Came for a birthday party! The kids had a blast. I like the area they have set up for parents to sit and watch. Cant wait to go back

Had my daughters 13th birthday here and they had a blast! They young staff is not to be underestimated they are very professional and did a great job!!! You literally dont need to lift a finger they do it all.

Don’t usually give bad reviews. This is a new business at the time I wrote this. They may change policy and hopefully do. I attended with my five year old for a birthday party which was great - clean place, no AC so sorta hot but that is common in gyms in New England in the summer. All the equipment is nice, bathrooms and a water cooler. My five year old had fun at the party and wanted to come back for an open gym play time - they gave us a printed summer schedule when we left the party. We live 47 min away so I put a day on my calendar that I’d be in the area and when I arrived they were closed at the open play time and opening later but it was a few hours later and we couldn’t stay. The next day in a few weeks that I put on my calendar we arrived and the open play had been changed - this time only by 30min so we were able to wait. The teen working explained they update on their FB page. If I’d known I could of checked before traveling - so maybe their print outs could say check on their FB page for any changes or they could tell people when they give the printed schedule that it’s subject to change and to check FB. Just someway to keep their printed schedule more accurate or let people know changes are common for those who travel from farther away.
