Have been a satisfied customer of the Midas in West Chicago for many years. Tim the manager has vast experience and takes time to listen and help resolve issues! I feel confident dropping my cars off and have recommended friends and family without hesitation.

Stopped in today for a last minute oil change (full synthetic). They got me in and out in about an hour, even while they were a little busy. Theyre straight forward and dont try to upsell ya.

After going to other auto care locations I noticed something that was very interesting. THEY CARE! Katie did an exceptional job replacing my brakes and rotors on my Ram 2500HD. Other techs from other autocare locations did not take into consideration all the small work that goes into brake work. Katie noticed some small details and fixed everything associated with my brakes. Great job Katie.

I came here to get my brakes done and I am glad I did. From the moment I called Tim was amazing!!! So honest and so friendly and even addressed me by name when I walked in for my appt!! I literally have no reason to see anyone else about my car because I will forever come here. Talk about a first impression. Tim nailed it!!! Also, absolutely satisfied with the brake job done.

Store Manager Tim Doll is a great manager who always takes care of our whole familys cars at a reasonable price. He also doesnt fall for dealerships recommendations of service work needed, when there really isnt a need for a particular service. He takes great care of all our cars.

Tim was very nice and professional. Took care of my flat tire right before close and didnt hesitate to take me in even though it was 5 minutes before close. Very professional and a great conversationalist.Will be returning for regular maintenance and other work.

Friendly, quick service. No one in the entire shop was wearing a mask, even when talking to me and taking my payment. It’s December 2020 in the depth of the pandemic, and no masks. That’s mighty selfish.

Went in to get my tires rotated and one tire replaced, they didn’t match the psi of air on the tire they installed to the others. Two of my wheel covers were loose. Was also told I would get a call when my vehicle was ready, did not receive one, instead I called to find out it was ready. Would not recommend.

Great place Ive had a few repairs done here along with tune ups and oil changes and I cant complain they took great care of my car.😁

Manager at front desk is very friendly and had great customer service skills. I came in to get my brakes &rotors fixed and they did a great job. I went to the Midas in Wheaton previous to this and the man at the front desk was rude. I’m glad I had a great experience here at this West Chicago location.

Tim and Bill are Amazing! They took my panic stricken self in right away and solved the problem putting me at ease! Im so grateful! Great Customer service here! Highly recommend this Midas!

Great coupons and pricing on oil changes. And midas always finds issues if my car has one. Was told that all my belts were cracked, and they are indeed cracked upon inspecting them myself. Honest people.

Ive always serviced my vehicles here and was always proud of the service they provided me I live very close to the location and they have always accommodated me with dropping me back while when they needed to keep my car for the day it was valuable to me as i live alone and the very reason they earned my business..however last visit i was snubbed and they were unwilling to help me out as they have in the past. I understand business needs change... and with that it left me feeling that maybe i need to make a change too ... i had my car serviced out of town by my parents home where i was able to obtain a ride. But now I will be looking at my options locally.

This is my second interaction with the this location and each time I have been impressed with the level of service I receive (I worked with Tim and Bill). The technicians know what they are doing and do a great job of explaining to the customer what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. I have never experienced any high pressure sales tactics to fix anything that didnt need fixing.I feel like trust is a hard thing to come by with repair shops, but they have definitely earned mine.

Tim is the manager here and i have followed Tim around for years to have him do all my auto repairs. He is honest and always does whatever he can to make everything right. His quotes are correct and the service is fantastic, it is done when he says it will be. he does not just sit behind the counter like so many managers but looks at each and every job to ensure it is done right and nothing was left undone.

Midas the one in West Chicago its good for oil changes brakes all the little mind works that needs to be done on your car. I think when it comes to major work you need to take your car to the dealership where the car came from Im not saying that the mechanics at Midas its not equipped to handle that work but I will feel more comfortable taking my car to the dealership for major work

Tim the Manager is a nice guy, but the crew working on your car have no clue when it comes to engine work. I spent thousands of $$$$$$ here, hundreds in rental car fees and eventually had to sell my Cadillac due to all of the issues I had with it after bringing it here. Oil changes, brakes here, YES, but NEVER bring them anything complicated

I was in there this past week to get an oil change and then I had to go to the dealership to have some work done on my car and they told me that 2 lug nuts were broke and had to be replaced
