Lisa is so great she really knows how to cut curly hair. I love my new cut and my curls feel so healthy after a conditioning treatment.

I called Cappellas Studio on Saturday (3/30) morning and asked for prices (very affordable) and times and gave a description of what I wanted. It was my first time getting my haircut at a different salon so I was kind of nervous. I was greeted politely and given the information I asked for and was able to come in for an appointment that same day. I had my appointment with Christina, and she did an amazing job with my hair. I was able to go to my boss wedding with my hair the way I wanted it. A plus was that the entire staff there were really nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning there in the future!

LOVE THIS SALON. Everyone is very nice & the salon is adorable. Ive been going there for years now, my husband & I always get our hair done by Erin. Shes a great stylist and gives awesome hair care advice. the other staff are just as awesome. Highly recommended

I have been to Cappellas salon three times now and had Christina as my stylist. Each time I left extremely satisfied and refreshed. She is awesome with highlights and gives a beautiful cut. I recommend making an appointment with Christina today!

Love all 3 of them. No one is better than Erin, Nicole and Mike. Nice personalized attention and great atmosphere. None better in West Chester, Ive tried them all.

I looked at salons online for weeks before going to Cappellas for the first time, as I am new to the area. I went in for a new style and left crying. My stylist was skeptical after she was done which didnt help the way I felt about it. I have since gotten used to it, but was overall disappointed.I also dont think anyone should have to pay $15 extra for hair straightening when the cut is already $40. It lasts one day, and with hair like mine, you cannot style it without straightening. If I wouldnt said no to paying the extra fee I wouldve walked out having no idea whether my new hair cut looked good or not.I will not be returning.
