Tami, the owner. She was adamant that it couldn’t have been from her salon. She never apologized or took any responsibility. Both doctors said that in all liklihood it did come from the pedicure. I’ve been manicuring my nails since i was a young teenager and NEVER had nails that looked like they do now. I would never trust the cleanliness of this salon. Enter at your own risk!!!

They took every precautionary measure to ensure the salon was clean while being friendly and keeping their customers comfortable. Will definitely be back!

HANNA always does a great job decorating my nails

My friend and I both spent 50 dollars on our dip manicures here and they both chipped off after less than a week. Absolutely terrible and waste of money.

I have been to a lot of salons in West Hartford/Hartford and Annas is the only one that constantly does a good enough job to keep me coming back. I regularly get gel nail polish and it lasts for two weeks (which is amazing because I work with my hands. Regular polish doesnt last a day without chipping at my job). They may be more expensive than some others in the area but you get what you pay for!

This was my first and last visit here. I live in Stamford, CT.I was visiting family and they recommended this nail salon. The business was very clean and the staff were welcoming. Nail tech I had was not confident in herself. She seemed intimidated when I was showing her imperfections as she was working on my nails. Shaping and arching of a couple nails could have been better. I will get them fixed when I get back home.

Just had a very nice pedicure done by Minh. This was my first time here and he took the time to clean and cut my nails that (hate to admit it) I had neglected for awhile. I had my young daughter with me and so they got me in and out in a perfect amount of time. It was a clean and relaxing atmosphere. A pleasant experience. I plan to return!

Don’t get acrylics here. i went with my mom and they didn’t ask what shape we wanted they just put them on, made them way too thick, and they just looked bad. we went to another salon to take them off after a week and it took AN HOUR+ to take off our acrylics. steer clear.

Horrible manicure! They also arent consistent with their prices. Each time Ive gone for the same service its a different price. The gel dip polish had a rough surface (not how its supposed to be applied) and only lasted 4 days. Ive given them two shots and will never be returning again.

Mary is a skilled operator and she has done my nails for 20 years. Never been to anyone else who is that good.

I havent been back to this place since December but making an appointment for a waxing at a different establishment jolted my traumatic memory of Annas. If you are planning on getting a Brazilian here, make sure you read any reviews you can in order to pick the right technician. The girl I booked with was very sweet (very young girl) but obviously had no idea what she was doing. It was absolute torture for 30 minutes. I was actually sweating and had to take breaks to bear the pain she caused. Now every time I book a Brazilian appointment I shudder at the memory.

Gel work is bulky and rough. French manicure is chubby on tips

Clean, walk ins welcome, fair prices.

Most expensive gel manicure and standard pedicure Ive ever had! $70 before tip and it wasnt even French. Worst experience ever. The prices listed are not what they charge. buyer beware!
