Nancy and Henry are absolutely amazing and so talented! I have been seeing them for 7 years now and wont see anyone else. Quality work always. They have a huge color wheel to choose from. Best in town

I rarely ever leave reviews but I had a pretty negative experience at J&K Nails today. You go to a nail salon to get pampered and feel pretty, neither of which were achieved during and after my visit. Both men that worked on my toenails and fingernails (got a normal mani pedi) were super rough. The guy doing my nails dug into the side of my finger to get after a hangnail even after I told him multiple times what he was doing was hurting me. My finger ended up bleeding profusely and he just stuck a cotton ball in it. Then he had to wipe off my old polish (not sure why this wasnt done initially) and got the acetone right in the cut, which wasnt pleasant. After 10 minutes the nail still wouldnt stop bleeding so he put super glue in it. The man working on my feet skipped a couple steps in the pedicure and didnt do anything to buff up my heels or remove rough skin. The worst part was that both were rude, one of them making comments about the distasteful shape of my nails right to my face. Overall just a really unpleasant experience. If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars I would.

I don’t often right reviews, but after my last experience I felt I had to. I’ve gotten my nails here done twice from the same guy (H). Both times I’ve left bleeding and disappointed. Last week I got my nails done by (H), he was completely rude, rough and ruined my nails. He turned my nails into CIRCLES, mind you I had gone in with perfectly squared natural nails, he did not ask what shape I wanted, but went in HARD with the nail file in order to turn my nails into circles. I was in so much pain my hand was stiff, he would slap my fingers if my hand became to stiff for him. DON’T GO HERE if you are looking for someone new.

It would be nice if they actually listened to what the customer wants. They say to “bring a picture of what you are looking for” but please don’t expect it to look anything close to it! Plus if you try to voice any opinion they will get offended. Be ready to get your nails done however they seem fit. Not you. I’m not going back!

Guy was rude, would just smack my hand when he wanted me to move it. Nails were very pretty but I am almost certain they use mma, which is illegal. Guy was also just really rough. Getting your nails done isn’t supposed to hurt!!!

I normally don’t write reviews but feel like I have to. Do not get your nails done here, they are rude and don’t listen to what you want. Went in there to get my nails fixed they are way worse than before and was overcharged. I will never be returning to this business.

I am so picky with my nails. If you are paying to have them done, they need to be perfect. I love Henry and Nancy at J&K, they always do an amazing job. They are always so kind and patient. My second time goin to this place first time I really like the place and the costumer service so I went back for second time and the service was bad bad hanrry did my nails fast and I didnt like them then I ask for a pedicure and color chance and the just did the color change so no I think they were having a bad day but I was going to pay so I deserve a good job on my nails so no no going back again!!

First visit was amazing. I never had acrylics because and I was so impressed I decided to go back and have them filled. This was a huge mistake I will remember for a while. The guy burned my cuticles and finger tips getting the polish off. Never ask the length I wanted. Go says, you keep them short and cut them barely above the tips. Then he jumps up and says he had to leave and just sits there. Someone else took over. I tried to question him but he didnt respond. My fingers hurt so terribly i have barely slept and I am so disappointed. I could have done this manicure myself and saved $45.

Got a lovely shellac manicure. Great job on filing and cleaning up my cuticles and also very friendly. Had to wait a bit for a walk-in appointment as the place was busy as I would expect of a good nail salon. Also noticed the staff taking really good care of some elderly clients.

J&K has a very friendly atmosphere. The nails that Henry does for me are always of highest quality, they last a long time. I always love the designs he does for me! I feel like its all about the experience I go to get my nails done because it makes me feel good about myself, and I always leave feeling satisfied!

Being from out of town they were very nice to fit me in on a fully booked day!!! Their service was amazing! Very clean, nice, and professional! I will be back next time Im in town!

This place is horrible! The owner Nancy is rude! They do not even attempt to be personable or accommodating! Its only about how many people they can bring in and how much money they can swindle out of you on poor quality mani pedi services!

Henry was rude, didn’t know how to do dipping as I requested. Argued with me and told me my nails had gel and not dipped. Was rough with his instruments and burned my nails wirh the drill. Horrible experience.

Clean and they work quick but still maintain quality! I usually have a problem with my nails lifting a little on the sides and I’m three sets in here and they’re still laid down like day 1. They can do any design you want as well, always show them my ideas on Pinterest!

My friend and I went to get our nails done for an event.The lady didnt ask what length I wanted. Theyre uneven and wonky.All different lengths and two of them are completely crooked. Unpleased. One of the ladies daughters was running around, screaming and throwing a bag around. I thought this was supposed to be a place that you could relax at? Not going back.

They take in more appointments than they can handle. One off the main purposes of going to any type of salon is to relax. At this particular nail salon, I felt rushed and awfully stressed. The man who started doing my nails was in such rush for an upcoming appointment that he insisted that square nails would suit me better than round nails. When in actuality he tried to safe himself from more filing. And had a real attitude about it. His application of acrylic nails was extremely quick and when I requested cuticle treatment, he ignored my request and left my dry cuticles in total disregard. Fortunately, I got reassigned another nail artist to finish the job. The gal was exceptionally polite and completed the work leaving me somewhat satisfied with this salon trip.

Henry is a perfectionist. Best nail Artist in the Valley. Beautiful. I am so pleased. Pedicure was relaxing and feet feel fabulous.

I loved coming here, shape and everything was perfect. I finally decided to remove my acrylic nails with acetone today, and realized they were using MMA products which is illegal. Unfortunately, I wont be going back.

The best nail salon to get dip nails! Henry and his wife are super professional and know exactly how to get your nails right.

The only reason this place ever received a rating above zero is because one is as low as you can go. The five stars must have been a really good friend.I called and scheduled a mani-pedi for my mom and I, when we arrived the owner, Henry, said that I had only scheduled pedis, I said no I specifically asked for mani-pedis and he declared that I had not and that he remembered asking me if I wanted manicures as well and I said no.Maybe this was just a communication problem, so I said can we schedule manicures for a different day this week and we will just get pedicures today to which he replied yes.We chose our nail color and were seated in the pedi chairs.My pedicare lasted approx 15 minutes, Henry then transferred to my mom and his wife came over and painted my nails. She then had me move over to the manicure table. I said I thought we were gonna schedules manicures for another day, she said no it was fine to do them today. 15 minute manicure done.Meanwhile my moms pedicure was done, also in record time. Two other people came in and Henry started working on one of them and his wife started working on the other.My moms nails were NOT painted. We waited for 20 minutes thinking they were just getting the other customers started and would return to finish.My mom left very upset, Henry then said what is wrong and I said you never finished her pedicure. He said she didnt want her nails painted. I said she had the color sitting on the chair, we picked them out when we came in. He said No I asked her and she said no color.Communication problem and again the customers fault. I paid for two pedicures and a manicure $80.This was the absolute worst place on multiple levels.I was comparing notes with a coworker about our experiences having to try a new place since V&K closed, and she even remembered that I asked for mani-pedis when I called. She had tried Jade nails in Wenatchee and said they were great.
