I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The picture with chipped nail is from less than a day. They made my nails super bulky without filing them properly. I asked the tech several times and she couldn’t get it! Next day I went back to fix my broken nail and on my way back home the other nail was chipped! The technician was not skilled at all and wasn’t listening to what I was asking. Waste of money and TIME!

Emily and Lee were our technicians for my friend and I. They were professional, friendly, very skilled, and very gentle in doing our mani and pedi. We had a lovely mom’s time out. We felt refreshed and pampered by the time we left!

I used this salon to do both manicure and pedicure. The boy who served me was absolutely immune to all my requests. The water for doing pedicure was too cold, he worked talking Vietnamese to another guy, he did not care about his work. Manicure has been done purely as well, he cut my nails to the extreme without asking me if I like it or not, no hot water to soften the skin and so on. I had a feeling he rushed to do something else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used to love this place, recently the service has not been good. I went a week ago and the women who did my nails messed up and had to re do them. She got mad at me for telling her I didn’t like them and now they have started to chip.

Lana did an amazing job with my not/so-great nails. She made my hands and feet miraculously beautiful. She is very VERY skillful. This is calming and soothing place for a manicure, and they offer Dazzle Dry polish, which last two weeks easy, and is dry DRY! In only 5 minutes while being very kind to the nails. No harsh gels or blue light damage.Highly recommended!

I booked an appointment for an express pedicure and 3 different people asked me what I wanted and I said an express pedicure. The employee proceeded to do a nail polish change and told me there was no way she could do the express pedicure I booked and I never told them I wanted that. She proceeded to yell at me and then rush my manicure. My nails have never looked worse.

They do such a great time every time I go! My Gel nails last longer here than any other place I have been to, they do not chip for 3+ weeks. Very clean, comfortable and friendly environment.

Manicures and pedicures always look great. The gel manicures last a long time, at least 2-3 weeks. Overall, wonderful experience.

Got a full pedicure. The water was not even finishing the basin and she had my feet out. In and out in less than29 minutes. Sent email and called manager. No response to either. Whst kind of business ignore bad service?

I used to like this place, the last two times i had a bad experience. I went to the saloon 4 weeks ago, they charged me $55 for a gel manicure, they added bunch of bs fees and my nails chipped the next day... i had to go back twice for a fix up. I decided to give them another chance and went again today. They charged me $44 for gel manicure and claimed that they had to charge me $10 for gel removal. The girl who did my nails took her sweet two hours and didnt even do a good job. I dont think im coming back again.

I’ve been here 3 times, loved! Very clean and safe for Covid! I showed them a picture and they did it! I am very anxious so I don’t like to talk to the manicurist and I’m afraid they will think I’m a pain so I was to scared to mention that they filed my finger open. I’m sure it was an accident and the lady was very sweet. She did her best and my gel nails look great!! Very clean too! They ensure everyone has used hand sanitizer upon entering! And for pedicures they will give you hot wax and A nice massage! They were very sweet with my daughter too! They did fun designs on her nails and talked sweet with her!

My nails turn out perfect every time! The people here do a fantastic job and they’re very quick as well. Even regular polish won’t chip (from my personal experience) up to a max of three weeks.

I was certainly nervous since I hadn’t gotten a manicure/pedicure since the start of COvID. My concerns melted away as I entered the door. They take every precaution - hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass, face masks - and the salon is spotless. Dee was amazing - wore a mask, continuously washed her hands and we were seated more than 6 feet from anyone else. I will be going back on my pre-Covid schedule!

Always a good experience. I have been going here for about three years, tried other places closer to my home and I keep coming back. Obviously, some techs are better than others, but overall they are much better than other salons. Owner is helpful and very responsive to customers. Very clean. They dont do acrylics or dips so chemical smells are to a minimum. Very pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this business.

The woman that did my manicure was very rough with the tools so parts of it were painful. The hand massage with lotion was basically non-existent. At one point she actually wiped my hands of with nail polish remover. I struggle with dry skin and was very uncomfortable after that. I couldnt get them rehydrated. The manicurists are not all bad. My daughter had a gel manicure that was done very nicely. Not sure if Id go back as I dont want the same woman again and Im not sure Id recognize her.

This is a first class nail salon with talented, professional and friendly technicians and staff.

Usually they do a good job but the past few times I’ve gone the technicians make a comment like “what no cash?” When I check-out, asking for a tip before I even get the chance to give it to them. Last time they asked me to Venmo their personal account for the tip also, it’s very uncomfortable to be put on the spot like that. The technician today was rushing and I came home with rough heels, and a bad patch job on a nail that got smudged in the process of my regular mani. Not worth the money honestly.

Cut open on not one but two toes - still bleeding after 2 hours. I was asked to push my appointment later in the day and as a result of it being late in the day the technician was hurrying and not careful / I felt rushed and uncomfortable ended up with a mess on one foot. Sorry luxotic, not ok for a $50 mani pedi that was booked in advance.

Went there for the first time today and had a Gel mani+pedi with Nina, Great experience, this is definitely my new place.
