Absolutely the best place to get your nails done. I love the staff!!! Please use them!!! They are good and very kind...my husband had just died...I started crying and yet they made me feel comfortable...genuine kindness!!!!

Went last Saturday for a pedicure which I dont remember hos name but it was wonderful. The awful part was the lady that did my eyebrows and chin. The scab from my chin is just now clearing up. It hurt so bad. Wish I could post pictures. 🤨

I had my bridal party all come here and I cant say enough good things about this place! They were very prepared to accommodate all 10 of us with lots of employees, available chairs, drinks, and snacks! They though of everything! They were so professional, welcoming, and did absolutely amazing work on all of us! I would recommend this place to everyone!

They did not shape the nails to match each side, asked for them to fix it and acted like they couldn’t understand me and just got up and walked away without finishing, another tech came over and finished the color and didn’t put on the top coat after I told him he forgot and just grinned and shrugged his shoulders. I will not go back.

This was my very first time having a manicure and pedicure, I Loved It. Mydu was my technician and she was wonderful. I have had a couple of compliments since going. Having lost a great deal of my fine motor skills onjabot both right and left sides due to an automobile accident my hands were easily noticeable. Ive only been once, but after going once I do in fact intend to make it an absolute habit. I will be back from now on. So men believe me your hands and feet look and feel fabulous. Go enjoy what youre wife has known for years and the prices are the lowest in Waxahachie, you will be happy that you did. I promise you go once, youll go back.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. They do such an amazing job with gel(only thing I get) and the pedicures are so relaxing. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very nice and welcoming.

Ive been going here every 2 weeks since Ive been pregnant to get a pedicure and nails done. I love this place. The pedicure is amazing! They use paraffin wax and hot stones and a great massage. I also get the dip powder for my nails. They are strong and have always stayed till my next visit. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is calming and I’ve been going here for years they have always been good, But I got acrylic nails here and the women messed up and didn’t listen when I told her she put my nails to thin. They were very rude when we went back A DAY LATER after they broke and they fixed the ones that broke but put them just as thin. The next day they broke again. They won’t just redo the hole set even tho it’s not my fault they broke I was just doing normal things not even putting to much strain on them. They won’t get me a refund I go and get my nails done every once and awhile I don’t have much money to begin with that’s why I’m so mad. I just want my $40 if they won’t redo them from their mistake.

The inside is beautiful and well set up. Plenty of space for everyone and have enough workers so that youre not waiting forever. Different workers who do specific work. Friendly. They offers drinks. Love their massage chairs. The only bad thing which may happen everywhere you go is that each time I request something, a design or look, they dont quite get it right. They get close but always offering me something else that i didnt request. Guess i shouldnt expect perfect. One other thing, I did a walk in today and felt like I was in and out in no time. Either way, I still recommend Hollywood :-)

Great place with a great atmosphere. They took their time on my nails and made sure to clarify what I wanted. My nails were ruined from the place I went before and they fixed them almost perfectly. I’m definitely gonna keep going there from now on.

It’s a guy name Ty at Hollywood nails that does a EXCELLENT JOB!!! He’s very nice and takes his time on your nails and toes ... And he also tells you if you don’t like something to let him know and he will fix it... I will be going back to him.👍🏾😊

It’s a peaceful environment and they take their time with every customer and do a great job every single time! They’re my favorite place in all of Waxahachie.

I was with my husband and we both sat down at the pedicure chairs the exact same time. The gentleman who started on my feet started way before someone began to work on my husband’s feet. In fact, I was almost finished with my pedicure before someone even started on him. Not to mention my water was cold the entire time. I asked the gentleman who was working on me to make it hotter and he turned the water on for 8 seconds and told me that “Its hot now.” Not only was my pedicure extremely rushed and he was VERY forceful with my legs and feet. Meaning he would jerk my legs around and push them back into the water as he was clipping, filing, etc. Just a flat out HORRIBLE experience. He proceeds to paint my nails and I didn’t realize he was painting three coats on my toes, I asked the gentleman “ Can you please fix my big toe? You can still see through the polish..” He tells me in a very rude and sharp tone, “ I am not finished!” Then asked me “Do you want another coat or what?” The worst customer experience I’ve ever received. Then he is talking with the lady next to him in Vietnamese so I cannot understand him but I’m certain he was cussing about me to her.THEN… He starts my polish change on my hand and like I mentioned above he was going SO fast, while clipping my finger nails he took out a giant chunk of skin on the side of my thumb and it started to bleed. I yanked my hand away from him and he said “It was the corner!” and I said “If you would slow down, this kind of stuff wouldn’t happen!” He didn’t stop to take care of my bleeding thumb. He kept going. I started to become a little emotional because I am 29 weeks pregnant and was so angry at the whole situation, I assume he felt “sorry” for me and said “I apologize” but I wasn’t having it. I was ready to go and ready to leave. Worst experience I have ever received getting my nails done and I will NEVER be back. I also never got his name because I couldn’t understand him barely but remember what he looks like.NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO HOLLYWOOD NAILS

I have gotten my nails done here for years . I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else .Plain and simple - I go here because of the owner .She is the most hardworking lady I have ever seen . She always smiles and is always attentive .Every time I go in she asks me how my daughter is - she does not forget her customers .Yes they are busy sometimes - so what-Tammy

Amazing!! The staff is super friendly, going above and beyond what is expected of a nail salon. They care about you and how your experience is there. I’m bringing my whole wedding party here next month and they offered to reserve half of the salon for us and they provide finger sandwiches, snacks and drinks! Overall this place is the best when it comes to nail salons!!

Worst experience ever! I will never go back!! All of my nails were uneven. The polish didnt cover my entire nail on most of my fingers! The lady made my cuticles bleed on every toe! My toe still hurts from cutting my nail too short!! And after asking him to trim my nails, he cut them so short I barely have nails! And on top of that there was no communication, so it didnt matter what I told them because they couldnt understand me!!! 0 stars!!!!

Meh. It was okay. I went in and got the powder for the first time. He put a polish or cleanser on my nails at the beginning that BURNED like hell, and continued to hurt for 24 hours. I wasnt pleased with the shape of my nails. They were not consistent. Some were rounded and others were square and I had to file them myself after. I wanted more pink on my nails which I should have spoken up and said. The time was what I expected, an hour on the dot. But it was more painful than I anticipated. It was also more expensive than I expected. Like I said it was my first time doing the powder, so I have noting to compare it to, but I paid $50, to have to refile my own nails. Not a horrible experience but not great.

I love this place! I always go get my toes done here. I have bad ingrown nails and they are the only place I have found to get them out 😊 would highly recommend. Plus who can turn down wine while getting your nails done

I visited this nail shop on today wanting to get just a simple fill. They told me that it was a 15min wait mind you there’s 3 nail technicians sitting not doing anything. I’m sitting waiting a lady that wasn’t the same race as me which I’m African American came in wanting her nails done. They tell her 30mins then all of a sudden one of the nail technicians that was just sitting when I came in jumped up and asked the young lady to sit at her station mind you I’ve been sitting waiting way before this young lady came into the building. Bad Service and Racist If u ask me my money is just as good I’ll spend it elsewhere

It seems like every time I come back to this place service becomes worse and worse. I hate coming to get a pedicure and just having my feet sit in still water for almost an hour water got cold and I was just about to leave before someone came and helped. I would rather just wait until someone could fully help me. I know theyre busy but I think trying to multitask customers can be rude

This place is horrible. Paid 50 for my wife to get her nails done and paint started coming off we got back into town and they wouldnt even try to fix it. If tou do bad work you should fix it

It was okay. First time there for a pedi. Tech hardly spoke to me. He finished my pedi, I guess, he got up and never came back. Never said he was done. Didnt really massage my feet and legs. Onky thing is he took his time. Overall dissappointed.

My mother in law took me here for the first time along with my 2 sister in laws. We all got our nails done same day and time 3 days later both my sister n laws had a nail pop off and then I had 2 pop a couple of days after theirs. Ive never had that happen before. I also had jewels put on that didnt last but maybe a day. For the amount of money that was spent on my nails im very disappointed!!

Horrible place. First off I walked in and they had me sit there for 15 minutes. No one was doing anything except sitting on their phones. Yes they were open, had been for about an hour or so. Then they finally got to me and the lady had minimal experience. She nicked 3 of my fingers with the little machine, when she finished the quality of the nails looked like crap. They were filed down crooked the nail bed had air bubbles. Then came time to pay, the machine was not working and wouldnt read credit cards. The issue was on their behalf we found out in the end. But the people working there had the nerve to tell me to go get cash out and bring it back to them. Red flag. Excuse me? i was frustrated at that point. I came back with the cash and the lady there tells me Im paying full price AND Im required to tip her...ummm no not with the kind of work you did. Sorry. Over all horrible experience.

Horrible experience! Had me waiting for about 30 minutes and the lady that did my nails had no experience whats so ever. Its been 3 days since I got my nails done there and my nails are already chipping off and look horrible. I got the gel on top wich should last about 3 weeks. Umh no its only been 3 days and I already regret going there!
