I cant comment on the stylist because we have yet to be able to get in. I feel bad for the stylists, they are terribly shorthanded...overworked and overbooked!Their online reservation system is HORRIBLE. It means you are IN LINE...the time slot you were assigned means nothing. It translates to well get to you sometime prior to closing ...no joke!It was understandably stressful, and has been this way the last 3 times weve tried to get in...we cancelled our appt and left.The stylists were doing the best they could to take care of as many as possible. Maybe someone should open up a 2nd location???

For my first time there, it was simply an amazing experience. Just dont make my mistake and do a walk in...long wait time but it was worth it in the end.

Its been great service and experience every visit. Megan is the best so request her if possible, but if not you will still leave satisfied and looking sharp.

Best to book on-line, otherwise it will be a long wait.

Been there several times. For the most part it has been good. When I walk in and not one soul in there and the stylist or talking and Im told there is 2 hr wait.No one was in the store. Bad management. I understand online appointments. Will be looking forAnother location or business.

They do a good job, but the wait times are horrendous. You can walk in and see nobody in the waiting room but the wait time will be 4 hours. If you want a hair cut quick and in a hurry, Id suggest looking in a different town.

Terrible there was a 60 minute wait then there was a 0 minute wait they said we could come then when we got there they said you can’t come in we’re closed

This was my first ever experience getting a haircut here, and let me tell you, those ladies can really cut some hair! Every other barber shop I’ve ever been to can never really do it quite right, even after me making suggestions. But here, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted, and they got it right on the money, no suggestions needed.

Easy online checkin provided zero wait time at the store. Stylist was able to pull up the details of my previous haircut. Stylist did a great job of cutting my hair exactly as requested. Store used good COVID safety and sanitization protocols. Was also good to catch up on a little sports.

Gigi does a great job on my sons hair and is always kind to him. Several of the other ladies do a great job as well, but I try to stick with the same people. I like the online check-in, especially with kids so youre not sitting there forever when theyre busy.

They must have a really hard time finding and keeping good help. There are a handful of new girls working here every time I go. The good stylists never seem to stick around very long. Now they have a bunch of inexperienced girls in there butchering hair cuts. I will be finding a new place.

I come in for a haircut once a week. Im very picky about who I let cut my hair. Lauren and Ally are my go to gals, and I love how every time I walk in, the all know me by name, and are genuine people. As long as my stylists are here, I will continue to get my hair cut here. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting an amazing experience getting their hair cut.

I will never get a haircut at any other place. I have been trying for 3 years to find a place that can cut my hair as well as this lifelong professional French Barber I visited while on vacation. Keeley, I believe is how you spell her name, was extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and extremely talented. I had trouble keeping it together and not getting excited as I slowly saw my messy hair become a work of art. She is truly gifted, and the day she moves on to a different place, is a day Ill be sad for sure. Hopefully I wont be as quiet next time I go since I wont be in pure awe of my hair, so I can converse with her better and make sure she knows shes doing an amazing job.

My 15 year old went in and told the lady he wanted a faux hawk. He told her what numbers he wanted also. She was busy talking to 2 other people and OBVIOUSLY wasnt listening to her customer. She SHAVED his entire head. My son was speechless and hates his hair now!

Awesome service from the phone, to check in, to my kid brothers confidence because he loves the new style. It was a very busy Sunday but I think everyone was treated like they were important. I do recommend this location and will bring him back.

So I walk in at 5:30 is or so, the place is full and there are no areas to sit. I add my name to the list and I had over heard the lady say to the previous customer that it would be 30 minutes. The lady comes up to the counter and looks at the list and began calling out my name. I answered the call, and she told me that they werent really set up to do womens hair cuts. To which I replied are you saying that you are gender discriminate? She replied that could achieve a basic chop off the bottom but that they didnt really have brushes and that feathering and such could cost 10.00 more. Keep in my mind that she is making up prices on the fly, no signage is there to back up what she is saying. At this point I break silence to let her know that I had in fact listed my name but that my son actually needed the haircut. After this company so rudely discriminated against me in front of the entire store. She didnt privately call me to the counter. Given how she called on me (at the bottom of the list) rather than the customer next in line; one can only assume that she takes some sadistic please from telling women that they dont really have hair brushes. I found that particular statement odd, as I could assume that they either have a hair brush or do not. Why would a business, new to this area, already take enjoyment with declining 53% of the worlds population? I dont know but they obviously are not needing any business of the female persuasion.

Always a great place for a haircut, shampoo and massage. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the online check in did not let me check in because there was a 0 minute wait time. But when I showed up I had to wait 20+ minutes before a stylist was freed up.

Oh my heavenly soul!!! If you have a son who is over the top picky about his hair - take him there and introduce him to RAMI. I took my son yesterday because he wanted a haircut and the lady that usually cuts his hair was closed on Mondays. I showed Rami a picture and explained exactly what he wanted and I asked her if she could really do it - she did exactly what he wanted. She did an EXCEPTIONAL job and he has not stopped talking about his hair ever since we left. Give her a try - boys want all the cool cuts and she can do it. If there is a line, WAIT FOR HER. If someone is in front of you, WAIT FOR HER. If you dont live close, DRIVE TO HER......... If she is off that day, WAIT FOR HER - From one mom to another, she is the very best and this was our first time meeting her or ever walking into a Sports Clips location.SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you like your hair dont go to this place! My husband has been their several times and they always cut it to short. But this time they almost shaved his head. Beware!!!

I asked for a light trim and asked the lady to take off about an inch and that I wanted to keep my hair pretty long. When she was done she had taken off about 4 inches of hair and now my hair is very short and I am not pleased with it.

Great haircut and great people. Will definitely go again if Im in the area.

My husband is so picky about his hair. If his regular gal is out of town we go over to sports clips. Today for some reason they gave a girl who had zero experience and was just out of school. She Burchard one side. I was willing to pay more because I expected more. I would think she should train under the supervision of an experienced stylest rather than hand her sheers and a green light. We wont be back.
