Best experience I have ever had when car shopping. The dealership was over an hour away, but was worth the drive. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I bought the car that same day and drove it home. I will definitely refer people to them!
They talked to us and talked us thru everything they were doing while they were doing it. They even worked to get our bill down, so we could afford the cost after our after market warranty company didnt live up to their end of the agreement we had. They were very friendly and compassionate. They treated us better than any other dealership would. We have told them that they will always have our business and we will recommend them to everyone we know :)
I went in to lease a vehicle and had an excellent experience. I was in and out with a new vehicle the same day. The team did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to friends and family.
I am extremely unimpressed with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service that I have received from this dealership. I have purchased a pre-owned vehicle... Which, has some flaws in the paint. At the time of purchase, this was brought to their attention, before any paperwork was signed. There was a deal struck that the paint would be fixed. The hatch, underneath the hatch, and a small spot in the front were discussed. When the time came, for them to hold up to their end of the deal, the dealership only had the hatch painted. They ignored the rest. Every time I spoke with someone regarding all of the spots that were supposed to be painted, they said that only the hatch was approved. Then said they needed approval from the manager. Each time, I waited as they spoke with the manager, and then came back saying the work was approved. Finally, I went to pick up my vehicle, and these issues were not addressed. Only the hatch. I then spoke with Isabel, and her manager. They tried telling me that wasnt part of the deal, and only the hatch was approved. There excuses were that the car is used. They said I was told that the hatch was the only part that was approved (which, no-one ever said). I was told the opposite, at least 3 times. They gave me attitude, and acted like bc the car was pre-owned I dont deserve the same respect, as if I was purchasing the vehicle new. Im sure they still both received their commissions, and nothing had to come out of their own pockets. As far as Im concerned, this is some super shady business practice, and I will not be purchasing another car with them ever again.Ps...a deal is not considered complimentary and the whole hatch was not painted. Theres still scuffs left there. As for the other spots, Im worried that the paint is going to peel further, and cause me bigger problems in the future. Actually, doesnt even look like it was washed before they put paint on. I did not do a review for any type of response, and did not come here to argue. I did it so other people would know what they are getting in to. Its supposed to be a safe space to give an honest opinion. This paint job was what sealed the deal for me in buying the car. I was still unsure until I was told it would be fixed, before I signed any paperwork.

They apparently did a full diagnostic and checked everything but when I got my vehicle back when you turn the car off and on there is a high pitched crackling through the stereo.Also checked off that tire pressure was good but one tire was low and 14 psi below what it was supposed to be so they definitely didn’t check the pressure and did the bare minimum for the diagnostic and charged an outrageous price for it. Only thing they really did was check the battery. They said nothing about a $50 labor charge for putting in a new battery. If they had I would have just done that myself in the parking lot. It takes like two minutes and not worth what they charge. Complete rip off. Will not be utilizing this dealership for any service again let alone buying a new car from them
Edward Kondracki provided excellent customer service when I bought my Nissan Rogue. He made sure to answer any and all questions I had and ensured I was aware of each step of the process and understood all of the features that came with my new Nissan Rogue. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I called about a check engine light coming on a day after the purchase and have yet to receive a call back from you. It was prior to Memorial Day weekend and you all were closed on Monday but I left two messages with the front desk girl to discuss this. I normally give great reviews but the lack of care or a call back is absolutely the worst customer service. We also had a wonderful sales person with the car.

I started my car with Davidson Ford but I decide to continue and finish my purchase at Davidson Nissan due to Isabel she was very nice and answered all my questions.

Everything went GREAT--until it came time to sign the paperwork--I was quoted in writing a specific dollar amount for a monthly payment and when it came time to sign everything I noted the payment was $12 higher--not a big deal but when I asked why the finance person Alex (not the salesperson Isabelle) told me there was a glitch in their computer system and when she was calculating all of the figures as it switches from one screen to another screen the computer doesnt show the correct payment amount. In other words there was a $500 error on their part and they were just going to pass that along to me. I felt like this was kind of sneaky and a bit underhanded. Alex told me this happens sometimes with this computer software--So I told her I was not happy about this as I was quoted a specific price and that my wife and I were comfortable with that price and that is what prompted us to say we would buy the car. Alex went back and talked to someone and that person agreed to take $400 of the $500 off the Loan and so it brought the payment down to within $2 of what we had in writing for the payment. I was made to feel like I did something wrong by questioning the dollar amount and I also felt like I had no choice about the $100 difference between the extra I was paying and what I was quoted. Alex said that a $400 return was the best they could do . So here is my take on the whole experience--Isabelle the sales person did a great job, my wife loves the car and we got a good trade-in for our old vehicle, but the whole sneaky, underhanded way they went about increasing my payment kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I took my murano in because a dealer in syracuse could not figure out why car would slam brakes on when backing up after they had replaced rear bumper so Davidson took me right in next day and not even 10 minutes they had it . Davidson knew I had paid out of my pocket big to have collision place in Syracuse replace this so they took me and let me know camera on rear bumper they installed upside down .....Davidson very very honest and I will continue to make trip to Watertown for them when my car needs anything now .
Team is always friendly and honest and does not push extras that may or may not be necessary.

The salesman was nice and service was okMy only problem was as a business when you tell me you’re going to take care of something that’s what I expect. I would of let it go if the rest of the work was done even if you didn’t replace something. All in all I love the truck and it was an easy process thumbs up for that.
Can I just say that the service department at this dealership is beyond compare. It is absolutely the best. Every time I call to set up an appointment Brandy answers the phone with her friendly voice! She is always knowledgeable and accommodating. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face! Recently I had an issue with my window malfunctioning. A mechanic and service department gentleman named Kevin stayed late to take a look at my vehicle. They were unable to repair it so they set me up with a rental. I received a call the next morning at 8:30am from Kevin informing me that my window was fixed. I went on to tell him about several other issues that I needed to be taken care of with the vehicle. He was able to jump through hoops to get my vehicle ready to roll! I was beyond impressed, and super grateful. I have never been disappointed by the service team at this facility. Kudos to them. They all deserve raises.
Very friendly and attentive, listened to my concern so he could relay the information to his mechanic/technician. After just a few minutes came back to explain my concern was a normal response given the type of transmission. Completely set me at ease about it and said if there is any issue with it later it is now documented that Ive had a concern about it and had it looked at. Very pleased with the outcome and service.
Service was quick and as scheduled. Staff was cordial. a little pricey .waiting room was freezing.
Dont buy from these people. they dont know what there doing, sales or service. They will do anything to get your money and they dont honor warranties. You will be sorry if you do.

I hade my 6 month maintenance done and front brake pads changed. The service was exceptionally great and it only took a couple of hours. If there is a Nissan in need of repair or routine maintenance I highly recommend Davidson Nissan! Thank you Davidson Nissan.

I was charges for installation of rear brake drums but there are no brake drums on. It looks like a conversion kit instead.

So far not impressed with this place, brought new truck to be under coated after purchased. When I got it back, there was smudge and grease marks all over the inside. And all I got for an answer is well look into it. Probably was never looked at once the undercoating place brought the vehicle back. Will update when it gets time for warranty and oil changes...

Still waiting a call back from the service department from over a week ago regarding getting an appointment at CARSTAR for repairs under a warranty. This is after I had to call them 3 weeks after an inspection regarding information I had requested. The employee advised me of what I needed to do. When I inquired why nobody had called to tell me that info she stated they had just received the answer they needed 2 days before. Still 2 days is 2 days and I would think they would have called me to let me know. Makes me wonder if I had not called them how long it would have taken them to contact me.

We have dealt with Vision Nissan in both Webster, NY and Canandaigua, NY and had what could only be described as a shady used car saleman experience. Service at this dealership was very poor. We were receiving information from our sales person, and the finance manager/representative, and the sales person did not know what she was talking about nor did she try to get information we asked for. Very slow service, waiting around for an hour or two just sitting there waiting on what seemed like nothing without any information. Asked our sales person about a warranty to which she had no information for, she rushed to finalize the sale, to which we did not purchase due to the mislead of information. Told one thing by someone else, and told a total opposite by the other. Looked like no effort was even put into helping us. We asked what the total price would be and the sales person said I think its this, didnt sound confident what so ever in her answer. I do not recommend you come here until they figure out how to run a business.
15 minutes to try and diagnose a problem after the customer explains the situation and issues with the vehicle. Which later turned into a 20 minute diagnosis all of a sudden. With the extra time nowadays I expect a little bit more time to trouble shoot problems. This will be the last Nissan I own.Edit: After searching high in low in this town filled with poor customer service and “this is the way we do things” I went on base to get my freon refilled. 40 dollars…

I was charged extremely high amount for a simple diagnostic. Just to tell me that my cruise control buttons are not working $265, why? I have a Toyota and Waite Toyota charges $120 for weigh more diagnostic. It is ridiculous. And then the parts are also out of reach.

I did my research and went to a dealership that was familiar and I was highly disappointed with their service and salesmanship. I came to Davidson dealership and right away was welcomed at the door. I met Sharon Cullen for the first time and she was Professional and very knowledgeable of her trade. Sharon was patient, helpful and fun to go experience buying a new car. I drove several cars and she listened to what I wanted not what she thought I should have. Sharon picked out the right car for me and I couldn’t be more pleased. Usually when it comes to the financial part the managers tend to be very conservative. Chuck was awesome he helped me navigate into a wonderful payment plan that would work for me. Chuck also made sure the car was in excellent condition before I drove off the lot. I am going to send all my friends and associates to Davidson dealership. Ed sold me a Nissan after I was shopping at the GM store and I expressed interest in returning to a foreign car. He worked very hard to help meet my auto shopping needs. I also appreciate his willingness to step outside his typical product to work with me.
I went there back in July to get my AC and Heater unit fixed, they did there dynastic and told me it would be 1500 dollars to fix. When I took it to a different Nissan dealership they told me it would be 750 to fix. They had also messed up my Airbag unit while figuring out what was wrong with my AC and Heater, Dont know how the did that but now I have to get that fixed to which is 900 dollar fix. If you bought a vichele from a Nissan dealer and need to get your car worked on Dont go there, theyll charge you double the price and it seems to me there mechanics dont know what theyre doing.

My car has now been at Davidson’s for 4 business days and a weekend now. I was told the car would be ready on Friday and then Monday morning. Here it is 11:25am Monday morning and was told could I please give them till the afternoon to pick up the car? Do I really have a choice?? You would think that they would get it done since what they are charging me is astronomical. $2600 then says on Friday it needed another $500 in work. No thank you. I will take it somewhere else thanks anyways. And I WILL NOT be back to Davidson’s for anything. I am very unhappy right now.
Mechanic identified the leak. Part was ordered and replaced. Currently waiting for an interior panel on order to return. What made Davidson stand out was my spare keys were left at the service counter. I called and the gentleman, Fran at the desk, went out of his way and dropped the keys off to me on his way home from work. Above and beyond NICE!
Great service dept. Isolated problem, fixed and came in under anticipated quote. Erica was very friendly and helpful throughout process. The only reason I indicated that I would probably not purchase a new Nissan at this dealership is I live in Florida. I did buy a new 2004 Titan from this dealership when I lived in Central NY and it also was a pleasant experience.
As always, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The waiting area is always so clean. TV is in perfect spot for watching while waiting. They said a half hour and it was done in that or shorter! So the estimator was right on!

My most recent experience with Davidson Nissan occurred last week when I took my truck in to have the oil changed. Not only did they change the oil (for free)(first change) but they did an entire vehicle inspection including the alignment and all computer systems. They installed new RADIO Software, changed a blown fuse and to top it all off, The WASHED MY TRUCK and sent it back to my Pristine Clean!!! No Charge, No Hassle, No Problems ! They are AWESOME :))

Oil change and rotated tires; they found other things that needed done but did nothing without first contacting me and getting ok to proceed. Washed my car and made sure I had transportation back to them. We love Erica. She is so sweet friendly and helpful

I am very happy with my experience at Davidson. I feel Sharon was very thorough. I never felt pressured and she let me try out getting my kayak in the vehicle so I knew it would fit my needs before I bought the vehicle. Even though I was shown all the features, I would feel comfortable going back to ask Sharon questions about using the features that I might have forgotten. Having done some research before going to the dealer, I feel I got a fair price which is always important to me.
The requested work was performed. Communication was very good. Shuttle service is very helpful. And my car was washed - which was a VERY nice surprise.

Although my purchase was not typical, how you may do it(visit dealer) I couldnt be more pleased. Ed completed my purchase and delivered my sight unseen pre-owned vehicle as we discussed and they described. When I did show up, paperwork was filled out, and explained professionally. I spent less than 15 minutes total picking up the vehicle. I would not hesitate again to purchase from Davidson. Overall, It was not the typical stereotypical Dealer experience I expected, it was simply how I wanted it. If I had to nitpick something, the impeccably insanely clean car could have a had a fresh wax feel...
I originally went in for a New York state inspection. While I was there I spoke with one of their salespeople, test drove a couple of cars and a couple hours later I was headed home with a newer car... All of the staff there were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The deal for the trade-in was more than fair. Everyone there was very friendly and even got a free ice cream out of it. I will definitely do more business with Davidson Nissan and will recommend them to my friends and family.
