I recently bought a car that has been sitting for two years so the mice an elements had taken a toll of the interior. The scent was not very pleasant on the inside. Ken fit me in right away and gave me an extremely reasonable rate. They went way above and beyond and this car looks absolutely new on the inside. I didnt even think it was possible to get as much of the bad scent out as they did. I know this car was not an easy job but I am absolutely impressed with the end result they gave me. You get the feeling of trust when talking with this shop which doesnt happen very often. I will absolutely be a return customer and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for any work done!

My son crashed Vespa and did some good damage to it (all cosmetic). Insurance would have totaled it so we decided to take it to Fine Details and asked them to the best they could for a certain amount of (what we were willing to spend to make it look good). They did a great job! Almost love it more than the original paint job! Thanks guys!

This place is amazing! Took wifes car in for detail to then trade in......for a new vehicle.. it looked like it came from the showroom floor.. no more gunk, salt, pet hair, nothing!!! Complete shampoo, engine wash and detail. Took all day but our car was a work force and they made it pristine for a fair price!!!I will only use these guys for my auto detailing needs.

Installed a subwoofer,amp, and wiring in my Chevy crewcab. Did an amazing job.

Friendly, professional, & knowledgeable staff. Had issues with aftermarket door speakers in our equinox with some weird feedback. Researched & called around & no one knew what it could be. Ken was helpful over the phone & knew what the problem was immediately. Fixed it within hours of stopping by & gave me a really fair price. Their full detail prices are pretty reasonable compared to others as well. Highly recommended.

Been here for everything from detailing, to battery installation, to stereo work and IID service. Old location and new. Great place, Ken, Greg and the team do great honest work and their new facility is a sight to behold.

Just took my car in for the first time today. My toddler gave them a tough job, including getting some kind of unknown liquid off the ceiling. They handled it with ease and then some! My car looked better than when I bought it. I am a believer and will definitely be back.

Just had the full detail done on my 2 year old GTI. I run a car club and Im pretty picky. Everything was done as I asked. Just a perfect job! Couldnt find a single area that did not get touched. Had a few light scratches on the rear bumper and trunk that are now gone. Really improved the paint on the whole car. Products used on the interior were fantastic. Did not leave an over greasy, over powering smell that Ive seen before from other detailers.5 stars - Just fantastic.

Very poor quality for the price. I ordered the best interior/exterior detailing package they offered. It cost $144 dollars and there were many details missed. A good detailer can find cracks and crevasses that you didnt even know your car had. This place didnt really do anything that I couldnt have done myself. Ive had much better detailing done in Milwaukee for less money. The housing for the sun-roof was untouched. The inside of the door to the gas cap was untouched. And, the alloy wheels were just sort of given a once-over. Still pretty grimy in the corners.The staff is odd too. When I first went to make my appointment, it was like walking into a college dorm room. There were a bunch of dudes with their girlfriends sitting around eating pizza. Weird first impression. When I picked the car up, the guy behind the counter, who Im assuming was the owner or manager, was talking to one of his vendors on the phone and basically having it out. He was arguing with them about how bad their customer service was (ironic, I thought) then got off the phone and was all proud of himself the way he put them in their place.Overall impression-- strange operation, un-detailed detailing, way over-priced for what you get.
