Traded in my 2012 Wrangler and purchased a 2020 wrangler to replace it. The process from start to finish was fast and easy. Received a generous quote to trade in my Jeep and the pricing on the newer jeep was pretty much in line with what I was seeing out there. Salesman Howard was pleasant to deal with as well as Manager James who both did everything in their power to make things go smooth and not waste a bunch of time. Where Shakers really shined was with the aftermarket upfitting of my Jeep. The process was not without its hiccups as the lift kit was on back order for about a month and other parts to complete the full project are also still on back order(thank you mopar). But once the lift kit came we made an appointment and of course another issue, a hurricane took power out to the dealership for a few days. Once power was restored and despite likely several appointments having to be postponed, they took my jeep in and performed the work along with a few extra things I requested. This is where Jake came thru keeping me informed of the progress as well as the minor issues that came up assuring me that they would be taken care of. Then it came time to pick this Jeep up where I met with the tech who performed the work, Hector. I think he was more excited than I was about how it came out. All in all I had a great experience and would recommend Shakers especially to anyone looking to purchase a new Wrangler and have it upfitted.

I received a letter offering early lease termination and a new lease at no increase in monthly payment. I was able to obtain a new leased vehicle of the same value at the same monthly rate. Admittedly my vehicle was in excellent condition. We encountered some issues relating to a seamless transition from one lease to the next. The Shaker’s staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I drove off in my new Jeep completely satisfied.

Had a pleasant buying experience. I didnt feel pressured. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. My salesman Jordan was great. They even got me a low interest rate that matched my credit union. Actually less by .02. I have bought cars from all 3 of shakers dealerships in Watertown and all of them were great.

Ill start by saying the staff was very friendly and professional but it seemed like they lacked experience. I went there to buy a Cherokee. I test drove one and I liked it so we started to crunch the numbers. They low balled my trade in originally but moved it up enough to erase the note on the car after I said something. We continued to crunch the numbers and settled on the down payment and financing so I had an reasonable monthly payment. They sent the vehicle to get fueled up and cleaned while I went to the bank to get the cashiers check. When I came back I gave them the check and went over to my car and began to empty my belongings out of it. It was at this time I was approached by the finance guy and the deal changed. The length of the note had to be shortened and due to a bankruptcy I didnt qualify for the 0%apr. This moved the payment up to an amount I could still afford but I didnt want to because of the deal changing. I immediately asked for the $10,000 cashiers check back. As we walked back in to get the check there was zero effort put into trying to make the deal work. Give a little more on the trade (because its worth more than what they were going to give me) and maybe just maybe take some money off of the new vehicle other than the standard rebates that are always there. I walked not because of the final numbers but because they changed the deal after me being there for a few hours, wasted day. I got a call 2 days later from them if I was still interested in the vehicle and if I wanted to put $14k down. I said I only wanted to put 10k down and again zero effort to try and make the deal work and he hung up. Im incredibly disappointed. I wish Bradshaws was still in business, they went above and beyond there and I was a return customer to them due to their ability to make good deals. Im so tired of having to deal with trying to squeeze money out of everything to buy a car. I think Ill bring my business elsewhere in the near future. In the end I wasted a day, didnt get the new car and got a hard hit on my credit which brought my score down which is something I cant afford as I try to rebuild my life and my credit from a bankruptcy due to a divorce. I dont think Corey would have been overly thrilled with what happened that day. Must of stopped doing the first responder discount as well.

Hands down the easiest/best buying experience I’ve ever had. Maya Cooper was great throughout the entire process. She spent weeks looking for the Dodge Charger I was looking for. All Around terrible experience. I had 2 Jeeps, both leases were up within 3 weeks of each other and i called the same salesperson we used before Shakers bought out the other jeep dealership, we couldnt get a call back after calling TWICE, looking to buy 2 new vehicles.So we went elsewhere to buy our vehicles. The wrangler i purchased had a problem and Shakers is the closest dealership so i called service and that is where this experience went down hill, extremely fast.At first i called service, explained the problem, and was told to just stop by any time and talk to parts, so i did. The guy in Parts asked why i was there, and not at the service desk (even though they are right next to each other, apparently they are too good to talk to each other. So they walked me over to service and i finally got the 1 jeep guy in the entire Jeep dealership to look at it.After needed 4 people to look at it, hey figured out what they needed. This was on a Friday, i was told the parts would be in early next week and they would call to schedule the service. A week went by with no call, i called and was told call parts, which i did, they confirmed the parts had arrived that Monday (so they sat for 4 days and no one called) When they transferred me back to service they didnt have an opening for a week and a half. I brought my jeep for a scheduled appointment, by 4:00 in the afternoon i had not heard anything so i called to check in, they JUST brought the jeep in at 3:45 (they close at 5:00) and no one there knew how a soft top works, and couldnt figure it out in the hour they gave themselves to work on it so the car had to wait there over the weekend until Monday.Monday i get a call that they one Jeep guy broke the part they ordered to fix it, and they need to order another part. so i took my jeep back while we waited for the part. A full week went by again, they never called to tell me the part was in. I had to call again to get the ball rolling. They told me they would call me by the end of the day to schedule the appointment, that didnt happen. I had to call AGAIN, and was told the earliest opening they had was 10 days out.When i finally complained to the manager they got me in sooner, but there is no way I would ever buy or service another vehicle there.If you are looking for a Jeep, you would think a Jeep dealer would know something about Jeeps, that is just not the case here

The experience at Shakers CJDR was good at first because I was interested in an upgraded model of the Grand Cherokee line up. I contacted them and spoke to someone so that I could drive an hour up to see the car and test drive it. I got to the dealership and was greeted by their sales rep Madrid that seemed pretty fair. He saw my interest in the car and gave me the keys to check it out. He was very friendly and polite nothing pushy. After everything I decided to bring the car home with me the same day since I thought I was getting a great deal. The car started acting up shortly after I brought it home and it was just the start of my headaches. A month later other things stopped working and I called there service department to ask for help they told me to drive up to check the car out. They stated that they would fix the car in the month coming but it was all a lie because its been 4 months and no one from their location had the audacity to call me and let me know that they were not interested in fixing the vehicle at all. I called Shakers once again not too long ago and asked to speak to the general manager he was busy at the time but not even he return my call which I find very unprofessional. I had to find a different dealership to take care of all the problems and in less than three days they were all fixed. I feel that my business is not appreciated especially after wasting a lot of money there!!!!!!

I purchased a van from Shakers and had great experience. Andrew was our salesman who answered all are questions and applied no pressure in securing the sale. I would definitely recommend Shakers and will be back for our next vehicle.

I had a bad experience at a different dealership and decided to take our business elsewhere. I found a vehicle that interested is online and called the center. Maya took my call. I was very specific and very matter of fact. I was going into this experience with high expectations and very specific goals. Maya was determined to not only meet but exceed both my and my husband’s expectations. She stayed late to wait until Alex was free to get answers to our finance questions. There was nothing they could not answer! She was so professional and so patient all the way through the process. Our work schedules are challenging and Maya even drove the vehicle to our home for a test drive.She went so far above and beyond our expectations. This purchase was a want and not a need so it was harder for them to “close the deal”. I even added running boards and a cover before making a final decision. She and Alex (Finance Manager) were diligent in getting us all that we needed for our family to feel comfortable with our purchase. We now have the keys to our new Ram! We traded in a Cadillac and it was tough because it was a great car abs we always had amazing service. Shakers has given them a run for their money! Loved the intimate customer service. We did a lot of the negotiating over phone/email which was nice - I felt no pressure and loved not sitting at the dealership for hours. This was an amazing no B S purchase. I negotiated the deal 100% over the phone. Though Shakers is two hours from my home, they had the best inventory and saved me more than enough to warrant the drive. Again this was all done over the phone so I was awaiting a bait and switch or tacking on of dealer fees and this never happened. When I arrived everything was in order. I was on the road with my new Ram one hour and five minutes after arriving. The entire process was perfect.
