I love MiniLuxe! Very professional, they always make things right, especially love free chip fix. Rita is the best, for eyebrows, manicure and pedicure. She is a true artist!

Larceny, Rita and Francesca are excellent technicians. The salon is clean and contemporary. There is ample free parking in a lot behind the salon.Please be aware that nobody answers the phone any more. Thus, it is necessary to book appointments online or at the salon. Be careful to ascertain that you receive text confirmation of your appointment immediately. Otherwise, try again.

Overall ok result, but I felt under pressure, because the staff seemed to be under pressure to keep things moving. The manicure and pedicure were done at the same time, so that I had to sit in an awkward sideways position for my hands to be tended to. The chair had no massage feature, the pedicure basin had no massage feature. Overall not as relaxing as I would have expected for the prices charged.

I use to see Rita at their Newton Centre location, but during the pandemic she moved to Wellesley and so did I! Where Rita goes, I go! Shes my girl. I see Rita regularly and she takes the absolute best care of me. She makes sure to remove all in-grown hairs during my Brazilian and leaves my eyebrows looking FLAWLESS. I recommend Rita to all my friends and family! You wont be disappointed, tell her Jess sent you :) extremely clean and hygienic!

I was referred by a friend to get my eye brows done with Rita and I am in love with her work. My eyebrows had the worst shape and she took her time and really shaped it soo well. I wish she was closer to where I live in South Boston but she just gained herself a loyal customer. So happy, I highly recommend Rita her work is excellent !

Ive loved MiniLuxe for years and when the Newton location closed, I did not hesitate to go to Wellesley. The Wellesley location is wonderfully large and bright, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and despite the pandemic raging, Ive felt comfortable going in and getting certain services done. Theres always ample parking and I love the proximity to other things in the area. I highly recommend it!

We are especially dedicated to Rita as she is an amazing eye brow shaper. We waited a year until we were vaccinated and happy that she is still with miniluxe. We will not go to any other waxer. She is the best!!

Prior to Covid it was unorganized and it’s seems to not have gotten better. The manicurists are excellent, but the scheduling and organization of the appointments and flow of customers and finally billing needs improvement.

Service was friendly but pedicure was ok she cut so much off the toe it was almost bleeding and now I have a bandaid - so the pedi isn’t pretty. They also don’t have a phone. I thought I left my glasses there and had to drive all the way back because they have no phone service

I love the Wellesley MiniLuxe! I always find easy parking, everyone is so welcoming, and Tim (my favorite technician) is a rock star. Such a lovely, clean, relaxing place to get a pedicure during these trying times. An oasis in the storm — thank you!

Great place!

I had a wonderful experience at this MiniLuxe location. I have been to a few of the locations here in the Boston area and I do have to say the check-in/check-out process was the best at the Wellesley location! The woman working the counter was super friendly and kind. The technician who worked on me (mani/pedi) was also very, very nice. She did a good and thorough job (it had been my first mani/pedi since January)! All in all 5 star experience! Ill be back to the Wellesley location!

Very nice staff!

The facilities are super clean, but the quality of my gel manicure was not what I expected for the price charged. Upon my arrival home I noticed that the nail polish was all bumpy and dented. Must have occurred when the manicurist applied hand lotion and massaged my hands and the polish, apparently, had not set. If I had noticed it while at the facility would have asked for them to redo nails. Very disappointed and will not be returning nor recommending their services.

I went to Mini Luxe in Cranston Kate and Chinda were amazing five star. This location was disappointing the skill was not there. I cannot even compare to the location in Cranston. Will not be returning... so surprising for the area.

When I used normal nail polish remover to take off the last bit of nail polish from my big toe, it ripped of layers of my toe nail!!!!
