I had a haircut by Lori. Shes great. I was getting a consult because my previous cut at a different salon was terrible, uneven and I was having a lot of trouble styling it. My hair is curly and I also straighten it about half the time. Lori knew exactly how to fix the cut and it now looks good both curly and straight. Im a Vivo customer going forward!

My aunt and I had a wedding to attend and we were flying in from Atlanta. We made appointments beforehand and the owner of the salon took amazing care of us! She went out of her way to make sure our hair and nails looked perfect before we left from there. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and we were very happy with our experience.

I had the best experience at this salon. The coffee was great, but the service was better. From start to finish it was a great experience...and my hair turned out AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back.

Sol is AMAZING!! I was so nervous about getting highlights (full) for the first time, my hair is so dark brown everyone thinks its black and it looks even better than I ever thought my hair could. Sol is meticulous in her lightening technique, it is obvious that she is a perfectionist. Ive gotten more compliments on my hair than ever before in my life. I have thick hair and a LOT of it, I always go beyond the scheduled time everywhere Ive gone in the past even to get a trim and she was there for me and attentive the entire time. I was never left wondering if the bleach was going to stay on too long etc. I will absolutely be coming back here and to Sol specifically. She offer nail services as well and thats next on my list to check out from her.Small note - I did see a clip and a comb fall on the ground, get picked up, and immediately used with no sanitization but otherwise everything was clean and well maintained, the color and bleach were mixed away from where clients are sitting and the nail area is separate from the hair area but Im not sure if that matters to anyone. Im just trying to get any details big or small that someone may want to know.

I had read reviews place after place and was excited to go here for the first time. The service was great, she was super friendly and sweet. But my hair is lacking. I understand the process that goes into getting really light colored hair, comes in more than one visit to the salon. I used to work in the industry so I know what to expect. I showed a picture of what I was working towards, and ended up hardly in that direction. There is streaks, lines and patches in my hair and unfortunately I cannot do anything about it unless I want to fry my hair off. My hair was bleached while damp which was unexpected but I thought maybe that’s the new thing (I don’t think so). Then the toner was left on my head for near 40 min. The hair cut was decent even thought far more was taken off than requested but I can live with that, it grows back. I give this place 3 stars because it was clean and the stylists were friendly.

I received a facial from Maxine on Saturday and it was the best facial I have ever received! It was super relaxing and Maxine was super knowledgeable about skin care! I cant wait to go back for another one! My skin looks so good!

I thought my appointment was a different time, Amy was very nice and still saw me 30 minutes after our scheduled time. She was very friendly and really knows her stuff! I paid double at signature salon and they really messed up my hair but Amy fixed it. If you want a great hair stylist go see her.

I just recently moved to the area so I figured I would try this place as they had great reviews. The lady who did my haircut poked me in the eye several times as well as had me stand up for my entire haircut while everyone else was sitting down for theirs. It was uncomfortable and awkward. I have never had to stand up to have my haircut before. The place also looked dirty and they did not clean the hair on the floor from the last client. The clock on the wall was not the correct time either; it was off by several hours; just a little detail that is frustrating. I was surprised that my haircut turned out decent as the hairstylist seemed like she had little to no experience; I will not be returning.

Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with! She listened to what I was looking for and hit it on the spot! She’s professional and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be returning for my next highlights.

I came in the salon in May. I wanted to change up my hair to give myself a new look for my birthday. I never colored my hair before so I was worried if it would look good or not. I went in thinking Ill go red, but the stylist had something else in mind. I let her do what she thought was best. She colored my hair with a honey color in my hair. From that day till now (its August now) everyone I meet tells me how beautiful my hair looks.Thank you I live my hair.

If anyone is feeling nervous about getting your hair done, I highly recommend Vivo Salon and Spa. They come get you when its time, theyre all wearing masks, and theyll offer you one if you forgot yours. They have every other chair empty so theres probably 12 feet between. Then theres the great hair youll have 🙂

For my entire life—my dry, unruly naturally curly hair has been a huge challenge. Most hairdressers try and tame, cut and fight it—and they mostly loose. Amy wins every time! This salon has such fun style and always a great mix of music and conversation. They offer more services every time I come—from massage to spray tanning and mani-pedis. Brides-to-be, this is where you want to book your bridal salon party!

Was nervous about going to a new salon and stylist but boy am I glad I did. Had Amy(also owner) give me color, hi and low lights and cut. I am so happy with the results. I was watching the other stylists work on their clients and they are all talented as well. You wont be disappointed!!!

I went to Vivo today for the first time to have my hair colored. Lexie is amazing! I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair done, and she she matched it perfectly! She took her time, and did an unbelievable job! Best color Ive had in a long time. I will only be going to Lexie for my hair coloring !

Best Spray Tan Ever!! I finally found a place where I can get a great looking even tan throughout my entire body. I have tried the spray tan booths in the past but never was happy with the results. It never looked natural & certain parts of my body would be darker than others... specifically my ankles and wrists. I am someone who is supposed to stay out of the sun. I have had skin cancer in the past and I thought a nice natural tan was no longer in my future... until now. Tracy, who was the one who applied my spray tan, does this by hand. The technique she uses gave my a beautiful even tan that lasted for a week. She was able to provide me that fun in the sun feeling I wanted to have on vacation. I will be going back for sure!

Vivo salon is always my number one salon choice. Everyone is very friendly from hair styling to their additional services. Tracy does spray tans, I always visit her before my tropical vacations. She is especially friendly, always makes me feel very comfortable, and does a spectacular job with her services!

Not only is this salon conveniently located, Amy is very professional, great at what she does, and easy to talk to! I am very happy with the highlights and cut and will be back!

This is my second time here. I live in Florida in winter and here in summer. I wear sandals year around. I have had many many pedicures and I am recommending this salon as the very best I have experienced.

I tried them for the first time today. They were close, reasonably priced, and I was able to schedule my appointment online. I went in to get my long(ish) hair cut very short. My stylist wasnt used to such a drastic change but she worked with the other stylist to learn some new tricks and just take excellent care of me. It took a bit longer then any of us anticipated but at no time did anyone come off as annoyed or rushed. Both stylists did a fantastic job communicating, asking questions, and checking in. I havent has this good of an experience in a salon in a long time. Will definitely be seeing them to maintain my new short cut.

The salon is nice, clean and the personal. However, the service I requested (eyebrow shapping) was not so great. I asked the person to keep my arch not to make my eyebrows thin... But I got a total different thing done (the total opposite).

My stylist Lexi was amazing will be returning!!! However who was taking appointments screwed up and told me to be there an hour before my appointment and that was extremely irritating!!!
