Not only did they charge me $20 more than one month ago for the same services, but my toes look terrible! The tech never buffed my toenails before polish so the polish is not smooth. Terrible job!! I will not be returning to Mass Nails again.

I went here for the first time today and loved it! Ask for Lin! She did beautiful pink and white ombre nails. Will definitely be back.

Lots of natural light and fresh air, plus very professional staff make it an excellent nail salon. I like that they also continue to invest in the shop to keep it looking good. The other salons with main street locations seem busier, but I have tried them all and Mass Nail is really great.

Terrible gel manicure. Got all over my cuticles, not even at the bottom near the cuticle. I think this lady was just old or something maybe the others perform better but I NEVER leave reviews and I am just SO UPSET with this manicure that I had to. Worst $30 I ever spent, I just have to get them redone. She also SCRATCHED my nails--I was too afraid to say anything so I am hiding behind this review but I cant express how upset I am after looking at my nails later in the day. I thought being in Wellesley, they would be at least good enough but I should have known--any gel below $35 is likely not going to be a good one. Never coming back.
