Roberta was absolutely amazing. She was able to fit me in due to a cancellation! She was very professional, personable and it was fun talking to her. You can tell she really loves what she does! Next time I need a haircut I am going to make an appointment with her!

Great as usualI had not been there since early 2020. Perfect cut by Karen. You can now book a haircut a few days out or walk in.

This place is not for kids. One staff member was very unfriendly. They were requiring our NOT EVEN TWO YEAR OLD CHILD to wear a mask. What a joke. Never going back there again. We were able to get her into a much nicer and friendly staffed salon for her first hair cut.

This place is terrible for men AND women.My girlfriend received a horrific highlighting treatment. The processing and foil took 15 mins. Some strips of highlight start at the roots, some start two inches down, others didnt fully take. There is a two inch wide strip of highlight among others that are half an inch. She had asked for many small strips and showed a picture of what she wanted done. the stylist assured her that it was doable. The stylist did not fully dry her hair, and as it became dry it became more apparent how poor a job was done. My girlfriends family was mortified. It was a $95 treatment.My hair was also butchered by the stylist. She seemed alright for several minutes until another customer entered, upon which she began frantically snipping in an effort to minimize that customers wait time. It was blatantly obvious that she was doing so, and when she proclaimed she was done, I asked for the top to be blended into the sides a bit more. She hurriedly snipped a few more times and rushed me off. 30mins later when I ran my fingers through my dried hair I found that my hair was cut to five different lengths across my head.You will be constantly nudged to partake in their inane haircare product deals. Save yourself some anguish and avoid this place like the plague.

The stylist there are great. They listen to your needs and have the talent to make it happened. Thank you Bert, Karen and Jean for my beautiful hair.

Jean is the best hair lady out there!!! Jean, Bert & some of the other ladies take care of my whole family! They all do an outstanding job! We have all been coming here for years! One of my children will only let Jean cut his hair, she gave him his first haircut & has continued to cut his hair ever since. The salon has a nice, quiet, calm atmosphere which is necessary for some children. Thank you all!

I went in for a trim, had about 12 removed and it is completely uneven. I wont even go back to try to have it fixed. Never have I been so disappointed in a hair salon.

I have long, blonde hair and it was ruined at this salon. I used to go to Antons in Delafield, but its just gotten too pricey, so I decided to give this place a shot. What a mistake. I ended up still paying well over $100 for root touch up and some low lights/cut. The cut was great - I just do a few layers, nothing special. I was starting to get nervous with how long the color processing was taking. Its a bleachy blonde, but I trusted she knew what she was doing. After wash and conditioning treatment, she was unable to get a comb through my hair! Cost Cutters has no product that can smooth out tangled hair and make a comb get through it easier. She pulled and tugged, so much hair was pulled out. I could not believe how I could hear the hair snapping and yet, she continued to keep at it. I wish I had just left at that point. Now, my normally thinner hair is far worse than it was before I went in. I have visible patches of thinner hair that I didnt have before. I dont know if chemically, some of it burned because of the extra long processing, coupled with her being unable to comb out my hair without pulling it out, but I will never be going back. I advise anyone with highly processed hair to stay away from this place. Spend the extra money and go to a real salon where they specialize in color and the latest methods. The stylist was young and very friendly, but I felt like she was in over her head. They shouldnt treat clients like experiments. Clearly, she was not trained and had enough experience for my type of hair and color. When I had made the appointment days before, I even asked if they had someone there who has experience with platinum blondes. Clearly, I was mislead. However, if you want a basic cut, this is definitely the place.
