I entered, asked for service and was ignored. I walked out after waiting for them to discuss how to answer me.

Decent place 1 stop shop hair nails toes and eyebrows

So I went inside and I asked for skinny almond. The lady said that she didn’t know how to do it. Then proceeded to say that it was a waste of her time to do my nails I was picky and that she didn’t have the time to do my nails because she had another client. She then proceeded to cut the light off on me told me to move to another chair And then I had to cut and file my own nails just so I can get my right shape. I even gave her an example, I told her like stiletto but instead of a point at the end all I want you to do is round it. She then proceeded to tell me that it was stiletto or coffin and she could do those two and she wasn’t going to do the shape that I wanted. I left and went to Hollywood nails. They did an amazing job

Went in around 4:30 to get a refill. Lady said they closed and to come back on Monday. Sign says open until 7 and people still getting manicures and pedicures, but y’all closed! Will not ever return. First impression is everything.

Fantastic, I went in for two pedicures for my moms birthday and it was my first time getting my feet done. The ladies dealt with my ticklish laughter and removed 28 years of callous easily. I had an ingrown nail and though removal was a bit painful to get fixed up now that its done I feel relief. I would recommend princess nails to anyone who wants affordable care for feet, fingernails, or just a haircut and body wax.

They are acting really special. Its Saturday they close at 6pm. When I entered with my granddaughter they stated they are busy then another states we close at 4p. Ive been getting my nails done for 30 years and I know how they operate. They take customers until closing time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Im giving you another 1 just because. I have beengoing to Red Oak to get my nails done since you lied an told me you were couldnt do my nails. Red Oak is more professioal with better attitudes, better service, better nails better atmosphere. 10 minutes down I 35. If you are tired of being mistreated do yourself a favor and take the time to drive to Red Oak. Fyi they serve beverages upon request.

This was my 1st time visiting this nail shop since I moved to Texas 5 months ago. Jan gave me the best pedicure and and did my nails. Im happy I found this nail shop. Im very pleased.

Love this nail salon. This was my first time here. She did an amazing job. She took her time. Prices are pretty decent too $22 for a manicure with gel. Definitely will be going back

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, JOB WELL DONE. They made me and my sisters feel so welcomed, the wine was delicious and the vibe over all was so pleasing.

1st time i went they did an okay job on my pedicure, however this last time i went they messed them up. Told her how i wanted them and she literally said No it wont look good like that and continued to do my toe the way she said would look good and it Did Not Look Good At All!

Poor service.

The service was okay (Ive had better) and the people were friendly but the lady who did my nails actually cut me, as in she drew blood and when I complained about it hurting she ignored it and continued to do my nails as if I said nothing. I ended up having to take my nails off that same week because the cut had ended up getting infected thanks to the products that were packed into the cut.
