I have no issues other than I would like to be able to see my balance and be updated on transactions etc. The payment takes 5+ days to come out of my account and I am never 100% sure what that charge will be exactly. It is difficult for me to budget, and as a mom, I dont have the luxury of time to keep calling the location biweekly.That being said, Dave is fantastic and very considerate. He is the only reason I didnt put 3 stars. Please, just update the system and send me email updates for my account or something letting me track my finances?Sincerely,Rianna

The guys in the office are great. Having said that, this company is a total scam.I have a small loan that they take payments from my account every two weeks without fail. I needed to cash a 200.00 dollar check I was paid for pet sitting services but they wont cash it because they cant verify with my client that they wrote the two party check to me. They are local and it saves me from driving a long way to my bank.The writer is on vacation. Do you really think its going to be easy to verify.??? I have used this office several times, once from the same clients. Now they cant verify them? What a crock. Thanks for leaving me broke for a week, without enough gas to go to my own bank.

Dave was excellent, from the moment we called on the phone, till the moment we left. Make sure if youre trying to do an application online to pick up in store verify that you arent applying for an online loan that will be available next day. I had to call and cancel the online loan. So if you want to avoid the hassle you might just want to do everything in the store. A+++

Customer service is the best! They make you feel welcome and grateful for your business! I borrow when in a tough situation and the employees are very personable and understanding! I don’t like getting loans but I do like coming here to do so!

I went in with serious doubt on getting a loan to catch up on some bills due to some financial issues. Dave got me approved quickly and with no complications. I almost cried. They send out multiple sources of spam even if you have never heard of them. Any further mail i recieve i will be writing return to sender and taping a brick to every envelope untill you decide you dont want to pay return postage

I have been a customer with them for a while and spent a lot of money paying off my loans. I went in to get a new loan and was treated so disrespectfully. The lady was treating me like everything I brought her was fake even though all of my information is still the same. I will never spend another dime there.
