While the stylist was super nice and the haircut for my toddler son was OK (yeah he’s wiggly)- it was EIGHTEEN dollars- $18!!! He didn’t have eyebrows waxed, no product, not even 10 minutes in the chair. Not even that much hair. So while I can’t fault the stylist, that kind of money for the service received is bonkers. On top of that, the waiting area is grubby and probably hasn’t seen a good deep clean in over a decade. I won’t be coming back.

Wonderful staff! Ive been there recently for a haircut and was so pleased that I brought in my daughter for her first styled cut. Clean, friendly and everyone is greeted upon entry.

Never had a problem with them until today, the lady that was cutting my hair didnt hear apparently the inch part of what I wanted my hair cut to. Before I could say anything she buzzed my hair right down the middle with a number two clipper. No way to fix it after that so had to have her finish. Will not be coming back after that.

I went to Super Cuts in Wenatchee for a cut. I was greeted immediately and told “2 ahead of you”. Perfect. Only a few minutes later Kayla gave a perfect cut. Thanks Kayla! Perfect.

We went in, told her what we wanted, and then she proceeded to do something completley different then what we wanted. My husband doesnt look bad but she did not do her job well, so she didnt get a tip.

Im not super picky about my hair, in general, but these guys are real pros. Love the convenience to walk in and love the consistency of a great cut every time. Plus they recommend high quality products.

Came in to get my sons hair cut and partially colored and the gal was very nice and courteous.

I have had my hair cut here 3 times since moving to Wenatchee, each time with a different stylist. The first 2 times I had great service. On my most resent visit however the gal who cut my hair had very obviously just come in from a smoke break and must not have washed her hands or tried to cover up the smell at all. She made little attempt at small talk, and acted annoyed with me for the majority of my appointment. She did a good job on my hair, but her customer service needs some work. I will still go back as I have yet to get a bad cut and the price is hard to beat.

Waited 45 minutes and still was not acknowledged. With only 1 customer. If you are looking for decent customer service I would skip this place.

Worst haircut in years

Been here twice now since moving to wenatchee. The first time, a couple of months ago was phernomonal but the second time I went in at a time when they were exhausted and it showed. I get it if youre tired but I felt unimportant and in the way
