Did better than expected, got almost everything done there, made my day way easier

I started bringing my work vehicles here over 10 years ago. Great service and very quick. I am employed by another company and have since moved from the immediate area but I still bring my vehicle here to be serviced. I drive about 25 miles and pass up a lot of other service centers along the way, even other Jiffy Lube locations. Unlike the others that you can wait hours to get your service performed, I dont remember ever having to wait and the service is usually done in 15 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

I stopped in to have my AC charged only to find out I had damage to the underside due to a snowbank I had hit over the winter. While they were not able to fix it, the technician, Trey and his boss Dennis were a great help in helping me understand what was going on. I will definitely be back for my future needs.

Met me in the driveway. Greeted me. I told him I had a brake light out and asked if he could fix it for me soon at a reasonable price? He said he could and drove it inside and fixed it. Price was fair. Happy with service and the work. My wife and I will return with cars as needed.

Had a good experience but they over charged me for the same Platinum full synthetic oil which I got almost after every 3 months from jiffy lube different locations by saying they didn’t do additional service just charged you for the oil . I show them invoices which shows oil price 86.99 with additional service but this location charged me 104.99$ just saying that every location have different owners and these are franchises. Really disappointed with their overall control and management.

Was lied to about maintenance items. Stated I was due for spark plugs and a transmission fluid exchange when I had 40,000 miles left on the plugs as per manf maintenance schedule and 90,000 miles left on the transmission fluid as per manf maintenance schedule. Additionally they wanted $25 for a tire rotation when its included with an oil change at pretty much every other shop.

Excellent experience. While more expensive than I would prefer, this location offers excellent service, and excellent communication in addition to their products.

Best oil change place! Been going there for years and have always had great service. Recently I even had an issue with my oil drain plug which they were able to take care of for me as well. Gonna keep going there as long as I can. Bottom line? Great people. Great service.

Came in for an oil change after buying a new (to me) trailblazer. Battery ended up failing while there. They did a great job getting me back running with new battery and oil change and some informative notes on the vehicles current visiting. Great job

I generally change my own oil, but disposing of it is getting to be a pain. So I went to this Jiffy lube today. The person I spoke to was nice, explained well, and did not try to sell me things that I knew I did not need.Everything was done right except that they did not drain the oil from around the oil filter. Theres even a valve right under the filter on Toyota specifically for draining this. It can be done with a shop towel in a pinch.Instead, I got home, and oil they did not drain had splashed over the hoses, wiring, side of my battery, the new powdercoated skidplate I just put on, and the on-board battery charger. Very not cool.I dont understand how this can be missed, it is literally a pool of oil right next to the filter. It isnt in some far off place in the truck. I dont know how to explain that this could be missed. Guess Im going back to changing my own oil now.

It has been a while since Ive felt good about service maintenance for my vehicle.

Dennis was professional. He wore his mask the entire time and respected my desire to social distance. In addition to all that, he did a great job servicing my vehicle. Give him a raise/promotion or both.

Good and quick service for all the work done; chaged oil, changed and cleaned coolant and replaced a belt and transmission liquid in about 1hour 1/2. Very satiafied and friendly staff: west Chicago jiffy lube on 59 and north ave. They do it all and they are right next to Baskin Robins a Plus for sure!

The customer service here is phenomenal! The workers on 2/14 around 4pm deserve some recognition! I live in Elgin but work close by so I go after work. They are so fast I’m usually in and out in 15 mins or less. I have never had any issues here. They clean my windows. Vacuum my car. Fill my tires. Update me on things that need fixings but they don’t push it on you like most places. I will never go to any other place for my oil change.

They did not wipe the spilled oil from under my vehicle off so when I arrived home it dripped on my driveway, which I just sealed!! While removing my air filter they broke one of the clips that hold it closed, and did not say anything, while attempting to check my lights the did not return any of my light setting to auto, they were left in the on position, including my interior lights, and they left oily hand prints on my interior and exterior doors, Steering wheel and hood.Not the levels of service you would expect for a $100 oil change.

The guys are knowledgeable and they quickly get you in and out; so important on the weekends when youre busy running errands. Theyre also friendly! With the competition offering low prices on oil changes, they should probably permanently lower that price, eliminating rge need for a discount coupon.

First, they never asked me what service I wanted, what oil etc. They tried to sell me air filters that were just replaced. The guy doing all the talking and billing talked so fast explaining what they were doing that I almost agreed to a regular oil change costing $80.00! I stopped him before he walked away telling him that NO, I ONLY want a standard oil change at $39.00. He responded with a long 10 minute blasting about how bad this was for my vehicle, how the warranty will be voided, how the seals in the engine will now fall apart, etc, etc etc. The truck has almost 200,000 miles on it and the warranty was gone over 6 years ago! There was another guy that was just checking out for his service and said to me that he was screwed by this place and was not happy about it. Then I get in and leave only to discover that the change oil reminder had NOT been cleared as this guy said and also now there is a error code that says to check the brake systems. Now I have to take the truck into a dealer to find out why there is this error that was NEVER there before I walked into this place. All I can say is I will NEVER return to this place and I will NEVER refer anyone there. This one oil change will now cost me hundreds or possibly thousands to find out and repair what damages they caused. I will consider speaking with a lawyer after this is all repaired. Just an awful place.

Tried to charge me $142 for an oil change, then tried to upsell me on brakes that were just done, and tire, wipers, air filter. I told the blond gentleman with the long hair that all of this was rediculous, and he got mad and walked away, I told the manager who cashed me out on my $42 oil change, and he did not believe me. I am afraid of my vehicle not being serviced, or sabatoged by the one that stomped away. Been concerned about the plug not being installed properly, or not even changing my oil. Not a customer friendly store.

Was on my way to a car show when I started over heating. The car was too low to pull in, but the guys were great and made due with the situation at hand helping me out a ton! I owe them lunch.

I get in and out quickly. Great service. LOVE the premo windshield wiper blades! Friendly and professional. I always come here to have my oil changed. Also they do other services too - rotate my tires when its time, change other fluids, etc. That way I dont have to keep track of when to do what. Perfect for me.

12.30pm lunch oil change, was fast and professional, no one tried to sell me anything extra and no one removed anything out of my car engine compartment without my permission (which Jiffy Lube from my experience does all the time and thats a deal breaker for me). Did exactly what I asked and reset the light - all under 15 minutes total. Good experience.

It is shame there isn’t an option for zero stars. I went there for the first time approx 3 months ago. The next day I noticed the guard under my car dragging on the ground. I ended up bringing it back as the fasteners were missing (1 hr wasted). I decided it was a fluke and gave them a second chance. Had my oil changed today drove home and had my car in the garage for approx 2 hrs. Left to run an errand and I received a call from my wife that there was a puddle of oil in the garage. I happened to be near another Jiffy Lube so I pulled in. Unfortunately there were several cars ahead me so I had to wait, as my car dripped oil in their parking lot. The techs reported that the drain plug was only “hand tightened”. I returned to West Chicago Jiffy Lube and asked to speak to the manager who told me they “tightened the drain plug to manufacturer’s specs”. Why not just apologize and offer to send somebody over to clean up my garage instead of feeding me that line of bs? Does nobody accept responsibility when they screwup? I asked them to have the owner call me. Still haven’t heard from the owner. Stay away.Update. The owner already had my phone number and didn’t call prior to the response below. I responded via email, as the owner requested, and never received a response. The response below appears to be nothing more than an attempt to save face on line. Integrity and accountability starts at the top of an organization.

This is one of the WORST car service places you can go to.Reasons:1) They upsell everything. There is no easy conversation with anyone at this facility. No matter how direct and to the point you are as what you would like done, they are always looking to get more out of you.2) Their specialists arent really specialists in...anything. Several occasions I have needed a nail in my tire taken out and filled. Not once have they said they could do so but that their tire specialist needs a whole new tire (see #1). I took my car both times to Firestone in St. Charles and they filled the nail hole with no problem. Break specialists are even worse!3) They have a habit of losing documentation. To me, this is why I want to steer everyone clear of this place. Back in 2014 I had all 4 breaks done by this Jiffy Lube (that was a mistake). About a month ago I bring my tire in for an oil and filter (explicitly state I just want an oil change). They decided to look at my breaks and ask when the last time I received maintenance on them. I said you all did it less than a year and a half ago. They argued with me, told me they recommend me spend the money on replacing the breaks right at this moment. I called them out, made them go in their back office on their server and pulled a receipt. Sure enough, it showed them this and the manager was still arguing with me that this never happened. He told me this must just be for the rear brakes (cost was $600 ball park area) I told theres no way thats possible and pointed to the fact the receipt said BOTH front AND back. Only after I pointed out what the receipt said (after he begrudgingly handed it over to me) did the manager back down off of his claim and stop trying to make me pay more.------Hands down, this is the worst place you can bring a car. You have Brachs in Winfield (5 minute drive) and Firestone in St. Charles (5 minute drive). Please avoid this Jiffy Lube!

Never again. Serviced there yesterday. They really take people for the most expensive oil change without asking. They use scare tactics to get you scared to charge more. They never checked fluids, left there with all fluids low. They did not clear the oil change notice. A very bad place to visit unless you want to be scammed into paying 100.00 for an oil change. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Had oil changed on 18 Jan they didnt put the oil drain cap was out of country for 28 days yesterday when I came see the oil all over my driveway. I towed my vehicle and changed the oil and everything worst service ever

Very bad experience... two times in a year they made an oil change but they didnt put the cover property. They are totally careless about peoples vehicle. They even damage my front door, Im not coming back again by no means. Very disrespectful and Im very disappointed.

I had went there a while back to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Ofcourse they tried suggesting things I didnt need done. Also their oil change is kind of expensive and tire rotation is like a 5 minute thing and cost way too much. They were also just slow in general. Not good.
