I came in today for an oil change and a good lookover as I have a large trip ahead.Receptionist was very professional and nice, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The tech working on it even came into the office with my old air filter and ASKED me if Id be okay with him replacing it..I expected to pay around 90$ for everything (foreign truck, synthetic oil) but only paid $66.Highly recommend!

I drove up from Louisiana for the holidays,went to leave and my truck had some issues my husband and I tried to fix it but could not, call Dougs first thing in the morning had an appointment that afternoon, two hours later my truck is running better then when I left home, this place is amazing fast,easy and friendly, and wont charge an arm and leg. 10/10

Best mechanic in town. Two different times I had a vehicle with a problem that other mechanics couldnt identify, Dougs had it diagnosed 20 minutes after they opened. Also, excellent customer service and they work hard to get your vehicle back to you aaap.

We were on a cross country road trip and had a couple issues that needed tending to immediately. Dougs was recommended to us by a couple shops around town who didnt have availability. Was in watertown from out of town, messaged there Facebook page and didnt even wait more than 15 min and they had messaged us back saying bring it in right away. Pulled up to the shop and Clay came out to take a look at it...hopped right in the pickup and pulled us in and lifted it up to see what was going on. He came in and told us exactly what had happened, he even brought us out to the shop to show us. BEST place Ive ever been to and we are from Wisconsin. Had a cv joint go out on my truck so I called around 7:30, took the truck in at 8 and they were done in less than 5 hours. Fast and friendly service, quality work at a quick rate, cleaned and detailed it as well. Would definitely take my vehicles there. Highly recommended!!!!
