I have been here 3 times and thats the last. The last time I went here some guy was moving to Yakima said didnt wanna cut hair his whole life. My fade had a visible line. The other two times before had fades that were uneven. Screw this place. Theres a good size on the AVE next to the bus station. Never lets me down .

Most places I feel like theyre rushing the haircut but these people pay attention to the details they are polite professional and have a good environment. I recommend it!!!!

Ive been looking for a place to get a quality mens haircut at a fair price, and Ive finally found it. Ive tried several places in the valley for a haircut and this one tops the list in all categories. My barber asked the right questions to be sure I was getting the cut I wanted. In the end, the cut I received was high quality, affordable, and not rushed. My experience more than earned continue patronage.My only critique is the music was loud and kind of annoying. Almost like they are going for a night club feel. This did not detract from the overall service I received, but the atmosphere may not be pleasant for everyone.**After returning two more times, I am lowering my rating to 4 stars. Cuts here are high quality but the barbers have not figured out how to be efficient. Its possible to give a great mens cut in less than an hour. Ive waited on several cuts that individually have taken upwards of an hour or more.

Alex cut my husbands hair here today and I seriously have never seen a fade that ridiculously smooth. They really took their time and it shows in the cut. They are not that expensive and they could easily charge way more for a haircut this nice. Coming from a cosmetologist, this group of barbers are seriously talented. Worth every dollar and every minute spent here.

Got my hair cut at this barber shop today and I have to say this is by far the best haircut Ive ever had. Alex was my barber and he is extremely meticulous. Generally my haircuts take 30 minutes. His took almost an hour, but the end result was amazing. When I walked into our house, my wife said damn, nice hair cut. That says it all, no?Best part, they charge $15 which is ridiculously cheap. I cant remember the last time I had a $15 haircut. Ill be back!

Only place I’ll go for a haircut. Walk in guys are good but Erine, Ulises and Ricardo are the bomb if you make an appointment. Don’t expect a quick in and out this crew is absolutely quality over quantity. Plan for 45-60 for a haircut. Prices are fair and super competitive with other shops.

Update:So here’s the deal. The guys at Cutting Edge have done the right thing in listening to constructive feedback to improve and enhance their business and customer experience. I appreciate that guys! Shows character and a will to succeed! Going to upgrade my review to a 3 star temporarily until I get a couple more cuts. At that time I’ll update it again. Bottom line is you guys have a 5 star business, just not quite ready to give you that yet. Again, thanks for taking the time to hear me out and respond like men of character. Customer service, cadence of cuts, clarity of communication of how you operate, and direct communication to your customers that wait for VERY long times in total confusion. Ultimately your haircut customer experience (product) is amazing and everything else is below board. What happens in this scenario is that people will be patient for awhile because the product is great but eventually will run out of patience with an inconsistent experience. My son and I went in for the last time today. Or at least until you improve your services with better consistency.Do you take appointments or not? Or is it only when convenient for you and your staff? I’ve been told more than once that you do not take appointments yet EVERY SINGLE time we come in there are clearly people jumping ahead of others that have been sitting there for quite some time. If you communicate this then it isn’t a problem, but when there is no communication we are relegated to believe you have double standards.I even exercised my right to graciously tip every time as the product is typically good. But guys, if you have clients that typically tip you over 25%, don’t snub them!! I lived in Vegas for quite some time and the tipping culture there is everything. There is nothing more insulting to a customer than to give you far more than what we pay for and to feel spit on.This is the classic business situation where some guys came together that were all talented at delivering a specific service and believed in a better product. But it stopped there.I manage millions in marketing dollars for companies and I will say that your marketing is your product + your customer experience + your value proposition (what sets you apart). But more importantly, can you communicate that AND deliver the physical experience? Consistently. Get those down and you’ll have the most successful barber shop in the Valley. Until then I am exercising my free market right to another barber shop, with my wallet, son, and tips.I would also add that you have a 5 star shop if you can nail the experience, communication, and consistency.Tyler

Went in for a haircut on a Wed afternoon without an appointment hoping to get in. Went to Cutting Edge because of all the great reviews. I expected some wait time as I didnt have an appointment. When I arrived there were two people waiting and two people working. I left after waiting for an 1hr 15min and only 1 person had finished their haircut with no one looking like they were going to finish any time soon, and 1 employee had come back from lunch. I had high hopes that this would be my new barber as I have just recently moved to the area, but the wait was just unreasonable for a slow Wednesday afternoon. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they did seem like nice guys and genuinely looked like they did a good job, they just need to speed up to get people through in a more timely fashion.

I went in here last week and everybody was very nice but for some reason it took the barber over an hour and a half to cut my hair. im not exaggerating. i seriously spent over a hour and a half in the chair no explanation or apology given. I ended up having to skip lunch because i had to head to a meeting and i didnt have time to change. very disappointed.

So today was my 3rd attempt to get a haircut at this place with obviously no success. I don’t live in Wenatchee and I come here every other week for work. On My first attempt I was told that they only had 2 guys and that one of them was getting ready for his lunch break so they weren’t able to take me in. My second attempt was different. Knowing what I went thru before, I called ahead to make an appointment and the guy on the phone told me they weren’t taking any and asked me to walk in. So I did but since it was 45 min before they close they couldn’t take me. Today was my 3rd and LAST attempt. I showed up 70 min before their close time and I was told that they didn’t have any barber available, they weren’t able to take me and that I should’ve made an appointment. That of course annoyed me since on my 2nd attempt I called ahead and they gave me the “we don’t take appointments” excuse. I’m definitely done with this place.
