I got a haircut a while ago, and will be getting another one again soon. The staff treated me great, and the attention to detail was amazing. It wasnt like most places where snip snip clip clip theyre done. I was spun around in my chair to make sure it was perfect, before asking me how it turned out. For costing only a tiny bit more than super cuts, I can not complain at all. Will come here for my haircuts from here on out.

Tanya is a heckin rockstar. I dropped in this morning without an appointment and she was able to squeeze me in right away. The cut was perfect. A good fade is an art, and Tanya is a master.

Eric is the only barber Id ever trust in Maine. Awesome little gem here in Waterville. Professional, clean, laid back. There are two barber shops I trust. This is one of them. They gave me a great cut and shave for a reasonable price. Their appointment system is always on time too.

I was very happy to get in on such short notice. I really liked the place, great music, and fun atmosphere! I have a very difficult head shape with a very odd hair line. I know this because Ive been told over and over again. When getting a hair cut, I guess I need to choose the best person for the job. The guy who did my hair was a nice guy, very pleasant, but I need a hair cut already, and its only been about two weeks. I will go back some day, but I will go with someone with more skill.

My 5 year old got a fade and design done. Tanya got him in for a same day last minute appointment and she did amazing on his hair. She was way more than accommodating. He has a double crown so his hair is harder to work with but she was able to work with it and did a great job. He loves it and I do too. I highly recommend them. Their shop was very clean and very esthetically pleasing. They were very professional. We now have a favorite hair place. We will definitely be back.

Just got a cut at the Barber Parlor and Sam did a fantastic job. Extremely professional staff and a great atmosphere inside the shop. The attention to detail paired with the speed and efficiency of the cut tells you these guys know what their doing. In and out inside of 30mins with one of the best haircuts Ive ever had. You can tell these guys love what they do and they do it damn well. High recommend.

Top notch cuts at a comparable price to any other place around. They helped me out of a bind when I tried to cut my own hair and took a nice chunk out of the side of head hair. Great place with some very skillful barbers that Ive enjoyed going to for over a year now.

I asked for a regular or trim haircut. Instead they gave me punk styled haircut. They also charged $25.00. Im use to paying $12.00 and giving a $3.00 tip. The person also caused my ear ear to bleed.

I go to these guys for my undercut, and every time they impress me. The shop has a laid-back environment where the staff makes every customer feel like an old friend. They do great work, especially for how affordable they are!

Place is awesome and also great haircut. Ghy is great at giving a fade and would highly recommend if you want a nice cut! Price is a little high i think 25 dollars but worth it in the end.

I had an appointment at 10 showed up 10 minutes early place was empty the barber said I would be right with you it didnt happen set you a 15 more minutes Place Still empty had to speak up to get service ridiculous very unhappy

I attended school in Southern Maine where there were plenty of top tier barbershops to get haircuts like Goodfellas, Sevens, etc. When Covid sent us all home from school in March 2020 I was pretty bummed since there was no place that I knew of to get a good haircut around here. I ended up just not getting one for a long time until places were up and running and at least partially safe to go into again. I found this place through word of mouth and I could not be happier with the experience! I’ve gone a few times now and had Tanya every time. Fun people, great haircuts, great prices, and clean equipment and atmosphere. Masks were worn the entire time for everyone’s safety and comfort and it really feels like a good southern Maine place but right in Waterville. Support small businesses! I will be back for as long as I’m in the central Maine area for sure.

The first time I went into The Barber Parlor my first words to Tanya were “hey this haircut is for the biggest interview of my career”. It didn’t bother her a bit. I was a little on the fence about what I wanted,I was able to explain a little. She took the wheel and I loved the final product. Very good atmosphere. The job is never rushed. Even if there is a line. She and/or Anthony are the only ones that are going to be cutting my hair from now on. Highly recommend.

This barber shop is easily the best barber shop in Waterville. The barbers there treat everyone great and very friendly!Every barber there is very skilled and takes their time, so you dont have to worry about them rushing you out to get the next person in the seat. Great atmosphere and very clean. This will be our new place for my sons cuts

Sweet fade and hard part!

Im normally not the kind of person to give a 5 star review... Or leave a review in general. I will happily say that The Barber Parlor earned, not only the review but, the 5 stars that go with it!I had recently bought my son to get his school hair cut and the woman butchered it, while being rude in the process, refused to fix it. My son left in tears.The amazing woman at The Barber Parlor was attentive as I told my story and not only fixed my childs hair, she made him feel comfortable enough to tell her what he wanted. A rarity in itself.If I have to watch him take one more selfie showing off how hair, I may shoot myself, but watching him beam with pride makes it wwort it!
