Quick, easy, and painless! I discovered my car was a little deflated, walked in, and my tire was repaired/replaced in out in 45 min. Over than that, the employees were straight forward and honest. This location has accessibility-friendly parking spaces and facilities. Added bonus, the lobby, and restrooms were spotless. A simplistic experience like this will make anyone happy!

Save your money!!! Ive had a simple clicking around the left front wheel of my tire for almost 3 months now. Ive taken it to these guys 3 times and every time they charge me upwards of 400$ to fix the problem and its still worse than ever. When I brought this to their attention I was simply told yep vehicles are expensive. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The experience that I had was very pleasant. I called earlier today and made an appointment, the man on the phone was very friendly and helped me understand the pricing and what services would be done. I had my service done around 3:00 and just as they said, it took between an hour and a hour and a half. Pricing was just as we had discussed earlier, and the service seem to be very professional and prompt. You will pay a little bit more going to a place like this, but you know your stuff is going to be done when they say it will be done.

I made an appointment for an emissions inspection for my vehicle. They got my vehicle in on time and got finished in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and personable. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I needed an emissions check at the end of the month. I couldnt find anyone in Wentzville who would do it. I drove in on an off chance and they were able to fit me in. When our tire decided to split 1 hour in route to a visit to my parents 2 hours away, we were fortunate to stop at this Dobbs for a replacement tire. Not only did they squeeze us in, they gave us a lift to the nearest Panera to get coffee and breakfast while we waited. They were very accommodating to two waylaid travelers.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but I believe it was John.... he was outstanding and very friendly. Knowledgeable without trying to push extra services on me. Originally went in just for an emissions inspection, but am now going to have them put a set of 4 tires on for me. I have been shopping around for tires and am going to choose dobbs because they promptly got me in for my emissions, are friendly and knowledgeable with competitive pricing on the Michelin defender tires that I want.

Went in for my Safety Inspection and Emissions. I was able to drop off my vehicle, and within an hour was receiving the call to come pick it up. The staff was friendly and prompt.

Great customer service and work was finished promptly. The only reason I didn’t 5 stars was I was told it wouldn’t be ready until mid-afternoon, but it was ready within 2 hours. I was arranging transportation home and had to cancel it due to the change. I appreciate getting it back early though!

I was a little put off when I was told “45 minutes” to do an emissions inspection. Really?I had an appointment time set and no other work was requested. As it turned out, I waited 37 min. but it sure seems like it takes a long time to do a 10 min. task. Of course I also received a computerized print of my “tire health” which was not requested, and although all four were green for tread depth, there was an implied “less than perfect” score for wet braking and even a “severe wear on outside edge” of left front. This is nothing more than a computer sensor trying to do what an experienced technician should be doing. There is no “severe wear” visible and this set of tires is essential new with less than 2K miles.

Lifesavers! I noticed my low tire light on and went straight to Dobbs from the highway. I was just going to see if they could put air in my tires for me. In doing so he saw the nail in my back tire! Oh no! They were about to close and I had to work at 5 a.m! They squeezed me in and had me out on the road by 5...Thank you Dobbs!!

I was able to leave a message after hours and got a quick call back once business resumed. Was able to bring the car in and immediqltley receive service to complete an inspection and fix the issue with in a 2 hour window for 4 new tires and an alignment with information for a rebate provided. Fast and friendly service with expert advice for quality care. My car drives well now and i am no longer concerned to drive it in inclement weather.

We were on our way for a college visit stopped to get a bite to eat and ended up having a blow out in the drive through due to a landscaping rock. Dobb’s was in the same parking lot. Dropped off my car for state inspection; was told it would likely be a day or so before they could get to it — understandable, I had no appointment and I already knew they were very busy which is why I was just dropping it off. Pleasantly surprised to get a call before end of day 😊 Had my inspection done and my vehicle back before closed for day. They had a chance to work my inspection in, between waiting for parts for another customer’s vehicle, so they did. Helpful! Would definitely recommend Dobbs Tire & Auto in Wentzville.

We are so very appreciative what Dobbs did as we were getting ready to go home to Fl. We got to the car, and great, the battery died. Got a jump and drove to Dobbs. Car is running, and battery was replaced in minutes thanks to the great service. A service rep called Bo suggests tires look worn for our long trip, and so on went the new tires. We have used Dobbs before, and We say THANK YOU for great service and great employees.

Just need to use common sense when handling customers at the front desk. I waited in line to pick up vehicle. No problem. I get to front of line, ask to pay for service and get vehicle, employee gets paperwork and then says, just 1 minute, as he proceeds to take over the customer who is already being addressed by another employee who is attempting to ring up a gift card and cant figure it out. Ummm, what! Thats not how its done. You can offer suggestions to the other employee while youre ringing up my ticket, you can simply ask the other customer to standby while you finish my transaction (which ultimately took about 30secs) and then assist that customer. But you dont stop in the middle of a transaction, walk away from the customer in front of you, and help someone who is already being helped. Terrible service

Thanks to the guys at Dobbs in Wentzville, MO, today for getting me back on the road with safe tires after having a goose egg in my tire. They got me in and out so quick Im very thankful!

Took car in, requested synthetic oil change and radiator flush.Technician called saying my brakes were ok but I should change out my cabin filters which were dirty!...would cost $59.00. I asked if he had removed wheels to look at brakes...he said he had...I know he didnt because I have lock lugs on all wheels. I told him I can replace cabin filters myself..I ordered for $18.00. They did do the oil change and radiator flush, but forgot to apply a $15.00 coupon for synthetic oil change. This change should be good for 10,000 miles, but sticker they placed on car windshield recommended 3,000 miles. Another customer there the same day had wanted his rear tires checked due to low pressure but front tires were checked instead...he received a refund, taking car somewhere else.Wont be going back anytime soon....

I was out running errands with my wife and realized I forgot to schedule an appointment to get an emissions inspection for her car. It was mid afternoon and I just knew I was expecting to have to wait a few days for an appointment time to be available. To my surprise they were able to get me in at 4:30 (about 75 minutes from the time I had called). My wife & I pulled in around 4:20 & signed. “Rob” the attendant was very friendly & courteous.I was a little bored waiting for my wife’s car to be ready. So, I was browsing the tire displays at the store l. My 2nd car is coming up due on a new set of tires. Rob was on the phone with another customer who was inquiring about tires. Rob was very knowledgeable about the various options in tires & described in detail to the customer on the phone. When Rob was done with the phone call I asked him about tire pricing for my second vehicle. He had given me two options on the specific brand of tire I was interested in. There was a variation available in the model tire & I inquired what the differences were. Rob told me he was not sure, & offered to find out for me. I told him he really didn’t have to because I was just “killing time “ while we waited for the inspection on our vehicle to be done. I told him I wasn’t going to buy the tires anyway for another few months. I went back to the waiting area & sat with my wife. As I waited I heard Rob ask another employee information on the tires. I thought it was awesome that he took the time to find out. 15-20 minutes after my wife and I had initially arrived the car the inspection had been completed & we were on our way home. I was amazed at the great customer service we received at this location. Every time I have gone the service was excellent & my wait times have always been very reasonable. I’m coming back to Dobbs this summer when it’s time for that new set of tires. This is my third time servicing my vehicle.

I was driving cross-country and ended up with a nail in my tire. I pulled into this Dobbs location and have never had a more positive experience at a service center in my life. The front desk staff knew exact what needed to be done with my warranty, the service tech literally grabbed my keys 10 minutes after I pulled in and had the tire replaced in less than 30 minutes. I had 6 hours left to drive to make an appointment 2 states away and was sure Id have to reschedule. Not the case. Id come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

Absolutely the best service that I’ve ever received when having service done on my vehicle. When I initially called about getting new tires, I spoke with Roger who was very helpful and informative. I scheduled a time to come in and drove up to have my tires installed. When I arrived, they were extremely busy, and customers were crowded into the store. Due to the crowd, I decided to head back home and planned to call to arrange another time. Before I could even call to change the time, Roger was calling me to make sure I was still coming for my appointment. After explaining my hesitation with the crowded store, he offered to personally come to my house and pick up/drop off my car. He did exactly that, and returned my car with the new tires installed in significantly less time than he had estimated. I’ve always found it difficult to find a polite and helpful person when having service done on my vehicle. Roger was not only polite and helpful, but he went way above and beyond any expectation that I had. Thank you Roger and Dobb’s for your awesome service!

Busy place, but worth the wait... listened to my issue. Spoke with me about my opinion, and asked follow up questions so that I actually felt heard. Problem could have been much larger, but the issue was the minor one suspected... and I came back to a minor bill... appreciate their honesty, and willingness to listen and explain.Returned back for tires for my sons car... took care of us quickly, and found a coupon for $200... I know with them close by hell actually come by for the maintenance, and their customer service makes time to see to his needs.Within the next two weeks I came back for tires on my car before the coupons expired... who can pass up $200 back? I needed new wheels though that wouldnt come back until after the coupon expired... they ran the bill through on time for the rebate and called me back for my new set up within the next week... car looks and feels great. The location is always humming but they make sure youre taken care of properly.

Check to ensure everything is done correctly the first time. Lets just say they dropped the ball in my first experience with them.
