Go here all the time for oil changes, and an inspection last time always fast, friendly, and courteous. They like to upsell but sometimes its needed and they dont miss anything.

Wowwwwwww! You are stuck with us now! My wife stopped in and suggested I do the same. So yesterday when I really needed a quick oil change, we decided to stop by. Dillian (hope I spelled it right) and the rest of the crew were so amazing! I was able to pull right in, get a quick change (and a very much needed new air filter). My kiddo was in the backseat and they even gave him a hot wheel car (nice touch for sure). I loved how they announced what they were doing as they did each step of the process, no pressure for extras, and I was even offered a water while I waited. We will definitely return with all of our vehicles and possibly with donuts 🍩 thanks so much!

They were amazing! I showed up and they notice I had two small kiddos in the car and they gave them a hot wheels and a small monkey. My kiddos are 5 and 1 1/2. They loved it and my son is obsessed with hot wheels to it was a hit. They were all so kind and friendly. Tyler was so personable and showed me what needed to be done. He helped set a timer on my car to let me know when my next oil change is due. I didn’t feel pressured to get any extra work done. Very happy with my visit and will always be taking my car there.

A litte concerned about the policy that has been put in place for the service technicians to be driving customers vehicles into the bays, with no sanitization efforts or concerns for the spread of covid. Made me super uncomfortable.

Always get my oil changed here, fast friendly service. Today I had my tires rotated at the same time and was only there for about 20 min! Free cold bottles of water, clean waiting area and they always have HGTV on for you to enjoy while you wait.

It was a good and quick oil change. The staff was very nice. And I really enjoyed that I didnt have to get out of my car.

Brought some tires and rims in to be mounted they scratch one of the rims so they didnt charge me, that made it right by me

The gentlemen were extremely nice and took great care with my car. They also were amazing with my daughter and gave her a small stuffed animal as well as talking to her as they were working around the car.

Ive been going to this location for years and each time I have fast a friendly service. This morning, I waited in their waiting room (which was so nice and clean!) trying to my keep my 1-year-old occupied. Michael, the technician taking care of us, brought my daughter a stuffed animal to play with. It was so sweet! I totally recommend this location.

I pulled in for an oil change 2 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. They were very kind and proceeded with my service request. I didn’t feel rushed, they were very professional. I will continue to have all of my vehicles serviced here.

Went in on 2/19. My skid plate was not reattached properly. It drug while driving down the highway and caused damage. Returned today and was told by the manager all he could do was use zip ties to reattach it. Will not be returning to this location.

I go here for convinence. Price is okay considering I can leave in about 20 mins and have my oil changed, tires checked, and windshield fluid full. Thats all I need. They always try to talk me into something else but I kindly decline. (Reason is because the guy asking me for an upcharge is not friendly). If you want my extra money, at least try and be friendly. When you decline the add ons they get even more unfriendly. This is just my personal opinion. Convinence is great.

I always come to this location for my oil changes and I have never been disappointed. Michael helped me today and was very attentive to my needs. There was no pressure to purchase more than I wanted and I felt very comfortable there. Fast and professional! Will continue coming to the Wentzville location. :)

Great service that was very quick. It did seem like they charged more than a regular Valvoline store would charge (this one is an Express Care).

I will never go back. The service was good but what they charged me for an oil change was outrageous! I paid $83.00 and that was with using a $10.00 off coupon! 😥 for only an oil change. Too expensive!!

It was $108 to get the oil changed in my 2013 VW Golf. Afterwards, I called the Volkswagen dealership to see how much they would charge for the same service, and it was much cheaper. They also left oil handprints on the hood of my car. And they dropped debris into my drivers side window since they left it open while they were working on it. Now when I open or close my window it makes a scratching noise. Very overpriced. Dont go here.

Very expensive oil change especially when oil prices are low. $100.00 for a $16.00 air filter and $30.00 worth of oil. I even brought myown k&n oil filter and a full quart of lucus. So 100 dollars for 6 quarts of conventional oil and an air filter???? What a rip off.

Ive been going here for about 2 years. They send me coupons all the time via mail. I didnt have one on me & the guy who answered the phone said he wouldnt give me the discount. Seems like bad business to me. Anyway, you just earned a bad review & lost a customer for life. Good riddance.

Went for oil change today. Had a coupon for $10 off a high mileage synthetic and a free tire rotation. When I went to pay, I was told the tire rotation couldn’t be honored. How can you honor only part of the coupon?On top of that, if the coupon wasn’t going to be honored, why not tell me before you rotate my tires. Poor customer service. I want that 20 dollars back.

I had a problem with my car, the oil cap was over tightened and the Troy location had stripped it causing it to leak by the time we made it to Wentzville. The wentzville location was able to fix the situation. After being to 4 different shops to get the oil cap off. Great job!!

They charged us for a tire rotation that they didnt do. Then when we confronted them, they claimed they couldnt give us a credit or refund our money. I called and spoke to the manager. I told him to mail me a check. Well see if that happens. I hate being ripped off.

I wouldnt let them work on my lawn mower, much less my vehicle after the experience I just had. We brought it in for a simple oil change and they upsold us on an air filter, fair enough. The air filter assembly fell off after 2 days, confusing the mass airflow sensor and disabling the vehicle, leaving me stranded. My real mechanic fixed that issue. The next day, the oil light comes on. After my mechanic inspected this issue, he informed me the the oil filter was improperly installed causing all of the oil to leak out. When brought to the attention of management, he told us that he reviewed the video footage and everything was done to protocol. Apparently this kind of poor workmanship is their protocol. A simple oil change ended up costing me alot more than I bargained for. Take your vehicle to a real mechanic for servicing. These clown are a fraud.

I was in recently to air up my tires and i noticed the fellas were all standing around i waited out back for a moment they opened the bay doors and let me in, aired up my tires and i left. I had never been there before but i noticed really large signs in a few places saying let us know if you have coupons BEFORE the service, or something to that effect, and i thought to myself...WOW...what difference does that make if i was sitting in their waiting area after i arrive and found a coupon online would they NOT honor it? seemed kind of shady to me..or like if i had a coupon they wouldnt do as good of a job or something... i mean i cant imagine what reason i would possibly need...to have to present my coupon up front!!! maybe others feel this way too and thats why the shop was dead on a saturday and the guys were just standing around.

Had the oil changed on my Ford Focus. Drove home and the next morning I noticed oil collecting in my garage where I parked. I stopped back at the location the next day and explained that there was oil puddling in my garage and asked to have the oil filter and plug checked. Within 2 minutes they came back up from the bay and said the mechanic from the day before did not proprerly remove the drip pan and my pan had just been soaked in oil. They gave me two small bottles filled with “saw dust” stuff to clean up the oil in my garage and sent me on my way.Oil continues to collect in my garage, work parking lot, etc over the next couple weeks so I took the vehicle to a dealer who informed me the oil filter was not installed correctly and that I had almost ran the car out of oil.Not only did I have to pay for another oil change but still have to clean up all of the oil on my garage floor. I highly recommend paying the extra $5 and going somewhere reputable. I shouldve know better.

My friend and I were traveling heading back home from the xmas new years holiday and stopped in here for an oil change...it was right off the interstate and we noticed we were overdue. In the building The signs were posted with the price of the oil change but I was charged way more than the sign said. It makes no mention of any stipulations.... But when I asked about it when ringing out I was told my vehicle took a special filter hence the special filter charge....and that it took more than 5 quarts of oil, I said well that should be posted somewhere with all those details explaining that ahead of time. They replied well you couldve asked, then I asked if they could give me a coupon to help offset the cost, they said not unless I actually had a coupon. They also put 40 pound of air in the tires because the max psi on the tire says 44, when I questioned where they got that number of 40 they said thats just how we do it. While it was very fast I think it was too fast to be done correctly and accurately because usually takes about 16 minutes at the other oil change places this one took like 12 minutes in and out Im just warning everyone so they dont have the same experience this was the worst experience I have had with an oil change. And please dont contact me about this visit

We have a total of six cars in our family and we have been taking them to this Valvoline for four years. We could not ask for better service and they are always very fast. We never go anywhere else.
