Jane is absolutely wonderful. A true professional, hard working, skillful in her trade & a nice person. She listened to what both my boys (11 & 15) wanted & their haircuts were perfect. My 11year old said he wanted a mullet. I wasn’t sure about that & voiced my opinion but she made it better than either of us could’ve imagined!

They are so good! Michelle cut my kids hair and colored and cut my hair. She also gave me great advice on products to use. She was super personable and made sure I was comfortable! The manager, Jane, was super nice too! 10/10!

I asked for a trim and just for them to make my hair more even after a bad haircut I had and they ended up cutting it almost 2 inches or more shorter they brought the layers way higher than I wanted and it is even more uneven than before. I genuinely hate my hair and dont even want to go out in public now.

Fast, friendly, and willing to fit my apointment in last minute. Not many places you can go to get your haircut on a sunday but this is a great place to.

My experience has been good here in the past, but today I received the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. I dont like when I ask for something, and the person cutting my hair decides to do what they want instead. I dont think that I will return to this establishment

This was my second visit. Masking is mandatory and stations are wiped down between clients. Because of the COVID19 rules facial hair is not cut. My stylist worked efficiently and I was done in 15 minutes. I did have to ask her to trim my brows and sideburns; otherwise it was a good haircut.

My hair always feels great after leaving here and the hair stylists always give helpful tips for my hair. Thanks!!

Always get a great haircut for myself and my 7 year old. Friendly staff and receptive to what my needs and vision is for a style. I got for the high and tight/fade and so far the majority of the staff can do it right and keep it blended nicely and evenly.

Esme, Emily and Ashley are extremely talented in what they do. They each have a specialty that also shines through. I followed these stylists from Delafield. They are like family to their regular customers and to each other. These three get the five stars. For the manager, which I don’t know if that had changed, she seems as though everything is a bother and does not make you feel welcome at all. I would not return if I didn’t know the above three.

Ive moved all over the country. Usually end up at the local Supercuts or Greatclips. I was in Wisconsin for business and needed a cut before a meeting. Found this gem. Seriously the best haircut and hospitality Ive ever experienced at a place like this. The 2 ladies we so nice. If I lived here this would be my go to every time.

My daughter Alyssa Came in to get a balayage and style and all of the women in the facility were absolutely amazing. They treated her like she was one of the girls and she absolutely loved it. I’ve been to my fair share of salons ranging from “walk-in” salons to pricier hair stylist. I have natural black thick coarse hair and I like to play with the color. My experience at other salons has always been similar. I show a picture of what I’m looking for and I end up with something not even close. Supercuts was a pleasant surprise. Heidi nailed the look I was going for. I encourage you to try this place at least once!

Ive been coming here regularly now and I really like my stylist. The place is usually pretty neat and tidy. The line can be a bit long when they get busy though. My hair always looks good when I leave!

My son and I both got haircuts at this location and Jane was our stylist. The location itself is well lit and clean with plenty of room to sit down if you have to wait and lots of parking. Our stylist Jane was absolutely amazingShe was very very pleasant and nice, with a vibrant and sparkling personality, very easy to talk to, and our haircuts were way way awesome.

I have never been a fan of quick cut and go places. This is where I go for everything. Jane, the manager and her staff are great people. There is no drama between the workers. Friendly and up beat.

I brought in a picture of a hair style and they knocked it out of the park. The stylist told me everything she was doing and also how to style my new look. It was great!!!

Hair cut was ok, if you need a cut fast for a decent price its a good place. However I wont be going back.

It appears it is a total waste of time to check in ahead of time. I checked in for 10:00 and arrived at 9:55 and saw that we were number 1 on the list. But I was told there were 3 people ahead of us. I told her we were number 1 on the list so she went to her terminal and then we were number 6 on the list so she bumped us to the bottom even though there were only 3 people actually there in person. I am guessing there were two others who had checked in that werent there who were now also ahead of us. They just lost my business.

Thinking about going here to save money, but The Fear is holding me back....You know, that fear of a crappy hair cut...?Maybe if I get a Good cut at an expensive salon first one time, then for maintenance I may go to Supercuts bc they can follow the shape of the Good cut done at the salon

I’m not the type of person to write reviews but this place was so bad I felt like it was necessary. The lady in the back right corner was the worst, my dog could of gave me a better haircut. She only faded one side of my hair and left a lot of hair by my ears . When she asked me how long I wanted the top I said that I wanted to leave it the same because I did not want her to mess it up more then it already was. I’m truly embarrassed and disappointed to pay 12 dollars for something I could of done my self and made look better. Looks like I will be buying a hat and wearing it for the next month. Do not let Deborah cut your hair... better yet, NEVER GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE!!!!!

While the two people working there were generous, the one that waxed my eyebrows was hardly gentle with them. Ive gotten my eyebrows waxed several times, the first time they got super red and bumpy but dissapeared in a few days. Which is understandable since that was my first time. Since then that hasnt happened except for this time. There is broken skin around my eyebrows and the bumps are far worse than what happened the first time. I wish i noticed at the place I wouldve liked a refund for you damaging my face. Hope no one else goes through this. I wont be going there again, not even for a hair cut.[Edit] After reading the reviews I realize that I had the same person that has only negative reviews on here. The one in the back right corner. Why is she still there if she has such awful reviews? Please get her retrained or just fire her, shes clearly not good at what she does. Its been 2 days since I got my eyebrows waxed and the bumps are still there and my skin is still irritated. Obviously not all your employees are skilled so dont give me that excuse. Please evaluate her and retrain her before she hurts anyone else.

My husband took my 12 year old along to get his 2nd ever professional haircut while he was getting his done. I usually do home haircuts. Decent haircut. However, the girl who cut my kids hair failed to mention to dad that she knicked his ear in a couple spots. Hes 12. He shouldve said something to dad, I know. Accidents do happen. That part doesnt bother me. What bothers me is that they chose not to say anything to Dad. He IS a kid after all. I noticed when he got home. Please take note to metion to parents if an accident does happen to kids. This experience will likely keep me from coming back to this location.

Ive gone to this supercuts a couple times in the past couple months. They have always been friendly and professional. Emily has been great with my family and we have always been happy with her services.

Terrible experience, will never go back. Checked in online for 11am, got there and they took the walk-in before my son. Finally after 20 minutes the rude sytlist wanted to start cutting my sons hair before I even told her what I wanted. When I finally got to show her she asked if I was serious and said “I’m just going to start cutting”. It was a high and tight boys cut with a slight fade. I can not how terrible this place was, stay away!!

Absolutely terrible! I went in for haircut. All i asked for was a fade and a shampooing afterwards. The lady in the far back right corner is the one who serviced me. I asked for a 2 on the sides and finger width up top. She proceeded to buzz cut my entire head. She never even used a pair of scissors. After buzzing my head she looked at me and asked oh is that to short?. Which lets you know that she knew what she was doing was wrong. She spent all of 15 seconds lining me up around my ears and in the back. I just got home and looked in the mirror and my lining is the worst i have ever had. I have two spots by my ears where my hair is literally longer than it is on top of my head. The lining on the back of my neck is completely crooked. She didnt even blend my hair at all where my hair meets my chin strap. She also didnt blend or fade anything on the sides. She literally used two different size clipper heads and thats it! LAZY NO PRIDE IN HER WORK. Then when the haircut was done she just walked me up to the register. Once at the register she looks at me and says you didnt want your head shampooed did you?! I replied back with well yes actually i did and she looked at me and said well be happy i saved you money. She charged me $12 and i gave her a $20 and told her to keep the change. But now i get home and seen how terrible my haircut is! I feel like ive been made a fool of.IF YOU WANT A HAIRCUT WHERE YOU HAVE TO WEAR A HAT FOR NEXT MONTH THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I own 2 businesses, if any of my employees did something like this they would be gone!Absolutely 0 pride in her workLazynessRudeI would have given 0 stars but it wouldnt let me.

Me and my girlfriend went to get our hair cut today and the lady totally messed my hair up its not even and my sideburns are to short and my girlfriends hair is also not even in the back and its like slanted when she said she wanted a straight cut with no layers and she didnt get what she wanted and neither did i.
