Extremely professional and friendly service. Recently had a lot of work done on my truck. Midas went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and constantly updated on the state of my truck. Got the repairs done quickly and at an honest price. Truck feels like new again and I would recommend any of my friends to the Wentzville Midas.
I think it is very important to recognize exceptional service whenever you see it. The customers services and politeness is impeccable here. Front desk Mackenzie is awesome and very helpful. The manger Jason is definitely great and has good pride with helping the customer with their needs and getting your vehicle right. The mechanic guy who work on my vehicle was awesome. He took great care of my vehicle and explained to me what was done and needed every step of the way. They have a excellent team and work great together.
Pretty ok staff. They were quick and they assisted me with getting financing for the very unexpected repair bill.
Been going here for over a year now, has always been a great experience and they always seem to work me into the schedule pretty quick. Its now my go to place for auto service. The whole team is pleasant!
UPDATE:. Im dropping this to one star based on my second experience. The reason I went in the first place is that last time, all staff was masked. I walked in today and not a single mask in sight, not even on the person working the front desk. Its unacceptable.I first tried to schedule an appointment online, but they didnt get back to me in the thirty minutes it says; I called three hours later. I scheduled the appointment two days in advance, and was told to allow 45 minutes to an hour. 40 minutes in, my car was still in the lot. I asked at that point if I would still be finished in the hour, or if I should reschedule. They assured me that it would be finished. I had to get home to my kids, and was willing to leave if I needed to. It is now two hours in, and Im still sitting here, trapped, as my car has been up on the lift for over an hour. This should NEVER happen with an appointment. They were extremely friendly, but unfortunately that doesnt help. Im still leaving four stars since price and work were excellent, but they need to improve this issue

I had an issue with my muffler at 20 minutes before closing and I was pretty upset because I am in the middle of a family crisis. Jason told me to bring my car by and he would have a look at it. He and his mechanic looked, found my problem, AND fixed it for me to ensure that I could continue traveling for a dying family member. The BEST part was that they allowed me to give them both a hug along with my tearful thanks. They were kind and efficient and made a customer for life from me! I went in for 2 new tires and an alignment check. The manager recommended that I purchase a certain brand of tires that wouldnt be in stock until the next day. So i went back the following day. They install 2 tires of a different brand then i was told. (Didnt notice until i got home). After paying and the manager tries to send me on my way i notice on the receipt that they said i declined the free alignment check. So i ask about the alignment check and the manager got wide eyed as if he expected me to overlook that and proceeded to say, it will be 20 minutes before we can pull ur car back into the shop for that because we have another vehicle being worked on in the bay we need. The workers seem like respectable people. If they wouldve just been honest with me that would have been great.

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. They seemed friendly and noticed a fuse for my brake lights were out after checking the bulbs first. They kindly replaced it for me. A few days later I noticed my windshield wiper cleaner stopped working. I also noticed my car has been sounding really loud since leaving and recently my ac hasnt been as cold. My husband looked at my car today to check out the ac and windshield wipers. He did notice some fuse issues. Then he found this (see picture) - whoever screwed my air filter cover back on - clamped it over the windshield cleaner fluid tube! How did they not notice this? Did they not care? I am wondering what else may have been not replaced properly. We are going elsewhere to have it looked at. I feel tricked because everyone who I talked to seem kind, but my car was not taken care of well.
Pulled in with one flat tire and already using the spare, it was a rough week for tires apparently. Super helpful and very kind. Plugged and filled my tire for free and was so nice. Turned my really rough day around, thank you!

For a brake line repair they took a very long time. Kept pushing us to the back burner. I called multiple times to check on status and each time they responded with the technician is on a test drive. In fact, one time after they called me back after the technician was supposedly back, I asked a question and the person who called me said one moment while he went to check with the technician. He then came back to the phone and immediately said Im sorry the technician is on a test drive. Are you freaking kidding me? I thought he just got back? Is that all he does? Back to back test drives? How did he get any other work done if so?Lastly, they would not accept any coupon I had for brake service even though the coupons were not expired and appeared to indicate they should apply. Lastly, they kept changing the price and ultimately drove it up further in the end.Save some time and money. Go somewhere else. I was a repeat customer but I wont be anymore.

Went in today, to get some tire studs replaced, and Jason saw I needed rotors too. I had the rotors at home. He said it would be best to replace them while he was already there for the studs since it was the same service fee. A few bucks extra, but worth it. Since Id left them at home I asked if I could run and grab them. He said if it was alright if someone could take me, since my car was already in the air. I said cool. Eric was so kind to run me down the street to grab the rotors. They saved the Hubby and I from a bunch of pain and hassle from doing it ourselves. Thank you so much Jason, Eric and the the midas team. Very much appreciated. Above and beyond customer service.
My husband took our car in to have a AC fixed. They sold us a $400 part and charged $450 in labor. They claimed this would resolve the issue. It didn’t. We took it back in they looked at a couple more things and told us if that didn’t work it would need more parts. It didn’t end up working and there was no way we are taking it back. Looks like they are just trying to make sales.
Midas had a car they worked on loose a tire on the highway. I hit that tire as it was skidding across the highway after it fell off the car. Insurance quotes the damages over $3000. Jason said he would fix everything and wanted it to look as good as new. After talking to the district manager, the story changed to “we only will pay for the fender liner and tire. Not the cracked bumper, cracked rocket panel, or bent wheel, ect. No only will they not pay for the damages to my car, that one of their cars caused, but lied about their intentions to fix it. Not to mention they had ANOTHER tire fall off another car they worked on. They fixed the other two cars that were involved with hitting the tire. Mainly because they were able to fix them with junk yard parts. I guess you can’t do that with a 2018 model car. Shame on Jason and Tim for not doing the right thing.
Was convinced to bring my truck here for exhaust work. I had a bad feeling after hearing a simple brake job run north of 900.00. All they needed to do with my truck was give me a quote on a job, I left with out having work done and now I have a check engine light on. And the only time its ever had a check engine light on is after it left their shop. 2 stars because they were nice people. I definitely wouldnt bring your car here for work.

Do not I mean do not ever go to this Midas they all about over charging and trying to break your pockets for stuff you dont need done the store manager is swindler trying to talk you out your money the have little knowledge of foreign cars and I wouldnt recommend ever going there....you can see for yourself but dont say I didnt tell you so...I got an inspection done on my bmw 750 they left the headlights on for an hour which drained my battery and they wouldnt take responsibility for it
Took my car in to have them replace a belt that they installed a few months prior and an oil change. They told me that my power steering pump was causing the belt wear and they refused to replace the belt. The pump was fine. They did the oil change and when i left, the car was running rough. Figured it was just the belt not seated properly so i took it home. Next time that i went to drive the car, the engine was still running poorly, had a bad knock and shut off. They told me that they would look at it to see if it was their fault, but firmly implied that they were not going to take responsibility and replace the engine.
I went there for an oil change and left with just that. They didnt push any extra products on me and I felt very comfortable waiting in their lobby. It was a bit longer than I thought it was going to be. But they were busy and I was a walk-in so that didnt upset me in the slightest.I will definitely be back for my next oil change. FYI check their website for coupons.
Liars with an obvious quota to meet. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here, they will attempt to get you to spend money on repairs not needed. Not to mention i dont think the dirtballs they got working in the back are certified.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my inspection and the call was answered by a woman who was Very pleasant and helpful. I was not the one that took the car in so I cant rate the experience. But every other experience I have had here has been great so I reccommend them and will go back if there is a need.

I’ve been at this store in Wentzville a couple times for different reasons in past month. Different services and service managers. The attitude and helpfulness is the best I’ve seen in any business. In a day we’re customer service pretty much sucks everywhere it’s refreshing to see this. Nice job guys you’ve earned my business going forward
Ive been using this place for a couple years, but lately they have been having a lot of trouble with appointments. A couple weeks ago I had a reservation for an oil change, and I ended up waiting for over 2.5 hours. Today, I had a appointment for an inspection, and when I arrived they told me they dont have an inspector there today. They had even called me yesterday to set up the exact time and confirm the appointment. I think this is going to be the last straw for me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Id give 0 stars if I could. Went in for simple tire rotation and my tire and wheel fell completely off of my vehicle while driving home on the highway damaging the structure of my vehicle. Took me 2 weeks of bugging them and 10 trips to there store just to get the situation resolved. I filled out a complaint on Midas website and the owner called and cussed me out. Dont waste your time at this place.
The guy at the front counter was very friendly, I think he was a supervisor. As far as everything else is concerned, I am not happy with the service that I got from them. They did not reset my oil maintenance light, they checked off that my cabin filter was good even though there was none that was installed, left my car a greasy mess, and to be honest, I dont even know if they change the oil.
Short- cost 300 instead of what they said it would 60 and took 7hours when i had an appointment just to install stock exhaust...To make a long story short went in to remove my exhaust then put it back on the next week. Was told it would be 30 to take it off and about the same to put it on and i was cool with that. Then the price came to 50 to take it off and put it on. I was ok with this. Then when i took it to put it on i waited in the waiting room for 20 mins double what i had to wait last time. Then i peft to pick it back up in 30 min. Called them and they said it hasnt even been in yet, mind u we set appointments both times. They said abother 30 min so i called back 30min after that and they still havent put it up in the air yet. This is a 5minute job aftter numerous called bac and forth it took them 7hours to put my stock exhaust back on and cost 300$ instead of the 60 originally promised.

Outstanding customer service! Ive taken my vehicles here for some time, never a problem. Had a slight problem today with a repair that was done - no big deal, it happens. Not only did Tim and his team get it fixed fast, they went well above & beyond making sure I was very minimally inconvenienced. Im always very happy with the service they provide, but today I was truly blown away. I will never go anywhere else - these guys are that good!

Midas Wentzville has provided great service the many times I have used them for oil changes and other repairs and maintenance. They do the work right at a fair price, and they are good at communicating if something unexpected comes up. I highly recommend this location.
This place is awesome! They handle anything you throw at them. Theyve fixed too much to list for me, transmission, brakes etc. Ill only take my vehicles here.Obviously Im not the only one, Ive seen 65 Mustangs, 70s era corvettes there being fixed. How often do you see classic cars at a normal Midas?Tim and his crew are amazing.
They were able to get me in on a Saturday as a drive up because very few cars were there. This should have been a warning. They were very pleasant. My problem was I had a lot of rattling with my tailpipes and asked them to look at it. They came back with a diagnosis that I need to replace the entire exhaust system, which seemed odd because I wasnt getting any error codes or service engine soon light indicating the oxygen sensors and catalytic converter was good. They quoted me $1600 for the dual exhaust system and approx $900 if I replaced it with a single tail pipe system. I decided to get a second opinion and the national competitor shop said the vibration is coming from the engine block and we need to fix that first. Ended up the engine mounts were cracked and after replacing the 3 of them for $350, the tailpipes were silent as ice. Nothing in the exhaust system needed replaced. The national competitor saved me a min $550 (if converted to single tail pipe) or $1250 (for OEM) and they fixed the real problem, not the symptom. This was my first experience here, but I will never be back and will not recommend them to anyone.
They aired up my tires for free, full service. I am older, so I need that kind of service. I have had oil changes and maintenance done there, very helpful.The one I use is in Wentzville.
I went there due to the fact that I had a coupon to have my oil changed. While doing this, they proceeded to give my 1992 Mercury Sable a look over. Due to its age, I knew there was a lot wrong with it, but they gave me a list of suggested things to get looked at so that it could be maintained. I was very happy when they took me out to point out these things instead of just assuming that I was just a girl that had no clue what anything meant. Their prices are a little more, but if you have it to spare, the service is wonderful.

Extremely expensive. ~$500 for installing standard rear brakes and rotors for an F-150. I can purchase standard, BOTH, front and rear rotors and brakes for ~$200 online. Retail Front and Rear Premium sets from autozone was only $340! Midas lost my business before even getting started!
I would just like everyone to know that this Midas location is awesome. After being ripped-off by the dealer I started taking my vehicle to this Midas location. The manager Tim and all of his staff do an excellent job! They always go above and beyond expectations. They never tell you that you need things that you do not and always get all of your issues taken care of along will telling you if there is something you should expect to need for your vehicle in the future. I would not go anywhere else. Keep it up Wentzville Midas!

Made a 1:45 pm appointment for a simple tire patch. I confronted the counter lady at 2:30 pm and she said the reason it hasnt been pulled in yet is because the Tire Guy is at lunch. Why make an appointment??? There was another Mechanic out on the floor lolli-gagging and was finished with a customer. Van did not get pulled into the bay until 2:45 pm. In my opinion since Tim (the previous Manager) left this store, customer service has been neglected. This will be my final time bringing my fleet vehicle here.Follow up: 3:30 pm tire patch complete. 1.75 hours to patch a tire is ridiculous. Requested 70 psi in tire to be patched. Dashboard gauge showed tire at 58 psi. The tire guy also did not properly put my tire tools in the same location he found them and did not properly set my spare tire on the cable mount. For a $30 patch I should of also received a wash and wax. Horrible attention to detail.
Have my oil changed there all the time. Dont have to wait long with an appointment.
Ive followed the Manager of this Midas, Tim, from when he worked at the Mid Rivers location, then moved out here to open the Wentzville location. Ive been burned by about every mechanic Ive ever met EXCEPT Tim and his team. I will never go to anyone else, period. When they find a problem, they will walk you to your car and show it to you, so youre not blindly believing a problem. They are so honest, down to earth, and will make you a deal when you are getting a lot of work done in one day. They are the greatest in town and Tim has trained his team well.

This location ruined my car. Awhile back I bought it right when I got back from active duty army. I took the the car for an oil change and they accidentally threw away part of the oil filter. I went to the Mini Cooper dealership and they said that is common for a place to do that that dont know what they are doing. Now my cars oil pressure is messed up at the cars engine sputters when idling. The worst part is Mini doesnt make the part anymore.I understand mistakes happen, but this locations manager tried to say it happened because the car had 90k miles. Instead of helping he tried to bully. Also tried to sell me something on top of that and said the problem was because of oil pump haha.One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend this place. I used to manage a valvoline and would never expect an oil change place to act like this.

I would avoid this location. They dont value your time. I arrived ontime for my appointment. The garage had six of the eight bays empty. It took them 30 minutes to move my car into the garage. Steering wheel wasnt straight after so had to bring it back. 2.5 hours total time on a two wheel alignment.
Take my advice, and take your vehicle somewhere else to be worked on.My experience: After getting 130k miles of perfect performance out of factory brakes on my truck, I paid $800 for new pads, new front disks and resurfaced rear drums at this Midas in Wentzville. Immediately after getting my truck back from Midas, I noticed that the brake pedal was still pulsing / vibrating, and my brakes were squealing, even though they were brand new.First return trip to Midas: “The drums that we just resurfaced are now warped and have to be replaced. Pay us $200 more.”Second return trip to Midas: “It’s raining outside, so we can’t really diagnose the squeal, and therefore can’t help you. Goodbye.”Third return trip to Midas: “You know, we use aftermarket parts, not OEM parts, and they’re just not going to be perfect like they were from the dealer. Goodbye.”Fourth return trip to Midas: “I see a lot of brake dust on your disks and drums. Everything else looks fine. We can clean that off. Not sure what else to tell you. There is nothing else we can do. Goodbye.”So after $1000 and five trips to Midas, my brand new brakes still sound like crap, and I have to take it back to the dealer (where I should have gone in the first place) to actually get the brakes competently fixed.The manager (or one of the managers?) at this Midas sounds solicitous and seems committed to superior service on the phone, but the reality is that the office is terribly run, and the work done is sub-par. I wouldn’t trust this Midas shop to fix anything on any of my vehicles at this point.
It was a 5 star service, but the last time I went they jacked up their prices and the cashier didnt really know what she was doing. All new faces drom previous times.

Went in with spongy brakes, came out $430.00 lighter with semi spongy brakes, was told after job done need master cylinder also . I believe if master cylinder would have been checked first, wouldve saved money and time . Feel raked over the coals.

I would not take your car here this place is full of con artist. I got struts fixed her over a summer the beginning of next year they tell me I need them fix again si a few weeks later I took my car some where else for a second opinion they told me my struts were just fine. Those people are liars and Im pissed. So glad I didnt fall for it. I hate that place....😠😠
Called store on June 27th to get a price on 4 new tires. Keith said his computers were down and a great sale starts in July... He would call me back Monday for quote. Keith never called back. So July 10th I schedule online to have 4 tires put on my car. I called at 7:45am to confirm they got the request. Keith answers and tells me his computer is down so he will call me right back in 10 mins. At 10am I get a call from some girl asking if I still needed tires. I told her yes I got the quote online and Im ready for install today. The quote online with fees, and install came to $323.88 plus tax. She then tell me the total price would be $391. Thats when I said thanks and hung up. What in the world is going on over there? How does it go from $323 with everything to $391? Why dont they call you back? I was so ready to give them my money that I signed up for there Credit Card to get the rebate. Not sure if new management has taken over, but Im no longer there customer. Had all my work done there.

After yesterdays visit I will no longer be visiting this Midas, I absolutely loved the ofallon location, so when I moved to wentville and found a mida near me I was stoked, long story short I had a safety and emission test done, safety went fine, however when doing the emissions test they left my battery on and killed it had to jump it to redo the test, come to find out it reset all my sensors, then the manager wasnt going to tell me and tryed to sell me on ohh I can look into that then I was approached by the mechanic and he explained what happened and said its a false code, that I need to drive 100 miles to reset the sensors and then to bring it back up, not to mention it took them 2 and a half hours to do a 30 minute inspection, Im very unsatisfied with the poor customer service and even more upset with the inconvenience caused by your workers killing my battery. Not only did you cost me extra time but you also cost me 100 miles in gas on a 10mpg truck. Thanks. Sincerely a unsatisfied customer.
I made an oil change appointment online. A guy called me about an hour later asking me if I could come in at 11 AM the next day. When I arrived I was told the idiot that called me never put me in the computer. Needless to say I left angry with no oil change and will never go to another Midas EVER!!!!

I visited this location and told the receptionist I wanted new tires and my check engine light looked at. I told her once over the phone and once in person while she notated my account. Tires were fine but when I received the phone saying the car was done she had no idea what i was talking about. Anyone familiar with this location knows how busy this store is so after i stated i needed it checked they called me back 10 mins later with a lame story about my gas cap. It seems as though theu rushed through the check and made a while guess. Which wouldnt have been a large issue if my car hadnt broke down several days later and now its very inconvenient for me to find a location and someone to tow it an 8 pm at night. A lot of pain could of been avoided if it werent for a clerical error. Will not be returning to the Midas in wentzville.
