My friend and I have been trying to find a decent nail salon that will actually do what we ask. Didn’t happen here. A man and a lady did ours and they were both very snappy and pulling hard on our hands. We both got dip, mine on my natural nails and she has acrylic tips. She had bumps on her nails and my polish was uneven. We would have mentioned something but they both seemed very annoyed. Wouldn’t recommend

Amazing is all I can say. I came in at 650 and asked if he had time for me and he said of course. My nails look so good. I will definitely be back to see him. Fast and does amazing work. 👏

Cindy has done my nails a couple times and I love them! I get the dip and she is very good.

They have decent prices but I told the man I wanted a full new set and he insisted that he just repair what I had. Not even TWO days later one broke right in half. Also he nicked me quite a few times.

The older gentleman that works here could use a lesson in customer service. From picking his teeth in front of me, to telling me he shouldnt be here working he should be retired instead...my whole experience was uncomfortable and quite strange. I was charged $21 for a shellac removal - more than double what my regular spot charges me. No music or tv playing, a completely empty shop an hour before close. He tried to talk me out of removing my old shellac even though they were chipping and grown out. After soaking in acetone, he scratched my shellac off with his own fingernails instead of using a tool which I thought was also quite bizarre. 🤣

I went in with my two daughters and they said their nails were too small to do a design. I have never went to a place that has ever said that. They tried to convince me to put shellac on their nails to make them longer. No 10 and 13 year old needs to have that. Then my nails I said i wanted acrylic tips on all my nails n they argued with me n said no u dont. I had one nail that was broke off n the rest were my real nails n they were long. I know that but I told them I wanted them to cut my real nails down n put tips on n they said no ill do it this way. So now I have one acrylic n the rest not n it feels so weird. I will never go back

I have been a client for a few years and have always been happy with their work. I recently had my daughter who is getting married and her bridesmaids go to Lynne‘s for manicures and pedicures for the wedding. They did an excellent job and the girls were all really pleased. I was also happy that they worked with our schedule.

So happy to have found this place! Saw this place weeks ago and finally got to try it out today! The place is clean and the staff was super friendly! I came in without an appointment and Amy took me right away. She did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Super pleased! I will definitely be back and recommend them to my fiends. Very reasonably priced as well.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. The lady that was helping me was super nosy and too busy gossiping to do it. She and the other lady working was being very obvious about their dislike for another couple that was there. One would get the others attention say something both look at the couple and make disgusted faces. Also super expensive! Will NOT be back!!

I got my nails done for the first time here today and the lady who attended me was very nice, she even recommended a couple of things for me, made small talk and everything. 10/10 will come here again

Jenny the nail tech was very friendly. Came to visit Iowa but Unfortunately couldn’t but was able to stop by her before returning to Boston. The staff took the rest of the party but my tech was Jenny. She definitely took care of my nails. No more hang nails finally !!!

I have been going to Lynns Nails for several years now, and have always received outstanding service from a friendly staff. Lynn is my primary manicurist, and she is excellent. I get a dipped French manicure, and it consistently lasts for 4 weeks. The salon is clean, the staff are always kind, and I feel I am getting a great manicure for a reasonable price. Thank you, Lynn, for always making me feel welcome and for the wonderful customer service!

My family and I have been coming here for years. Good people and great service! Lynn does the best powder dip and I get shellac pedicures that last forever. The wine during services doesn’t hurt either. Prices are competitive and it is extremely clean. Love Lynn’s and won’t go anywhere else!

I had the absolute best pedicure at Lynns nails today. Felt amazing after a long week mission trip on my feet. Very relaxing and did an amazing job! I will be back soon! Staff very welcoming and delightful:) I will get a manicure next time!

Easy to walk-in and get an appointment. I left with a small cut on my toe. My chair remote didnt work either. They serve wine however and the rest of the experience was good.

She really took her time to make them really smooth and clean. Super nice and huge selection of colors especially for dip powders.

I always love coming to Lynns Nails because they fit you in quickly and you get a lot of bang for your buck. The pedicure & manicure combo for $35 is unbeatable for the quality and service you receive here. Defiantly a go-to spot in Des Moines for a spa day.**Keep in mind I am a guy and only get clear, not sure how acrylics/other nails services are.**

$70 DOLLARS FOR FULL SET OF ARCYLICS??? no glitter no jewels or anything. bewn going here for 8 months and trusted them with my nails. asked for long nails and SHE REFUSED to do long and even cut them SHORTER twice after i told her the length i wanted. not only this but i paid $70 for gel acrylics?? are u kidding? lady never told me why i was charged so much extra, and never once said it was going to be more them $35.. when i asked her why it was so much, she WALKED away and refused to answer my question. my nails are NOT long and not coffin shape which i get every time with the same lady. so disappointing. ALSO i asked for regular nail polish, and found out when i paid that it was gel polish. WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR. literally ridiculous.

I liked Lynns nails a lot. I only have a few concerns. I got acrylics and when they put the nail polish on they accidentally did three coats on my right hand and only two on my left. They also smeared one of my nails and never fixed it. I came home with a couple cuts but thats expected when getting acrylics. The nail polish never came off and the nails stayed on very good. I will be back hoping for a better person to do my nails.

The worst manicure I have ever experienced. I have gone to Lynns for the last four months. Tonight I had the owners husband put tips on. It was the most painful experience that no one should should suffer to get their nails done. I even told him after he filed my skin off my left fingers that he was being to rough with my hands....and to please be gentler. To no avail, he killed them. I will not go back.

They are very personable, professional, and polite. They are fast while making it look nice. They make sure youre pleased before you leave.

I have been going to Lynns for 18 years now. The staff is always friendly and the place very clean. They will always find a way to squeeze you in even if you dont have appointment. The message chairs are very relaxing. This place is a great time for bridal parties, birthdays, or just to pamper yourself. I highly recomend Lynns for your next mani/pedi.

Terrible experience I went in about two weeks ago with me my mom and boyfriend, it felt like they were talking about us the entire time we were there the nails we got done were very poorly done and started chipping the next day and they cut me with the drill twice while getting my nails done. Will not be going again! I do not recommend.

I have gone here forever with my mom. I needed my nails done today and I figured I’d go here. BAD IDEA. So short staffed and that should’ve been a sign that I should’ve gotten out of there. Tom started doing my nails and one of them was broke so he just took tweezers and took the remaining off...what? If I went anywhere else they would have soaked my nails to take them off. He was in such a hurry. He then proceeded to cut into my other nail, which was NOT in any form broken. It didn’t need to be cut. My whole nail started bleeding. He could tell I was upset but told me “you be ok” NO SIR, I am not ok. I did however walk out with my nails not done. I will never be back. He ruins Lynn’s nails.

Really sad we had an appt that we set up day before for 3 pedicures. my pedicure was completed before the other two even got started. lots of places to go where this would be possible. i wont be back and neither will be any of my other friends.

I just left and I got half service. Bad painting no cuticle care they didnt even scrub my feet or give a hand massage. Did a mani pedi and will probably never go back. Also I asked for rounded tips and I got square even after asking 3 times for rounded.

I am not impressed overall. The owner was abrupt and impatient and the service was not timely. They predicted 45 minutes but an hour later and they werent done. The polish got chipped and i left rushed and unsatisfied
