The service team at Bobs Main Street Auto and Towing is always a pleasure to work with. Each time I use their services from a simple oil change to windshield wiper assembly replacement I am met with excellent customer experience and top notch service. Each time I stop in they provide a vehicle inspection report and go through it in detail to help prepare you for incoming repairs. I have never been pressured to purchase any of the recommended services nor have I ever encountered issues such as oil residue left in the vehicle or excessive mileage put on the vehicle before returning to me. The advising team is always prompt when answering questions and has always provided me with estimates for repairs in a timely manner. I am fortunate to have yet to need a tow, but in the event I will know exactly who to call.

The whole team at Bobs did a great job! They were able to quickly diagnose my air conditioning problem (it was a big one) and able to repair it without any worries. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable, and really put me at ease. Rick kept me informed and was great to work with! I had my car towed in July 2019 when my starter went out. I had Geico roadside assistance and they found Bobs Towing for me. Great driver. He tried jumping the battery first just to make sure that wasnt the problem. Got me to the mechanic and dropped the car in the parking lot while I got my appointment set up inside. Excellent!

I called AAA as my car broke down in West Bend. They indicated that Bob’s Towing would be coming to provide a jump start or tow, if necessary, in approximately an hour. While I was still on the phone with them, I got a call from Bob’s Towing indicating that they were on their way! Ben was professional and friendly; he tried to jump start my car, but it appeared that the battery was fine and that it was another issue. Ben towed my car and gave me a ride to my local mechanic in Wauwatosa. I appreciated the care he took with my car !

Got stuck. Bobs came out immediately. Did some damage while pulling vehicle out. However, Made it right. Covered all damage. Very professional company.

Saturday, August 29th, I experienced a flat tire on Interstate 41, outside of Slinger. Having difficulty changing the tire, my roadside assistance provider, contacted Bobs Auto and Towing. Ryan is awesome. Super friendly, easy-going, and very informative. Its nice to walk in somewhere and be treated like an equal. I may not know a lot of things about cars/trucks but I appreciate not being treated like a dumb woman. Bobs doesnt make me feel that way.

Great service Phil picked me up in the middle of the night and got me home safe.

Needed a tow out of a very slippery situation. Phil was the driver and this guy knew exactly what to do. I was very concer6 about damage to my Challenger with the spoilers and whatnot. But he took his time and great care. And he pulled off the impossible using every technique in the book.

It was incredibly expensive. The exact same service was half the price across the street.Changing this review to one star because the service performed was not satisfactory. The wheels that were supposedly balanced vibrate horribly at freeway speed.

Bobs. Main Street Auto & Towing provided excellent service and was able to get my automobile working again after being in storage for over 3 years.

I went in for grease job and oil change. I also asked for them to check for corrosion on the battery. The service man at the counter checked on the battery himself and told me there was some corrosion and what the solution and cost would be. I told him to have that work done. I was also given a sheet explaining the 22 point checkup and what needs to be done at a later date. I did not feel pressured into anything and am glad to have the info for future repairs and upkeep. The waiting area was clean and pleasant to wait in. I will return thre for future work as needed.

They had time to fix my car in 4 hours or less

Their customer service was impressive. I had an issue with my brakes. George and Ryan made sure I was taken care of. From making sure I didnt drive an unsafe car to getting a loaner for me all at the last minute. I would recommend them.

Last week I brought my car in to be served by Bobs Auto staff was impressed with the quality of the work. I received a detail print out start to finish showing the parts they worked on and everything about the car. It was done in a very timely manner. I had the bottom of my truck explode? I know nothing about cars but Ryan showed me the damage, was able to squeeze me in for an appointment that same day. It was awesome because I was 40 minutes from home and George even gave me a ride to and from the shop so I didn’t have to walk in the hot sun! They were both super awesome, explained things well and were patient with my lack of car knowledge! Thank you! I’ll be driving the extra 40 minutes for any car related issues in the future!

Fast service for my emissions testing

Traveling through Slinger late at night and hit a deer. Called AAA and was referred to Bobs Towing. Our car was towed that night to Baraboo! Wonderful service!

Trying to get out from under an over-pass after a hail storm came through, I had got stuck in the mud tire deep! I had to use another motorists phone (as I didnt have the right charger for mine) to call AAA who then assisted in sending Bobs Towing Service of West Bend to my aide. Jesse, the tow-truck driver was very prompt in getting to me! He pulled out my vehicle safely and was very courteous. As I told him my dilemma of my phone being dead and not having the right charger, he went back to his truck and gave me his own personal charger that fit! Good place to get some work done

Brought my car into Bobs for the first time for a sound I was noticing. They diagnosed the problem that afternoon and sent me an in depth assesment of various concerns on the vehicle. There was no pressure to get any of the work done. The staff there was forthcoming and honest. The work was well done and finished on schedule. My family and I will be taking our vehicles there for service in future.

(Driver: Joe) Bobs Main Street Auto and Towing was assigned to our tow through State Farms roadside assistance. After taking our vehicle to the service shop, our tow truck driver, Joe, voluntarily offered to assist shop personnel with his tools to get the vehicle to the rack (proved be a very difficult procedure consider we were missing a wheel). In todays world, there is often a mentality of get one job done as fast as possible and then on to the next, without taking into consideration the service quality you are providing. Joe was the exact opposite and his service and assistance stood out. I am truly appreciative of his service quality.

I wanted to take the time to write a review of my experience at Bobs. I was looking for recommendations on a lift and tires for my truck. The guys did a great job at educating me on this process. The install and recommended sizing was spot on. Very happy with everything. I would recommend them. I know I will use them for my future service work.

Made an appointment on their website a few days ahead. It says well contact you to confirm. No one emailed or called. I called the day before I scheduled the appointment and they had no record of it so I had to push it back even further. If its a glitch on your site, might wanna get that checked out. Once I got there the service was pretty good.

I needed a tow the day after our first snowfall. The truck showed up in record time! After determining that the car needed a battery and new tires I was given a complimentary rental vehicle. After a very thorough inspection (accompanied by pictures) the work was done very quickly. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

My car died on the highway, Friday evening on the holiday weekend before Christmas. I was on my way to visit family, only half way through my trip and obviously already stressed from the wrench in my plans.. Their driver, Jesse picked me up, brought me to the place my insurance told us to go and we realized it looked liked like they were gone for the weekend and my chances of getting my car fixed this weekend were slim to none. He helped me locate a much better auto shop and dropped me off at a nearby hotel. Car trouble is never a good thing, but Jesse made it about as positive experience as he possibly could. My husband and I have gone to Bobs auto on 2 different occasions now, and both experiences were stellar. They took care of both of our vehicles quite well and answered all questions more than sufficiently. One of my favorite things about their services are the inspection reports that they send. They send photos and give an explanation for everything they put in the report and for someone who doesnt know much about cars, that is so helpful. They run their business with much integrity and competence. As long as we are living in this area, we will definitely be going to Bobs auto for any and all car needs.

Bobs main street auto is the place to go for your vehicle repairs and maintenance. Very professional staff, very clean shop and office, and great customer service! I always see Bobs tow trucks everywhere, but never knew they had such a nice repair facility, well two actually! I use the one on Main St. and a friend of mine has used the one on Decorah, and he was happy with his service as well. I will look to them for all my future needs!

I was sent Dave from Bobs for my USAA roadside assistance call for a flat on a car that doesnt have a spare. They gave a 60 min estimate and he was a little early, not bad in my opinion for the front end of Monday rush hour. I had figured the tire was gone by the rapid pressure loss on the freeway, but Dave wanted to take a look before loading us up to go get a new tire. Dave found the hole and was able to patch it on the spot. $18 + change and about 30 min later, we were on our way home. Dave did a great job, he was fast, friendly courteous, and saved me a whole lot of money.

Tom was fabulous, he arrived within 30 minutes of calling my insurance for roadside assistance. I had him come jump start my sons car. He was a wealth of knowledge and shared some good tips like turn off the cars radio, seat heater, etc...when trying to start the car and it won’t turn over to hold down the gas until it starts, let it run or drive it for solid 15 min with heat on high. Which was key in our situation! Overall I’m appreciative and had a great experience....Thank you Tom

Had to use AAA to find a mechanic when the battery in our car died without warning. We were on the side of the road but Jason K of Bobs Main Street Auto found us expediently and got us on our way again. He was professional and friendly and helped us with some minor troubleshooting to be sure it was just the battery that was dead. Overall, this was a pleasant interaction and I will not hesitate to call on Bobs again should the need arise.

Really impressed by the service I received here. I have a hard time finding a repair shop that I can trust and I know they arent trying to scam me. All the guys there were helpful and explained/showed all the reasons for the repairs they recommended. I know there can always be hiccups during car repairs but they were very accommodating and respectful of my time. Ill definitely be back.
