They done nails on my wife roughly two weeks ago and advised her that if she ever wanted to remove them to just come back. Well my wife smashed one of her fingers and was advised to have it removed for safety reasons. Well I took her back today to get it removed and after sitting there for a little bit of time the advised her that they wouldnt even touch her finger just because her finger is bruised and swollen. Remember she was advised to get the nail removed for medical reasons. Apparently all their interested in is to get paid to put these things on. Then they advise you that you can return and have them removed unless you have an injury or medical issues then your left on your own to try and figure out how to remove this nail.This is defiantly not any good customer relations.I truly hope that anyone that chooses to do business with this place never has to experience what my wife has had to experienced.I personally will NEVER take her back to this place. But I will find her another nail salon with people who truly care about their customers and not do what I call BAIT AND SWITCH tell you one thing just so they can get your business then turn around and not honor what they advertise.So in conclusion cautious as to who you trust your fingers to.

Andy did my nails and did an amazing job. I got the dip powder and Im in love with the look. I would definitely recommend this nail salon and Andy. He was a very friendly easygoing and very experienced. I got the coffin shaped nails and they absolutely look stunning. And I got a glass of wine which is always a plus. I will be back. Overall a very clean very nice very friendly nail salon.

I got dip powder nails which I get often (not from here). They looked very good.. for one day! Two nails broke within 2 days and that never ever happens to me! They broke doing normal day to day tasks, nothing rough. Usually my dip nails just grow out, they don’t break and chip. Will not be going back, pretty disappointed I spent so much for NOTHING! Have to have them redone somewhere else and pay again.

Ive frequented this place for over 2 years. I continue to go because there is no wait. Today was probably my last time. Ive been unsatisfied for a while but today I asked for powder dip nails but ended up with acrylic with gel polish. And a subpar job at that. How does that happen? This is just one of many disappointing visits. The last few visits have been rushed. Today my heels were as rough as when I showed up. Basically received a $41 polish on my toes. Its sad because I enjoy the hospitality but hate to continue receiving poor service.

Went for mani / pedis with my mom, pedis were good but mani was awful. All I wanted was some cuticle clean up and they nicked me 5 times, four of my fingers were bleeding! He was doing at the pedi chairs and I asked him after the first two nicks if he wanted to go to the mani table to make it easier but he said it’s was fine.Never again, maybe I just got a person who’s not used to manis but I’ll stick to doing my nails at home

I waited for an hour and a half and it was finally my turn and then I said I wanted French tips and they acted like they didnt know what I wanted and acted rude and told it was gonna be awhile because they had other customers ??? I waited another 15 min and nobody came back so I paid for my daughters service and left. They never said anything else to me I just feel like the customer service has really gone downhill . If you dont want to do what they want, they dont like you. Thats crazy

I would not recommend coming here they do not take care of you the way they should. I waited almost 2 hours when they told me it would take 30 minutes and than a week after my nails started chipping and they shouldn’t have been chipping so soon because I got dip and when I went to get them fixed they told me they would have to charge me all over again instead of taking care of my nails that were chipped and I had only gotten them done a week ago. Just not a good experience for my first time going.

Only nail salon in waxahachie that Ive been to that my nails actually stay on and dont lift. They have really good customer service as well.

They do great at Pedi’s. But mania, not so much. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and my gel nails have already broken. I also ask them 4 times to file a mail that had a ridge on the tip. They didn’t. Mail is not broken. I’ll stick to Pedi’s only.

Me and my 2 sisters went about a week ago to get our nails dipped and they have all popped off like they where press on nails..they where too thick and did not even dip our nails like they where supposed to be done i also had to ask them to fill in spots multiple times while getting mine done because they missed so many spots..the pedicures where nice but only got a basic and you had to pay extra to scrub off the dead skin they did not give me that option they rished mine instead but i did love the treatment my younger daughters got but that was all

I give this 2 stars because the actual quality of the service Is good. I have went different times for different services and waited at least 30 min (even with an appointment). The worst was when we made an appointment for 4 pedicures and specifically asked if we would be able to be treated at somewhat the same time in advance. They said yes both when I booked the appointment and when we arrived. They went ahead and sat us in the chairs and started our water. We sat for 35 min before they started two of us. When we asked for new water because our water got cold, one of the ladies got irritated and an attitude. About half way through the first two pedis, someone started the 3rd and then when one of the first two was finished, they started the fourth. This was very frustrating. After talking to other customers inside, some had been there for over and hour and a half for one pedicure! This place is completely understaffed and not somewhere to go if you expect to be put within an hour. Customers were saying when they had a full staff, service was much better.

Came to get a mani & pedi and the guy wouldnt let me get them done how i wanted. Ask to cut my toe nails short & refuse too! DO NOT COME GET YOUR MANI PEDI HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. always want to do things their way & not the costumers way.

My tech was Michael. He was very rough with me. I told him three times I had a metal bar in my leg, so please do not pull or grab my leg. He continues to grab and pull.They charge 5$ extra for smoothing your feet with a metal tool. Other salons just use it to remove the soften skin after the soak.Asked to talk to a manager about the pulling and grabbing. Another customer witness it, all the manager said was sorry.Will not return.

I had went to another nail salon which my nails had broke in just one day! I finally found upscale salon which they were very kind about fixing my nails I 100% suggest going here they are awesome and so friendly!

What I asked for and what I got were completely different. The colors I got were great but they are bumpy, to long, and instead of matte she put glitter top coat. I asked for coffin and they round off into coffin. She said she could do a sunflower but it looks nothing like what I showed. My best friend didn’t get the concave nails she wanted and hers are uneven. Won’t be going back.

I have patronized a lot of nail salons In the past. Upscale ranks among the very best! Love their attention to detail and professional actions! Even my 92 year old Mom approves and that is a huge feat in and of itself! They make her feel like the queen she is!!!!

This was my first time there, and I will definitely be making this salon my go to! Service was excellent, and I was welcomed by familiar faces (who had worked at other salons). TK did my nails today. He is so sweet an talkative when you need to talk, and will leave you in peace if you want it! I love the lady that runs this place... she HAS to be the sweetest thing! I love that she hugs me when I walk in, just like an old friend!

Always a great choice for me. I was in and out without an appointment in record time! All of the ladies and guys are super nice and courteous. It is the only salon I will go to.

3rd time coming here just to make an appointment, show up 15 minutes early and still sit for over an hour. There was 4 customers!! Thats it. I was told repeatedly oh 7 minutes, oh 10 minutesDid not even end up getting a set because of the HORRIBLE customer service.

The worst place i ever went to make my nails in my life. For my terrible manicure, my acrylic all have a different shape the paint they gave me does not cover all my nails . Three different persons worked in my nails and nobody did a good job. The pedicure very good massage but when it came time to paint the nail terrible was given 4 times the same color, the machine to dry it did not work. When i arrive at my house and i look at my nail they are like balls on top because she pass to many times the polish . I never return to this place again, i threw my money.

I went in to get my nails done with dip for the first time in this spot to try it out, they asked me for a picture to see how I wanted my nails, she started by shaping them different and used colors that were nothing like the picture I showed, she never asked me if the colors were the ones I wanted, I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Once she began the design, she would do the lines completely uneven. Once she did designs on two of my nails, I told her that the lines where uneven she told me the nails weren’t going to look exactly like the picture and proceeded on doing the designs and did them in a rushed manner, which made them look even worse. I paid the full price(which was a waste of money) and left with horrible nails and bleeding cuticles. I went to another nail salon to get them fixed and they were surprised to see how bad they were done. I was later contacted by upscale and said I could come in for a free set because of how bad my nails were done. I informed them that I would go in after the set would come completely off because I had gotten them sort of fixed at another nail place. Once the set came off and my nails weren’t sensitive I contacted them again to get the free set, they told me it was too late.This is the first and worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon.

I chose the Aloe Vera pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tina took her time and made special effort to ensure that I relaxed. Can’t wait til my next one!

This was my first time here and it was great! We are going on a Disney cruise and he drew mouse ears on my big toes and did a fantastic job! Will be coming back!!
