Jake behind the counter is an incredibly helpful and inviting guy (great for any kind of business, but even more valuable in automotive repair where you’re dealing with stressful situations) he’s always willing to help you out and try to help you find parts within your price range and making you feel good about the decisions you’re making. Joe is a great mechanic who can always help make you feel better on stressful decisions with your car. Everyone knows how stressful car repair can be and the fact that one of the mechanics is willing to take time and try to make you laugh and feel better is a great attribute of this company. Ben is incredibly awesome at his job and just as good natured as the other guys, definitely knows what he’s talking about and is willing to explain everything in depth. Definitely a place anyone would wanna take their car to too have repairs done. Trust these guys with all my car needs.

Jacob, was so understanding about my situation and was so helpful... They let my car sit on the lot while I had a horrible month in a half! Very FAKE Friendly Personality while ripping you OFF...I just purchased a battery a couple months before I had the car serviced there. They lied, said I needed a new one. When I received my bill. They charged OVER(200 DOLLARS!!) FOR A BATTERY REMOVAL. I will NEVER do business with them again. I advice my family and colleagues not to do business with this company. Its So sad to take advantage of people Especially in these times. SHAME ON AAMCO IN WENTZVILLE MO.

I took my car in for a new transmission and couldnt of had a better experience with Aamco! The team was very professional and kept in touch on the status of my car throughout the whole repair! Spent 4,500 on a new transmission. Lasted less than 60 thousand miles then went bad, nothing I did wrong. Telling me their computer system got changed and cant find any record of servicing my vehicle. Effort to avoid covering repairs that should be under warranty. Very crooked place I would not recommend anyone spending money with. They tell you 100,000 mile warranty. Dont believe it.

Usually a great place to take your car. However this last time my car was there almost a week and they still couldnt tell me exactly what was wrong with it. Change in management to blame?

AAMCO towed us to their location and did the diagnostic free of charge. Joe was great at communicating the status of our repairs. These things made a bad situation of transmission problems as good as it could be. Id recommend this place.

I called up there on a Friday right before they closed and they still sent a truck to tow my car to them for free. I talked to Joe and Joe.. excellent mechanics! Needed a transmission rebuild and they got it done in a week.. now the mustang shifts better than it did when we got the car... thank you Joe and Joe!

These guys work on all of my vehicles. Its always nice to have a shop that you can trust. They get the work done right in strive to get it done in a timely manner. You have to be able to trust your mechanic and I trust these guys.

The company rebuilt my transmission,we spent a total of $4000 ..$2900 for the rebuilt transmission, it went back out about 12 months later,right when warranty ended...they refused to help and do anything about it. Called corporate office for help and they could not help. I trusted them because they were expert in transmission repair...we were so wrong..now I have to take them to small claims court. We will now have to junk the car..expensive mistake

Robert Schneider is a little crybaby whiner. His complaint is based on using ebay chinese junk parts rather than factory jeep parts. Typical idiot with zero experience in cars that googles what information he learned from the shop to estimate cost of repairs based on nothing lol. Typical stupid ass with no brain and no merit to his complaint.

Joe made an expensive repair painless. Joe helped secure a rental car while my vehicle recieved its new parts. Joe even called to check in days later.

Dont go here. They will rip you off!!! I paid over $3000 for them to rebuild the transmission in my 2003 Ford F350. It supposedly came with a 3 year /30,000 mile warranty. After about 6,000 miles started having problems. Dropped it off for them to fix it under warranty, they had it for FIVE WEEKS. FIVE WEEKS!!!!! When I finally got it back, it still wasnt right, but I had to drive it anyways. It started getting worse and I was forced to take it back yet again. They refused to honor their warranty. They just want to get you in there and get your money, after that you are screwed. Just took it to a competent transmission shop. They fixed it in 2 days and told me there was no way aamco did the work they said they did. They said they do a lot of work on vehicles that were formerly worked on at aamco. The people who work at aamco are liars and the mechanics are incompetent. DONT GO HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

My transmission went out in my 2011 GMC canyon while visiting a friend in Warrenton so had my truck towed to their shop. Called the next day and talked to the manager, he gave me a price with an external cooler included and I accepted. The truck was ready on time, I picked it up and drove it to wallmart and checked for oil leaks and found there so no cooler, called manager he insisted it was on so I went back to shop so he could point it out but he could not find it there was none. I asked for my money back on the cooler he told me it was company policy not to refund only by check at a later date so I said put the cooler on, he and a co-worker did as shown in the picture. I went back to meas az where I live and before the thanksgiving holiday i started to va to see my family and my air conditioner went out. I have a local mechanic shop in cumberland va look at it and these pictures tell the story. I am sending these people my bill for fixing this because it was their poor performance that cause all of this and I intend to have justice. I will say I have not had a problem with the operation of the transmission up to this point.

There were plenty of transmission places near our home but we chose them after doing research of different places. Honesly, this is one of the worst experiences we ever had. The transmission was rebuilt feb about A year and a half ago. We notice about two weeks ago that every time we would shift into gear it would jerk. Now, this is the same behavior that occur before we had it rebuit the last time. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership and found out the transmission is bad again. This is extremely frustrating and make us wondering if it was rebuilt correctly in the beginning. We contacted them back and it is now past the 1 yr warranty. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Car been in and out of that shop for 6 months now because they keep making mistakes. They have no idea on how to work on cars.

After 4 days of leaving my vehicle in the shop, it was still not completed for a simple transmission cooling line replacement. Then they tried to charge me almost 4 times the price for the cooling lines. Quoted me $ 550 for what should have been a $ 250 repair. I took my vehicle elsewhere. Would not use this shop.

They were able to fix a problem created by our local Georgia Aamco at no charge while we were in town for the holidays.Owner was helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in with a vehicle that Ford Dealership had for a month before they vaguely told me the transmission was messed up. Called up to this store and Tommy helped me out greatly. In what took Ford a month to kind of tell me what was wrong, it took Tommy 5 hours and he quoted me $2,000 less than Ford and $800 less than other shops.

This is a terrible company I was scammed by these guys to make a long story short my truck is still outside with a transmission that does not work they put me in a bad spot I spent just about $2000 for nothing Im currently in the process of trying to sue because they dont give you your money back I do not trust these guys to ever touch any vehicle of mine I strongly recommend not going here
