This place was AMAZING!!! They took care of me and my daughter very nice and friendly staff. I have been searching for a nail salon to be able to do exactly what I want if I show them a picture, and my nail tech (Mint) did just that! Oh, and they are able to match the color of your nails with your toes. I have found a new nail salon that will continue to get my service.

Horrible quality of work done. Got acrylic on my nail but I felt so uncomfortable with how the service was, everyone was in a hurry and it made me feel like me being there wasn’t wanted. My acrylics were rushed as was my pedicure. It was so busy And the staff made it obvious they were annoyed that I was a walk in. When I left my nails weren’t even dry! I got acrylics on my toes and it was poorly done, the acrylic is so thick and stuck to my skin it looks awful!!! And the worst part is, I’m getting MARRIED tomorrow!!! I paid 75$ for this??? Please don’t come here and waste your time and money, now I’ll have to go to another salon and beg them to fix the mess up this place did.

They didnt do ours at the same time which is what I wanted and my pedi was rushed.It was alright but wont be going back.

I have gone to this salon for many years...the owners & staff are ALWAYS professional, accommodating and sincerely want you to be pleased with your service. Ive never been disappointed with any manicure, pedicure or any other service I have had done. In some nail salons that I have been to, the service seemed hurried, like they wanted to get you done so they could get to the next person, and that they are doing you a favor by servicing you...NOT THIS SALON!!! They recognize that you are paying for a relaxing & pampering experience and this salon delivers....Love them!!

It was my first time going there and it was a Sunday. Most places are usually closed so I knew it would be busy but it wasn’t bad there were tv’s and they provided drinks. I had a lady named thu pronounced like the number 2 she said. She was so nice so helpful when it came to suggesting colors and lengths. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and honestly I was shocked with how AMAZING the shaping was. I have never had someone understand exactly how I want my nails. She was also super nice friendly and funny.

Brought my kindergarten graduate for a little pampering. Even though they were busy they still managed to make her feel like a princess. Very clean salon. Great menu and very nice staff.

My advice is to get to the salon early because it fills up quickly. The staff is very professional and timely. No time for chit chat. The quality of work matches the efficiency of the staff. So great. I recommend this place for a day of beauty.

The wife and I stop by here randomly for a pedicure. Just thought of doing something out of the ordinary with her. Let me tell you at first I was skeptical about getting a pedicure done for the first time, as soon as we arrived they greeted us and treated us kindly and to all our needs. Once in the chair I felt a little nervous because I am not use to people touching my feet. Tina (nail tech) immediately made me feel comfortable by providing beverages of my liking. The chair has a individual control to adjust massage level while you are getting worked on. It was the best experience for me. Not only friendly staff and attentive but also made me feel relaxed. I will definitely will be going back. Oh and shout out to Tina and staff.

I believe she said her name was Ann she has bangs with blonde tips in her hair but annnnyways.... She does amazing work and I’m super picky so 100% recommend! Also staff was professional and their business was clean and organized nicely! ❤️

My nail tech was terrible!! I asked for a manicure before my dip nails so they could push back and cut my cuticles so my nails wouldnt look weird, instead they did it after which there was no point.. throughout the whole experience he was very very rough with my hands and nails to the point i almost cried, he was rushing and now 3 days later my pinky nail is starting to come loose. They also charged me an extra 10 dollars to rub lotion on my hands and barely cut my cuticles. I really do not recommend this place!

I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was perfect, done by Vicky. She was precise and quick. My full set was done by Kim. I asked for Acrylic and Coffin shape. I got square. She was very messy and right away she seemed to be rushing. At first, I was indecisive of my polish color. She was very kind to me. But for what I paid, the quality of the nails was not worth it. There was just so much going on in there. I was sure to tip. But I won’t be returning.

My technician is awesome. I come regularly and get the same person. She always does a great. My concern comes in with the manager. Her tone can be very harsh and comes off very rude. I am diverse in various cultures enough to know it may not be her intent but at some point youre aware. Although I had mixed feelings about my experience, I decided to speak with the manager. Once I explained my medical condition and concerns, she immediately expressed concern and explained how my request may at times offended other technicians. Basically, neither of us had any ill will. This is how to keep my business. Taking out time to understand each other and having tough conversations maybe required for a positive outcome.

I chose to come to this place because the reviews spoke so highly of them. I needed my nails to look good because they were for prom and had an APPOINTMENT for 3:45. The girl sat me down after sitting at the front for 20 minutes and I sat there waiting for someone for another 45 minutes. I was there for an hour with an appointment and still sat there. Finally I just got up and told the people at the front waiting what happened and they all walked out with me. They probably lost $500 because of their poor timing.

I love this salon and want to continue to use them as they do amazing work and treat customers great but the last 3 times I’ve gone I’ve waited over 30 minutes WITH an appointment. I wanted to suggest more employees as I speak to others each time who share the same frustration.

My husband and I first time going. We had to wait for a little while but it was worth it for us. Tina gave my husband a manicure and T.J. did my feet and hands. I just recently moved here and was trying to explain to T.J. about how I use to get them done but he was able to do them in away that was better and I love them. We will be back

I thought I was going to have to go back to my natural nails because of my schedule but they are open 7 days a week! They also have drinks for everyone and cocktails for those over 21.😉 I was also able to make a same-day appointment on a Sunday so I didnt have to wait. I enjoyed it very much!

I love Mia! She really takes her time and asks how they look as she goes! Very gentle and pays attention to detail. I can never get nails to last because of my job but these trend to! Love their serve and I’ve never had to wait when I walked in! 10/10 my favorite nail salon and would recommend.

I recently moved to Waxahachie and this was my first time trying a nail salon here. I chose T Nails due to mostly good reviews. When I was greeted by the attendant at the door, she asked what services I wanted and I chose a dip manicure and a classic pedicure. She had me go ahead and choose my colors for both and sat me in a chair for a pedicure. It was almost 20 minutes before they started. A lot of the employees seemed to be distracted by two young women who seemed to be friends of the employees and were just in there visiting. After finishing my pedicure, they left me sitting in the chair for a while to dry. The original attendant finally came back by and asked if I was ready to check out, and I told her I was waiting to get my nails done. She said she didn’t know I was waiting on nails, despite being the one to have me choose the color from the beginning. I was ultimately there for over 2 hours. It’s a shame their service and professionalism were sub par because the nails themselves came out fine. I would not recommend this place to a friend or go back there myself.

This is a gorgeous, modern & clean salon! Such friendly & helpful staff and reasonable pricing. I got the tropical pedicure and it was magical😍 they were able to do my NYE themed manicure at the same time as well (I don’t do nail tips). I’m very happy with how everything turned out and definitely will return the next time I’m in town.

Very professional and very safe during covid, theres plastic shields between individuals. The nail technicians are kind; if you dont like something speak up and they will resolve it. Overall, I do recommend.

The nail salon was set up perfectly for Covid restrictions. The nail tech gave me exactly what I asked for and I enjoyed a nice mimosa while I had my nails done. Definitely my new favorite after losing my nail salon to a permanent close.

I went in to get my nails done for a wedding and they were really busy so I had to wait like 30 minutes even though I made an appointment. But Thu who did my nails came over when she saw me sitting in one of the chairs and she was like ok lets get you done. And she did my nails beautifully and kept smiling. Love my nails. 10/10 would recommend! 💗

I’m new to Waxahachie and was looking for a salon similar to the one in North Dallas. I found T Nails and Spa on Google. They are are welcoming and extremely clean!! They are taking all of the safety measures for COVID 19! Justin did my mani and pedi. He was soooo sweet, funny and had great customer service. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

So upset with my nail color and shape of my mail. I told technician several times this does not look pink. I chose a pink color. Spent $40 for something I hate.THIS IS NOT PINK. And it looks like an amateur did this. Will not ever come back.

Wanted a white and pink dip. End results are super bubbly. Not sure if nail tech is new or he is inexperienced. Regardless, I have to go back up another day for them to “fix” them.

Amazing!! Came in for a full dip set with tips. Kathy the nail tech did such a fantastic and caring job. She listened to what I was wanting and did exactly that. Awesome service, satisfaction guaranteed and very clean establishment. The staff is great and always willing to offer suggestions for nail ideas. I’ve done the regular polish, gel and dip. I’ve tried the mood changing, glow in the dark, chrome and cat eye. Love them all and highly recommend them. Best to make an appointment since they do have a lot of clients.

I went in for a ombré nails with powder and they are very chunky and thick. She also left a giant hump in the middle of my nail beds and left some under my nail and did not shave it off or sand it down.

T-Nails is above the rest!!! Clean, professional and Covid-19 standards in place!!! Their massage chairs are incredible. The service is top notch!! Tina the nail technician is Amazing. She is very nice and patient!!! Keeep up the great work!!!! Oh and they also serve alcoholic drinks and soft drink beverages.

I havent been to this place in years but I will definitely back after this experience. The renovation and setup is beautiful. Mai did a great job on picking my toe color to match my nail color and such an even paint job. Other than waiting a little longer than expected...the professional and courteous greeting made up for it.

Was visiting a friend and was very happy with my pedicure and manicure. Noticed my hand was burning a little while she was cleaning with alcohol...got home and realized why she cut my cuticle too much on one whole hand!! It’s been 48 hrs and one hand is completely red around my fingernails and hurts like crazy!! Will not be my last trip to Waxahachie this year but I highly doubt I go there for a manicure again... maybe a pedicure but if I’m going to pay for a manicure I don’t want my hands to hurt and look horrible after!!

*** UPDATE*** I was contacted by the manager who offered to redo my entire pedicure whenever I could come in. He was very respectful and polite. I came in today and my pedicure was done by his wife (who is also pregnant!) She was very thorough and cleaned up all the cuticles on my toenails. She buffed my feet, used an exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet and gave me a relaxing (not rushed) leg massage! My polish looks great and I am very pleased with their hospitality and service. Thanks to both of them for treating me so well.So disappointed! Will never come here again. My pedicure was done by a man, he didnt say his name. I am 8 months pregnant and cant reach my feet anymore so I was in desperate need for some polish for my toenails. I didnt see the awful job until I got home (my flexibility and ability to see my toes up close is limited) I am so upset. The polish looks like it was done by a child! The coats are uneven, the polish does not cover the entire nail bed, and the shaping of the nails is terrible! Cannot believe I paid him for this!

I decided to try this place out today and I left a very unhappy customer. My nail tech Jenny didnt listen to but half of what i said i wanted. Im usually a pretty easy going person but when I tell you my nails are too long I dont expect you to argue with me. I expect you to shorten them on BOTH hands not 1. If they are TOO thick i expect it to be fixed. She didnt cut my cuticle like they usually do either. She just started grinding on my nails as if she was in a hurry and they werent even busy. .I apologized and told her i wasnt trying to be difficult. Also when i told her that felt like she was only half listening to me she ignored it and kept going. Ive been getting my nails done for years and i know what i like and how they should look. I was unhappy and my face said it. She ignored my concerns and proceeded to finish and tell me to have a seat and let my nails dry for 5 minutes. I wanted to pamper myself and have a relaxing morning before going to work but i got the opposite. I WILL NOT be returning and i dont recommend using Jenny if you choose to go here. Thank you to the lady that took my money and offered to fix them but I didnt have time since I have to be at work soon. I tried not to cause a scene and just paid for them and left.

The service is fast, there is a good variety of manicure and pedicure packages, and the new renovations help open up the space and make the spa feel more friendly and welcoming.This is a good place to bring your best friends or go for a mommy-daughter date.

T nails and spa is great if you want to be treated like a cow because they herd you through there as fast as possible leaving your paint job at about a half effort attempt. Which is great if youre pressed for time and dont really care how your service turns out. They only offer drinks, when the machines are working and if theyre not busy. Ive given this place three attempts. All three times Ive left disappointed and hurt, physically. Two out of three visits Ive left with nicks and raw skin from buffing and due to a rushed job.Sadly. I do not recommend.

UPDATE: I just had my wedding nails done, but I didnt tell them because I didnt want to them feel any pressure. Its definitely a risky move, but I dont regret it. Vincent did an awesome job, and somehow I feel like he knew it was for my wedding because he seemed to take extra care in the details. I still love this place!The third nail salon I have gone to in Waxahachie and Im finally pleased. They have a sheet for you to fill out, stating what you want done, right down to the shape of nail you want and the complimentary drink choices they have. I went to get the dip powder and they had to take off my dip powder from the last time I had them done and they didnt charge extra. Tess was really sweet and made sure that the job was done really well. She was very meticulous, and Im super happy with the work she did. I will definitely be coming back.

Since this place is under new management, it is more professional and the technicians are more experienced. Thu, one of the owners, is the BEST, resulting in me driving 40 minutes one way just to have her provide services. We all know that it can be hard to find quality. I will be a customer for life.

Love that I can walk in and don’t have to wait very long, the quality is very good compared to other places I’ve been in town. My nails last much longer when I come here and their place always looks clean.

I had the absolute worst experience ever at this nail shop on 12/21/19. My niece and I just went for basic services, polish change on our nails. We were both serviced at the same time. The after the nail tech removed previous polish and shaped my nails. I washed and dryed my hands and asked if it would be ok to pay in advance. We (myself and nail tech) walked to the register and I paid in cash for myself as well as my niece and he gave me change back. He completed the job. My niece and I sat in the drying station for about 15 minutes. We proceed to walk out thanks them for service and as soon as we walk outside 3 to 4 employees run after us. Screaming “HEY YOU DIDNT PAY”I have this confused look on my face. As I follow them back inside they made such a big deal in front of everyone and accused me of stealing. I walked to the tech who polished my nails and at this point they are specking in there language. Next thing I know they are apologizing & asking me to calm down. I am very disappointed with how they handle business here. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again in life. They are very unprofessional. One of the worst experiences.

I have been bringing my mother and sisters for a very long time and there customer survece is the best. They also affordable prices and they do a really good job on my mother’s/ sisters nails.
