Great place for kids of all ages. Took my 6 yr old here and he had fun. The only thing I had a problem with was the line to wait for food and drinks. It took a while

My daughter attended a birthday party at Urban Air. The place was very clean and beautiful on the inside. It was very loud, but of course that was to be expected at a childrens party place. A couple of the bumper cars werent working, but there were still plenty to accommodate the group. The trampolines were clean, and everything seemed safe. The workers were helpful.

Its a huge space. You can tell it was a home improvement warehouse before it was converted into this cool space. Took my kids to run around and the prices were fair. Its $9.99 for 5 and under. Make sure you know you will have to pay for socks ($2.99) even if you bring your own. The urban air socks are gripped, so it makes sense. They have attractions for all ages. My kids didnt want to leave. We will be returning soon.

Me and my family had a great experience here!! Warm welcoming, friendly atmosphere and very clean. The staff here was very pleasant and the managers are very helpful. I will definitely come again with my kids and grand kids. Let me start off my saying I have had the best Experience ever here from any trampoline Park! They really have they stuff together Even the management is amazing and it starts from there. I came here for the first time for my sons bday party and the whole staff made me feel welcome. Definitely coming back !! Highly Recommended!

My children had fun. If I had only brought one or two of the little ones it mightve been better. But instead I paid over $250 (for 2 hours with 7 people) to wait in line for a little over an hour to ride go karts. We then waited around 30 minutes in another line for the zip line. They spent the remaining 30 minutes playing on the trampolines and ball pits. They wanted to climb the rock wall but the worker had zero urgency.The front counters were a congested nightmare with only a few workers to handle the large groups of people just standing around with no sense of direction. The front door had a sign painted on the glass mask required yet maybe half of the people inside were wearing one. As a kid Im sure this place is great but as an adult it was less than pleasant. Im sure we would go back during a time when theres less people there but I would not recommend going during spring break lolWe spent the last year only going to the grocery store and work so it was really a huge shock.

We are members at Urban Air in Webster and we come frequently, but todays visit was exceptional! The STAFF were what set todays visit apart from all the others. They were super sweet with my boys and were showing them how best to use the equipment and even jumping with them. The A+ staff made their 6th birthday even better! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

“Hello” I was at the urban air at Bay Area blvd. in Webster was really not please the staff is to young they play around to much and talk no more than work. They girls restrooms was really messing.restroom paper everywhere.there were not clean. No hand soap and the snack line to long . I waited 30 minutes. Staff was playing around in kitchen . Not waiting on Costner’s. Really upset very disappointed . Needed older staff that wants to Wk there. To many younge kids. That place is really under staff .

Visited this location with my husband and 2 children. We had a lot of fun! Just dont leave your nice shoes in the bin unless you want them to get stolen (thats what happened with my pink and white Vans today and my socks were tossed to the side). I highly suggest to bring your shoes around with you or get a locker. Still had fun regardless though.

Leaving 5 stars just so this post will be seen. Do not go to this Urban Air. Go to the one on the beltway and 288. This one is dangerous and disgusting. They do not have enough staff to open and operate. All attractions should be staffed and only the ones requiring harnesses were staffed. This created chaos and so many injuries just while we were there for 2 hours. Spilled drinks and food on the attractions noone staffed to clean or monitor attractions and enforce rules. Horrible and very disappointing.

We came here for a birthday party for my nephew. It was our first time here and we were thoroughly impressed. Our birthday host Cassidy was on top of everything. She made sure that everyone in the party was taken care of properly and friendly. Her smile went a long way to make us feel welcomed and everyone had a great time. Make sure to ask for Cassidy when you are planning an event here, shes the best.

Previously gave this location multiple stars. Today my son and I were told that we could not “jump on our feet” in one of the enclosures. I kindly asked him to please demonstrate for us how to do it properly since this did not make any sense to me. Two employees directly pointing out me and my son on something we’ve come here and done 1,000 times. I’ve let a lot slide with our membership and minimal things to do with corona. After today we will be more selective in where we choose to enjoy ourselves. There has been no regulation here other than the zipline.

The park itself is wonderful, a lot if things to do, so much more than just trampolines. We went on a Saturday and it was so crowded that it was a little hard to enjoy though and we reserved our deluxe party here. The management and service was so disappointing. We had to find our own table, chase staff around for plasticware, drinking cups, while all of our guests sat around bored. The assigned party host never arrived and after 40 minutes of us constantly going to front desk to ask what happened we got another party host, which meant another 20 min to settle party names, wrist bands and socks, because for an hour of arrival all of our guests just sat around unable to jump since we hadnt gotten socks or wrists bands. So, finally after going back and forth to the front desk she brought all socks and after an hour of original schedule and arrival all kids went to have fun. Then, the pizzas came but for cake we had to go to front desk to ask if they could kindly request guests to go back to table, these staff kids were complaining back and forth that they didnt want to announce on the microphone our request in front of us. Unbelievable.We also had to bus our own table, remove trash and dirty plates, cups, cutlery, the host was not very helpful.Every time I went to request and chase these staff kids around they were playing and dancing in bunches, there was plenty of staff members but no one was working.There was supposed to be a birthday shirt for our kid but there were no shirts so instead we got an our pass for another visit. I think they should have what they promised when you pay to have a service with them.I highly recommend to train management and then all your staff to keep business going. It was absolutely NOT worth it paying what we paid for the service we got.

The kids had a blast. So much for them to do here. Even grown folks can get in on the excitement.

Attended a party for a friend and our host was Cassidy. She was amazing. Super friendly and very attentive. I would highly recommend people ask for her as a host when doing a party here.

We rented out Urban Air for a private event. It was a fantastic experience! The GM was super easy to work with and was in constant communication leading up to the day of. They were well staffed and everyone was super helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent the facility out again for a private event. Highly recommend!!!

The place was amazing, lots of fun to be had. BUT the customer service and management of the place is terrible. I reserved the platinum party package with unlimited access and felt like it was NOT worth the money. The host was hardly helpful. The extra pizza and drinks,that I order ahead of time, werent ready. We had to find our own utensils and figure it all out. Just be careful about throwing a birthday party here.

Great fun. An American ninja training course for kids. The gocarts were cool but they were radio controlled so drive right. At any time if you pointed. In the wrong direction it signals a wreck and they stop everyone and you wait for the track to clear. They served beer. Bonus round was, No video games. Only obstacle course type fun for kids and adults. Oh and massage chairs for those with sore backs. 5$ for 15 mins 20$ per hour and they were good massage chairs like in the airport.

The attractions were fun and we had a good time. The only reason Im giving a 4 is because of the dodgeball specifically. My son joined a game and was pelted in the face within a minute of the game starting. I added a picture of it 3 hours later still red. Hes 6 and a half so not super little, but may be helpful to alternate littler kid and bigger kid games.

The events and things to do are very fun. The food was pretty decent. The Go kart rides were fun but there was constant malfunctions every round we went and other groups were experiencing it also. There was not enough communication after you sign the waiver. It was confusing especially for my first time. Overall it was very enjoyable would recommend.

This location is great! Love the fact they have the indoor go karts!! Music is upbeat and staff is friendly!

This place is disgusting. There is trash everywhere and not a single staff member appears or acts over the age of 19. I can feel the stickiness of the floor through my shoes and these kids are rude af.

Not a great experience like I thought it would have been.Go karts are a joke and are extremely slow. They only allow 6 people on the track at a time and your time on the track is only like 10 minutes or less. Half of that time the karts are literally crawling because some kid drove the kart into a wall and is stuck so they have to slow everyone. They should have certain times blocked off here and there for adults and big kids to race at full speed, but they don’t. If kids can’t drive decently fast in a safe manner, then they should only be allowed to ride with an adult and not drive by themselves.The place is ran by a bunch of teenagers who don’t really care about their job and it’s obvious. The price to enter and participate is also definitely not worth it. 👎🏻

I was completely mislead about the monthly membership. I was told at the front desk that a monthly membership could be purchased online and cancelled anytime, I then went in and purchased the membership right then and there on my phone, and now that summer is over I tried to cancel. However, I can’t because it’s a 12 month commitment. I called the corporate office and explained that their employees are giving out false information (not only to me but there was a family infront of me that the same info was given to), spoke to Erica, and was told there was nothing they could do. So now after 3 months, I’m still responsible for 9 more.Also, there go-carts are a joke. They often aren’t running & when they do the line is long and takes around an hour to actually ride, and if they are doing there birthday groups...forget it!

Fantastic everything! We signed up for the yearly membership, totally worth it. All the people are friendly. The people in the front are attentive, when you want to do an activity they are serviceable, even the people in the cafe are so nice. Please keep this place alive by signing up, best place for my 6 year old son.

This was a great place. Very clean. Not too crowded. The food selection was small, but what we ate was good. We did have a small problem there with another visitor, but the manager on duty was extremely helpful and very professional in the handling of the situation.

Is very nice its a family entertainment and as some even for the smaller kids food was little pricey but other than that everything was great even the setup for the birthday parties

Our company booked the facility for a family fun night and everyone had a great time. The staff was helpful and friendly an the pizza was great! Adrian was very helpful providing information and coordinating the entire party and answered all questions along the way. We will be back again!

Great and fun place, this was our first time coming here and my kids loved it, and I just found out about this place by mistake while looking at Google maps.

We decided to come here for go karts and the reason I gave a one star because of the horrible service and long wait. The staff was sending the same single rider line over and over and did not notice the other people who have been waiting for over an hour. We had waited for 1 1/2 hours. Also, the go karts werent the best. I recommend going somewhere else if you want faster go karts and less wait time.

First off I want to start with how excited I was to hear that Urban Air was finally coming to our area. We have visited other locations and have always been impressed.Sadly today was a different story. Upon being greeted at the front by a nice young lady, we went over to the station and filled our waivers, purchased our packages and went to the counter for socks. Everything was great, until my kids started to explore and we found that there were several different areas, especially the playground and areas leading to the sky coaster that were filthy. This wasn’t something that had been overlooked for a day or two.... They have been open one week and I would be surprised if it had been cleaned once during that time. We came first thing in the morning to beat the crowd so it’s not like the day had just been so busy and they hadn’t had time to do upkeep and some general cleaning.Secondly, the building is massive with so many different attractions which is nice, however I had my two children with me and they both wanted to do different things which is fine. The downside is that there is absolutely no security when it comes to the entrance and exit at the front. My 5 year old could have walked right out into the parking lot and no one would have noticed.Once I wrangled the kids down, we ordered a pizza and my youngest got the mini hot dogs. The staff at the food counter were very nice and the food came in a good amount of time. The prices were reasonable for an indoor amusement park and everything was very tasty.Overall, the kids had a blast and the staff seemed very nice, however I would really like to see them spend more time on cleanliness and possibly some sort of security at the front so someone couldn’t just walk out with a child or a child wander into the parking lot alone.

Best place to take the kids this summer to get out of the rain and burn some energy. We always stay atleast 3 hours. Clean restrooms and plenty of seating for the adults. Helpful, friendly staff.

The place had a lot of stuff to do but it was also very crowded. We got the unlimited wristband for 8 people. We waited for like an hour to get on the go karts and the ride only lasted less than 10 minutes. So much for the unlimited pass!

I had fun. Plenty to do for all ages . A great go to for family celebrations.

Great place for kids and big kids at heart! Lots of things to do.. Zipline, ball pit with ninja warrior for the dads to show off their skills. Trampolines and fun play area with slides for the little ones!

We came for a church event and the staff here is seriously AMAZING! From the front door to the food. Emily and Jamal at the pizza place were so incredible, patient and kind. Very very thankful for them!

Decided to visit the Webster location for the first time for my child’s bday to check it out. The front desk employee (Allison) was the worst host. She didn’t say a word and looked lost when it was our turn to get wristbands. She was not friendly whatsoever, no smile, no hello, not even a thank you. Literally she just stood there looking away like, “why am I here,” kind of attitude!! And the next customer got worse treatment, I noticed her just slinging the socks on the counter with her eyes rolling back. Worst customer service at this location with that particular employee!!!

This place was totally awesome! Kids had a blast all day long.

Place is huge and theres a ton of activities to do. Parents are half off. 👀 but the place can get super packed on the weekends. Going during the week might a better Experience so you have plenty of time jump around and do harnessed activities (which the lines can get long) but over all a awesome place!!

The attractions was fun but very dissatisfied on waiting line for bumper kart. The guys (employees) let the single riders ride twice: both single line and the ones that were riding with someone meaning (couple) waited long up to 48min. Was told at the front service to do something but do nothing. Customers service wasnt helpful. Wish could got my money back for losing all that time wasted.

I love this place and so do my kids! Great place, great atmosphere, seemingly great staff.... the only reason I give it a four star rating and any constructive criticism is because of the max capacity they allowed in today. First of all, my best friend and I have been looking forward to bringing her kids here during Spring Break. We got here and it was not what we expected....worse! The go karts are a joke! People are standing in line waiting for almost an hour as the go karts are barely crawling like a turtle. People are walking around wearing no masks and the safety protocols...well, there aren’t any. We ordered food at the concession stand and that was a joke! Overpriced and they kept forgetting my order. Overall, I’m so disappointed with this place and will never ever come back again. Jumping World is too-notch compared to this place. HORRIBLE!!!!

It was complete chaos and for the price of everything, they were not even serving food at 1:30. I felt the workers were not at all happy and it was hard to find an adult worker there. We had spilt a drink on the floor and when we flagged someone down, they threw a wet floor sign over it and left it that way for over an hour and it was still like that when we left. This is a great place for kids to play, but unfortunately the staff is rude and not very helpful.

Love this place best place for a birthday. Dodgeball is brutal for small kid’s because the older ones wanna aim for the head. Parents watch your kids when they play dodgeball.

Great family place to have fun

Place was insane. Seemed like there were close to 1k people there and certainly not enough staff monitoring. Staff tried and they were helpful, but too many people for the amount of staff on hand. Kids were crazy out of control. Lots of teenagers rough housing around littles. It was overwhelming. I think we will go back to visiting the one off 288 from now on.

Facility was good, not as much activities as expected. Staff was mostly friendly except for those controlling bumper cars, they had no organization or respect for the customer

This is a great place not only for family fun but also parties.

Pretty cool for kiddos however, the trash cans were overflowing, even with an abundance of staff. I ordered funnel cake fries and literally waited 15 minutes for 8 fries.. but my kid have a lot of fun:) i also felt grateful for the staff that helped my daughter when she was terrified of the height.

Came to this location thinking Id take my kids to play because they had a mandatory mask sign on the windows and had to leave after walking around because 90% of the customers and employees were not wearing their mask at the play stations,customer counter or the walking areas. The tables were extremely dirty and none of the hand sanitizer stations were working. This is a great place to catch covid if this is how their going to operate their own business.
