Edit: went back for visit number 3 last week. Again with the color changing nails! 😍. This time they are black when Im cold and red otherwise. You can imagine this time of year, in always cold!Theyve officially moved and the salon is what you would expect in Waukesha. Massaging pedi chairs, yay.First review: So far the salon has given me everything Id expected! They are in the midst of a move from one suite to #9 in the same building, so its kind of empty but still functional in the current salon. Nice people working there, loyal customers who come back, too. This was my second visit and I was there alone. The first time, my daughters (7 and 3)came with and got their nails done, too. My 7 yo felt super pampered, the price for it was on point and they even did a little polish for my 3yo.Love my color changing gel polish lol. Proof that my hands get cold!

The older gentleman did my nails and he did not seemed rushed, made small talk, and my nails looked so beautiful!!!

I love this place!! I recently moved to the area and it is always scary to find a new nail salon. But Linda and her team are very nice and they are able to get me in on such a short notice! Highly recommended!

I love getting my nails done here. Ive been getting my nails done there on. A regular basis for the last year and they do really great nails. If you want a design ask for Linda. You have to make an appointment, but she will do your nails beautifully. I will never go anywhere else!

I used to go to another nail place in waukesha before I found LA nails. I came here because my usual place was very rude to me and told me it would be an hour wait. So I went driving around town looking for another nail place, when I came accross LA Nails. They are a little pricey, but they work with you. When I went, I could only afford acrylic, thats usually what I got anywayas. But, they worked with how much $$ I had. I ended up getting a $28 discount.My nails were looking sooooo nice and I was treated with so much friendliness and didnt feel UNWANTED, and like I was bothering. Thats how the previous nail salon would make me feel, Star nails on sunset Dr. This is my GO TO nail salon now, and I love their service. OH and this is the only place Ive found color changing nail polish. BIG PLUS!

Always happy to see me. Takes the time to make me happy. They spend the time to give me what I want. If I dont have the time I let them know and they work fast. I am always happy with the end result and so are others who see my nails. I am bias because they have become family. They care for all the customers and know a lot by name. They are planning a complete change of equipment. Also they have asked the landlord to move down 8 doors. Looking forward to the new place!

Im new to the area and did a quick google search to find an easy to get to salon for a manicure. I had taken off my acrylic nails and needed my nails buffed, filed and some of the remaining acrylic removed. I was able to sit down right away and showed the gentleman the places on my nails that needed the most attention. He tried to up-sell me to get acrylics put back on and then to get a gel manicure and then finally got started on my regular manicure. He attempted (with minimal effort) to remove a piece of the acrylic with a plastic nail tip and when he was unable he used the electric tool to drill off the nail polish and left the acrylic. When I mentioned removing it he just nodded his head. He than ran a nail file over my nails with hardly any pressure or effort, so there is no noticeable shape. I asked about shaping/filing my nails more and he just nodded. He put lotion on my hands and hardly rubbed it in before telling me to go wash my hands. When he had put the polish on one nail I noticed it was not the shade I thought it was and asked about picking a different color. While looking for another color I noticed a lot of the polish bottles looked very old and there were sparkles/glitter in a lot of them that werent meant to have sparkles/glitter and a lot of them had visible dark pieces in them. When I took him the new color he started to put it over the color already on my nail instead of first removing it. When I asked him to remove the other color first (the new polish was clear with only a hint of color) he was visibly upset with me. The whole manicure lasted less than 10 minutes. It very much seemed that once he realized I just wanted a basic service he didnt care to work with me. Very disappointing experience.

Always do a great Gel manicure, with tons of colors available

Took my daughter in for a pedicure. We left after 5 minutes. The water was dirty and the guy didn’t put anything in the water. The place is filthy, bugs crawling around, the furniture is old and terribly worn out. It was hot and smelled like the pizza place next door. Didn’t trust that the pedicure tools were clean. Doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

Im thirteen. I came in with my fifteen year old friend and we were happy with the service. The place isnt the most luxurious place but it will get the job done. The lady was so nice and she made sure everything was done to the best of her ability. She was also really outgoing and talkative which was really nice. We got out at 5:30 because we were running a little late, and they didnt complain or anything. The guys were really funny and also made conversation. Overall my experience there was great and I will definitely keep going.

This is definitely the best place in Waukesha. I have been going here since the new owners took over (a couple of years ago) and they always do a great job! Very friendly sisters who take their time and make sure you are fully satisfied. I now live 40 minutes away, but still come back here everything because of the awesome work they do.

My friend introduced me to this nails salon. I have never been happier with the way it turns out every time I come. If I tell them I have to be some where with I an hour they will have my hand (acrylic with gel) and toes done they leave me with time to spare. Linda and Lynn are always very nice and of the men. Ive been going to this place for years. I get acrylics put on two fingers for my guitar playing because my nails are weak and constantly split and tore. They treat me great and they are a great value. After my acrylic nails kept breaking, they started putting on a UV hardened overlay for no extra charge. I just wish the overlay color epwas a bit more clear and naturally colored, and didnt have little sparkles in it, but for the price, I cant ding them a star for that.

I was shocked how unkempt this salon was, especially considering the good reviews on here. I booked for a group coming in from out of town, so we came in with no expectations. None of the tools were sanitized in between customers, tables were not even wiped down, and the technician didnt even wash his hands in between customers. The laundry bins with towels were overflowing, which was clearly more than a few days worth of laundry. My cuticles were cut so low on two fingers that they were bleeding. Originally we were going to schedule pedicures. Im glad we didnt because none of us wouldve felt comfortable going through with it after seeing the state of this salon. Its disappointing because the woman, who I believe was the owner, was incredibly sweet.

I have gone to many nail salons and I would and DO bring friends and associates to LA NAILS . I would not consider going to any other salon. Linda.Tom and Tony are wonderfully attentive and we have fun!🌻

My favorite place to go. Its small, and the look of it can be off putting, but its the only place I can go where my gel nails last two weeksThe owner is the sweetest women you will ever meet!

They were incredibly nice and well priced. However, three of my cuticles were cut so short they bled. I received a French manicure, and they just painted over the blood. You can see the blood underneath my nail polish. To add insult to injury, the place was disgusting. I am not pleased.

This salon is in desperate need of an update and cleaning (many of the polishes have settled and the decorations are old and faded). That being said, the work they do is very good. Prices are industry standard.

My mom went in for mani and pedi this weekend and was given the worst customer service she has ever had. The two men doing her nails were rough to the point she had to tell them they were hurting her. They told her she had to do the mani at the same time as the pedi which made her have to sit in a very uncomfortable way with her body twisted. They didnt care. They did her nails so fast and careless there was bubbles in the polish when she told them they argued with her that it was just the nail polish. Awful! She also said there was no sanitation of the tools used! How disgusting!
