Winston was the guy who assisted me, he was awesome. My total was 78$, I accidentally gave him 100$ (2 20s were stuck together) he caught it and gave one of the 20s back. Then I showed him my 10$ off coupon, he said he would give me 15% off instead which was around 13$ off because I had to wait 1 minute to get in which was no problem to begin with. Not only all of that, but he said they were short on change and gave me 5$ back instead of 2$. It only took around 18 mins for the entire process. Definitely the best pil change experience Ive ever had.

Cole and Dylan were the ones who assisted on the oil change. Very professional, and even explaining everything in detail to make sure I fully understood the services I asked for. Very nice, and friendly staff! Can always trust them and their word. Always nice to see people doing their jobs correctly, and even going above and beyond for their customers.

I asked them to top off my power steering twice, and found out they never did when I got home and checked it myself. I found it at the same level, low.I wonder if they ever changed the oil

Dont go here. Everything is way over priced. I dont need an air filter if it was changed 5,000 miles ago. Awfully run business! 15 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. Then 25 minutes for the oil change.

They over torqued the oil filter housing and cracked it!I took it back in after finding a puddle of oil on the garage floor. It leaked out a quart. The kid that was there told me it was a common problem with Pentastar engines and that it probably happened because it was old. He swore they always use a torque wrench....which took him awhile to find so he could show me that he always used it.All I know is my wife took her can there to get an oil change, we ended up with an oil leak, I took it back, the kid told me to go pound sand, and now I have to pay a real mechanic to take apart my intake manifold to replace the filter housing. Which is going to cost more than a grand. Thanks a lot Valvoline!

My daughter came in for an oil change a couple days ago. The gentleman who worked on her car Winston, Ryan, And Dylan were astronomical. My daughter came home (it was her first time ever getting it changed as she just got her first car) and she said they were absolutely amazing. My husband takes our cars here and says they are very knowledgeable about services they offer and stuff they dont even offer! I will definitely be returning and so will my daughter! HUGE thank you to the 3 employees who made my daughters day!

Went in this past week on Wednesday I believe. Fast and friendly service however I could barely hear anything over the constant awful banging noise. Not sure what was going on there, but left with a headache.

They failed to put the screws back in. The car was losing oil and couldnt drive more than 35 miles per hour. Our daughter was driving an hour home with our grandson. The area manager said that the 3 hours it took them to drive home was not as big of inconvenience so they could not get a refund. Please anyone who lives in west bend go to another place to get your oil changed. This could happen to you or your children.

Very quick and thorough. Make sure to always have a coupon ready on your phone. I love that they have a camera with a monitor so you can see what they are doing around your vehicle as well as under it. Friendly and everyone was wearing masks. Highly recommend.

Went in to get the oil changed on my mothers truck, basically froze to death while waiting. I do not know if they have heaters in there or something but i feel awful for the employees, i was sitting in the truck and seeing my breath! If this is how they run their business and make the customers and employees suffer, i think ill just go to jiffy lube! Not a fun time.

Dylan was very pushy and claiming i need new filters when they were changed not longer than 4000 miles ago. I dont know if it was because i am a woman or what but my husband keeps track of everything!

They did a good job making sure all of my maintenance needs were met. Not always the speediest but it is what it is. Id rather have them take their time and get the job done well.

The service was quick, the staff was knowledgeable, and they respected the social distancing/wearing of masks during COVID.

Quick oil change. Drive in and 10 min later i was driving out. Little odd sitting in the car during it but you can watch your price as they talk to you including tax so no surprise when you pay.Coupon for oil change was acutely the price they charged plus tax, no mark ups charging you a lot more after your done.

Brought in a 2010 VW TurboDiesel for an oil change. For their part, staff was all very nice and professional. When we got the car home, noticed some oil on the driveway and took it back to them. They went through and checked everything and made sure it was all tight, so they figured it was oil sitting on the scratch-guard that dripped onto the driveway. Ive had that happen to me plenty of times when I changed my own oil, so thought it seemed possible and went on our way. The next day, my wife took the car on a road trip to to the Smokey Mountains with her girlfriend and had the oil light come on while making a hard turn. She pulled over and found it was low, and had to keep adding oil to it until they got home.We needed to get it fixed ASAP so that she could keep using it when she got back so we took it to the dealership and found that they loosened the oil cooler. The seal on the oil cooler is the type that, once broken, needs to be replaced - you cant tighten it back up and have it make a good seal anymore, which is what they did. So $500 later, they dealership had fixed Valvolines mistake, and the real kicker was that I found a oil change at the dealership only costs $65 while it cost $95 at Valvoline, not to mention the dealership wouldnt have broken the car!Looked it up online and the oil cooler looks a lot like that big plastic nut that some oil filters have. Mistakes happen, I get it (though when taking your car to a place that only does oil changes, youd hope it wouldnt...), and customer service is not never making a mistake - its taking care of it when it happens. On that note, I called multiple times to get Valvoline to demonstrate decent customer service by paying for the repair, and was always told that a manager would have to make that decision but no manager was ever present. Wrote to Valvolines corporate headquarters and explained the situation, and never heard back from them.Definitely never coming back here.
