Very quick and never even left my drivers seat.

Went to get a safety and emissions done. Was super fast, everyone was friendly. The restroom and the waiting room was nice and clean.

Always do a great job! They even fixed a clerical error from a prior service while I was in -these guys are awesome! If youre just needing an oil change or routine service, I recommend this store.

When I walked in the guy who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. The guy who did my emission testing was not very friendly at all not even a smile while checking me out.

Ive never experienced a more polite group of workers! Even though I was 3rd in line, I was greeted before it was my turn. When it was my turn, I was able to stay in my car (due to COVID-19) precautions while I got an oil change, my tires were checked and adjusted properly with air, fluids topped off, and the digital oil change reminder was set up from scratch! I will definitely return to the Wentzville Jiffy Lube. Thanks, gentlemen.

I had gotten an inspection at the Wentzville location the other week and they were very nice so I decided to go back and get it oil change there. I was in and out in a jiffy the employees are very polite & well mannered. Would definitely recommend!

Big sign that says “No inspector on duty” out in front of the business. Obviously, was coming to get an inspection so not good.

Guys seemed like the last thing they wanted to do was help me, and they forgot to reset my vehicles system for the next time Ill need a oil change. Overall, not the best experience.

My 1st time here and it was a great experience. You stay in your car and they pump ac into your car while they are working. Fast service and checked all the fluids. Little pricey, but worth the quick and efficient service!

I had my emissions inspection done at this location. It was nice that they could get me in with little wait. The man who did the inspection seemed pretty uninterested in his job. Biggest complaint is that they left my hood unlatched... par for the course for jiffy lube.

Extremely busy and we had to wait, but they kept us posted and these guys are way cool and have a good time while doing quality work.

The low tire indicator light came on in my car so I swung by Jiffy Lube to have them take a look. The guy said my tires were fine; 2 days later Im on the side of the highway with a flat tire.Never again

I have been going here for years and have always had great service. They have taken care of 6 different cars of mine and have never had an issue. Their military and other discount programs are also some of the best Ive seen.

They were quick and got the emissions test done. I did say hi to the emissions guy and he didnt acknowledge me, then proceeded to plug open my door and plug things in without warning. I think he could have just said I need to do x/y/z and then done it. Overall, ill use them again in the future.

Mason and the whole staff were super friendly and efficient. Mason is extremely professional, and was able to answer all of my questions about getting my car road trip ready. I didnt need an appointment and did not wait long. Many thanks to Mason and staff, Ill defintely be back.

They have great quick service and the team is awesome. The only problem is are the the prices are way to high.

Always fast, always friendly and they clean your windows, vacuum and give you a free carwash. What more could you ask for. And have never had a problem with my car when I left there. I have been going there for years. It is better than going to a dealership, like a vet appointment. You never know what they are doing with your car back there and it usually coats more than you ever planned on spending.

Great service, got an oil change, in and out in 20 minutes even with 3 cars in front of me. They vacuum your car and give a car wash pass depending on which oil service you choose. Explained all the options well, helped me sign up for the rewards program, I will never go to Walmart for an oil change again.

Always helpful and polite willing to go extra mile never pressure to add on extras.

Ive always received great service. Because I’m skeptical, I ask them to put the used air and cabin filters in the trunk when they change them. That way, I can inspect them to make sure they really needed to be changed and I’m not getting ripped off. I’ve never been disappointed with this location. The employees are honest and respectful. Sometimes the wait is long, but worth it.

Great customer service skills. They are fast and friendly, alway have a good experiance when I come here. They check fluids and tire pressure and make sure my filters and other maintenance components are checked properly. They seem to care about their customers and really go the extra mile.

Went in for an oil change because I was pressed for time only to find out at the next interval they used the wrong filter. As always, if you want something done right your better off doing it yourself. Sad though, cost close to $100 too???

Most unorganized Jiffy Lube Ive ever been to. The supervisor isnt paying attention to customers and who shows up because he is watching another employee do their work. Another employee shows up and has no clue what is going on and the supervisor isnt helping. I will never recommend anyone to this Jiffy Lube and I will never be back. Didnt even get any work done because my 20 minute wait turned into 2 hours from the lack of a supervisor doing his job.
