I went to Carly and she cut my thick, curly long hair in a blunt cut straight across, which I never expected her to do. I now have an enormous mushroom on my head. I would have not expected someone to cut thick curly hair in a blunt cut, straight across, all one length.Im so glad I have to grow this out for years.

They took me as an emergency walk in.i needed my hair colored, cut and my nails done. I had a call about an interview that day for the next day. Got the job, moved almost 40 miles to be near it, but still use Doyce, and Tommy when I can, to keep me looking good.

Nice, very clean beauty salon with full range of services. You can get a good haircut here. I have not tried their coloring services. Appointments needed not a walk in place but I have called on short notice and theyve gotten me in. Very personable staff and they can get you in and out quickly.

The operator-owners work hard, have a very nice shop, fabulous stylists...and nail tech!.Ive been a regular customer for 9 years...never a complaint.

Rays wife, Mary Ann here. Yesterday, I walked into this salon wanting to get a short cut with no appointment, and never having set foot in this salon before. Bria Fundaro warmly greeted me at the door, listened to my request, viewed the pictures I brought with me, and then gave me the most fabulous, sassy, short cut! Bria really listened to me and really delivered! She was so kind and caring and you could tell she just really wanted a happy customer. While sitting there, I was so impressed listening to all the other stylists interact with their clients. Everyone was so kind, friendly, sincere and happy. And I loved their choice of music as well. A great, great place that I would highly recommend, and big kudos to Bria for a job well done!

Ive been going to Northgate to have my nails done for at least a year now. I have acrylics and have had them off and on for years, so Ive had a good bit of experience with other technicians. Tommy is far and away the best! He never hurts me, hes extremely talented and gets me in and out in a timely manner, and his prices are great. He also is very friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend him! The salon itself is very inviting and friendly. The owners are always very welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel like a friend. Wonderful place all around!

Sydney was great. Listening to request. Using style seat made it easy to integrate, making appt. walking in walking out in less than 20 minutes. Remembers my face and more importantly my style of cut. With the ability to walk in and say The Usual its a great place feeling happy and refreshed once you leave.

Best place in Waxahachie to get a haircut!

Moved to Waxahachie about a year ago, and I’ve been to see Carly 3 times during that period (which is a RECORD for me - I have always gotten my hair done as rarely as possible). At Northgate Hair Design, my bill runs from about $65-85 before tip. I previously lived in Dallas, where the same service cost me OVER $300 before tip. And I promise, the service is NOT a downgrade. I love this little mom & pop shop, and I’ll continue to make a trip out to Waxahachie to get my hair done by Carly even if I move away.

Never looked better. They knkw what they are doing. I simple sit down and let them do their magic.
