Fred did my skin fade beautifully. Best fade I have ever had. The staff were extremely welcoming and Fred made sure to take his time to be detail oriented and do a proper fade. Fred is now my dedicated barber for the year I am here in PA! Looking forward to future visits. 👍

From the minute I walked in I just felt this warmth. I was greeted by two wonderful ladies and another gentleman cutting hair. They were so kind and friendly, while remaining focused on their clients. The atmosphere was very relaxing and distraction free without the need of a TV blasting SportsCenter, or a bourbon bar or beer fridge. The decor was tasteful and unassuming without trying too hard to appeal to a certain machismo. The place was CLEAN and It smelled wonderful. Faith took her time, and gave a really great haircut. Even, well blended, nicely styled, and it still only took roughly 30 minutes. I never once felt rushed. This is a true hidden gem in a small city packed with multiple barbershops. To me, these folks are the Champions.

What can I say that wasnt already said in all the 5 star reviews before me. I live in town in West Chester and like to support local business whenever I can. So when I was in need of a new barber I saw Charlie and Co and decided to give it a shot. WOW, was I sooooooo impressed. I used Fred the first time and will never go to another barber again. My girlfriend said it was THE BEST haircut I have ever had. She was blown away. We love him so much I take my son there as well. He LOVED it too. The shop is so clean and fresh too. Amy is probably the nicest human alive as well. She owns the shop and is always smiling when you are there. If you havent give Charlie and Co and shot, do yourself a favor and go. You will NOT be disappointed!

Amy and the folks at Charlie and Co. are superb. Not only do they deliver a high-quality product at an affordable price, but their shop is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and they are kind, down-to-earth, and jovial people. Ive never received a better haircut from another shop, because Charlie and Co.s attention to detail and standards are supererogatory; they carefully listen to your wants and ask questions to develop a precise plan. The shop is in an accessible location to the borough and the surrounding area, and parking is easy to come by. Plus, the history of the shop makes the experience all the more enjoyable.

My son and I went for haircuts and really enjoyed our experience. The shop is super clean and bright. Amy was amazing and our haircuts came out great. We will go back for sure. Parking can be tricky so make sure to show up 10-15 min early as finding a parking spot in West Chester can be tough.

I visited Amy at Charlie & Co on my wedding day last week, for a cut and shampoo. The shop is immaculate and its clean lines/minimalist design elements, from the custom black & chrome barber chairs to the flowers, are elegant. I felt completely at ease, for the first time on my anxious yet momentous day. Amy herself is a delight, to be around, to talk to, and to literally be in her hands. Shes skillful in trimming, shaping and making customers look their best selves, for a special day or any day. The $5 add-on, post-haircut shampoo might be the best value in all of West Chester -- the scalp massage is sublime. I cant imagine getting my hair cut anywhere else, by anyone else, ever again.

This place is easily my favorite barbershop. There are few places i’ve been that can cut curly hair the way that Amy can. She’s one of the sweetest & most easygoing people you’ll meet and her shop has such a clean & calming aesthetic. Amy is not only a fantastic hair stylist but I consider her a friend. She goes out of her way for her clients to make sure everyone is treated with respect and has a great experience. My brother and nephews also use Amy as their hair stylist. She is one of a kind with kids!! She is so sweet and every time I come in she mentions the last time she got to see them and how cute they are. It shows a lot about a persons character when they take pride in what they do, remember clients by name, recant stories or information about the last time she met with that client and treats everyone as she would want to be treated.
