The building used to be managed very well, but recent changes have made this place a nightmare.Requests weve submitted in the building management app have gone without a response, there have been constant walk-throughs and inspections, and now that weve moved out the owners are trying to extort us for money. We lived here for almost 5 years and made every payment on time.They also have publicly shamed other tenants for over use of the common areas.This is no longer the place it once was. Stay away.

Property Manager is outstanding, maintenance department is fast and thorough. The building is fun and offers a great atmosphere for all tenants.

The Chestnut Street Lofts are fantastic! I’ve only been here for a month and I love it! Maintenance is quick and friendly. The building manager has made moving in delightfully easy! Love the atmosphere and the “homey” feeling it gives!

Chesnut Street Lofts is great. New and clean buidling with multiple apartment layouts. Perfectly located in the heart of West Chester. Property Manager is responsive and quickly fixes any issues. I highly recommend checking these apartments out!

I lived at the Chestnut Street Lofts for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere and beautiful building. I am sad to have left the area but if I ever return I know where I will be living:) If you are looking to rent downtown West Chester, this is the spot! You definitely wont regret it.

The Lofts are a great option for those wanting to live directly in the Borough! The apartments are modern, sleek, and comfortable. The walk to bars and restaurants is also less than 5 minutes. Occasionally we have happy hours and trips to sporting events paid for by the building!

I have lived at the Chestnut Lofts since they opened. It is a great apartment complex with the opportunity to meet other residents through social activities. The Lofts are located right in the borough of West Chester offering a great location to walk to bars, restaurants and local parks.

I have lived at the Chestnut Lofts for a year and a half, now. I still love it because of great and modern amenities, a one-minute walk to the restaurants/bars of WC and a great community. Five stars!
