Wife took my daughter for a hair cut, the first stylist, messed it up bad, the other stylist came to help but still ended up a disaster.

I’ve received $150 haircuts and obtained half the service of what the wonderful Monet did for me. I’ve never had someone be as thorough and take the time to educate me on the options I had with my hair. Hope she stays, if so I’ll be back!

So didn’t use the app to sign in so I just went inside to side in. Two clients getting hair cuts no one else waiting. One of the stylists finished with her client, cleaned up, and then just disappeared. Another customer had since come in. She didn’t bother to let us know that she had to go do something or it would be about another X # of mins and she’d be right back out to cut my moms hair. This was so unprofessional!!! She didn’t seem pleasant at all. My mom and I left but we were courteous enough to tell the other stylist that we were leaving.

Monet did an excellent cut for both me and my wife. What a great stylist!

When I came in 10 minutes before my appointment, there were only 2 people waiting and 2 people getting their hair cut. one of the stylists, whose name cannot be remembered unfortunately, had finished cutting the hair of her current client and one that was waiting before the other one Jasmine finished her first one. Okay I thought, maybe shes new and getting the hang of it. Jasmine finishes her client and she goes to the back for some reason, the other stylist checks out Jasmines just finished client and then goes to the back, but after putting the customers change on Jasmines counter... maybe something happened ah whatever, well in that time another customer comes in and sits to wait, both seats are empty and both stylists are in the back doing......something, for 20 minutes. Jasmine comes out and calls me, ok finally lets get this done I think. She proceeds to cut my hair at what looks like 10 individual hairs at a time and takes over 45 minutes, only cutting off about an inch like I asked. In that time, the other stylist finishes 2 customers, I notice the money on the counter that was placed on Jasmines table to be well over 10 dollars, which I feel highly inappropriate to be taking money from the register as a forced tip, and I notice the music playing has a ton of nasty language about having sex while they are cutting kids hair, I guess playing the music from their phone. I felt embarrassed to be a customer there.

I can’t remember her name but she gave my son his very first haircut and was so patient and amazing! She distracted him with stuff and talked to him. She did good when he moved around. Will definitely be going back to her for both of my kids. I’ll find her name and update my post!!!

I asked for my hair to be cut in the back right where it starts to curl. Then just trim the rest. Well, she chopped it ALL off like if she used a number 2 clip on a shaver. Then to top it off, she cuts my ear smh. I will never go there again

Helped get my damaged hair manageable and kept the style I prefer. Its now much healthier, Im still coming here for my trims. I havent had any service other than a cut, but they seem to know what theyre doing so I have confidence when I decide to color again.

Stylist did not follow directions for what was desired and seemed like she just wanted to clock out from work. It was a hurried job that was not done carefully or given any thought to what the desired look was.

Got a haircut and left in a ponytail. Why? Because Myrna is great! Had shoulder surgery 10 days. Frustrated, I walked in and Myrna understood, trimmed and thinned my hair, cut was great and then, before I got out of the chair she asked, Do you want it back in a ponytail? She understood!!! True professional.

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. They “forgot” to notify me that it is “cash only” and that a mask is required. It is by appointment only. So, I cannot get everything done before my appointment time.I recommend AGAINST going here.

Always do a great job with ethnic hair we drive from Ennis to this location. Always welcome and polite staff other than that they always forget to charge me the correct price they charged me again my little boy 6 yr old like a teen hair cut 16.95 instead of 14 .95 they need to check there computer or cash register since this happens often to me

My husband, daughter and I scheduled our appointments on the Super Cuts app and it was so easy. Went in and the ladies started right away. Georgia did an awesome job on my daughters hair and Cindy did an awesome job on my husbands hair and on mine. Both ladies made sure they knew exactly what we wanted before they started cutting. I followed Joy to this location because she is awesome and always does what I want to my hair and has the best advice. She worked wonders with my teenage daughter who would not let me mess with her hair. She is a jewel!!!!

Originally went to Sport Clips and there was an hour wait. So o thought Id try Supercuts. Huge mistake. I know why there was no wait there. It about 20 minutes before close and the lady seemed mad that I even walked in. She asked me what I wanted. I said a hair cut. I told her what I was looking for. Her response was well what size do you want I DONT know! Youre the freakin hair stylist. Glad to save my money and spend it better somewhere else. Unfortunately Google makes me give you one star otherwise it would be zero

Im changing my review because Georgia called me (the manager.) She listened to my issue and resolved it in my favor. She values her customers and took a loss to make my wife and I feel comfortable.Our original issue was with the cost of blow drying, we werent informed beforehand so we were surprised when the receipt came.But Georgia fixed it and made us feel valued!Btw the haircut was fantastic.

Mayra is one of the best hairstylist I ever been to, the way she fades my hair is amazing, every time I go there I’m always greeted with a smile, 😇. I can honestly say Mayra is better than most barbers out there.

I cannot believe that I even went in here after reading the reviews. I went in on June 8, 2018 at noon and I had a feeling this was not a popular place for haircuts because no one was in there waiting for a haircut! I had a bad feeling from the get go, I should have went with my gut!!!!The girl Georgia cut my hair and I asked for a no.3 up the sides and trim the top and I knew she didnt have much experience because she just started going crazy on my hair like she was in a contest to see how fast she could do it! I ended up with one side shorter than the other and a huge gap on one side of my head where she held the shears too close! She did not blend my hair at all all and there is a huge cut line and one side of my head/hair is shorter than the other! Gosh, I cant believe she even has a license! My God, who does this? I will never go back here ever again! I will cut my own hair before I would ever let anyone in there come close to me again!!!!! Major Fail!

Usually ok but yesterday I got a terrible haircut. Pieces of hair not cut, got it way too short and not what I asked for at all. It was 20 dollars plus tip and worst experience ever!

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever received. If your hair cut requires a fade, whether it be high, medium, or low, dont bother with this location. Looks like ill be wearing a hat for a few weeks.

Its always hit or miss. Most stylist do an ok job but they are always on rotating shifts so its hard to guarantee youll get the stylist you want if you stop in. No appointments.

My bf and I had the worst experience. I went in for a trim, knowing my hair was damaged (hence getting a hair cut) but as soon as I sat down the lady (whites women, short blonde hair) cutting my hair began to do nothing but be rude and would not stop talking about how damaged my hair was. I even told her a couple times, “I get it, do whatever you can”, but she just kept going. She made me feel terrible about going to a salon and she did a horrible job. I hated it to say the least. Then my bf just wanted a trim and left with uneven hair, (different stylist) you could really tell on one side. It looked like she completely skipped over a piece. We were both so dissatisfied. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO AND WANT A TERRIBLE HAIRCUT.

Walked in and was told it would be 15 minutes before me and my son would get out hair cut. 15 minutes later she tells us this lady that came in after us checked in online and we would be and additional 30 min. That is poor service.
