They provided quick, efficient estimates on some hail damage on two vehicles we had already decided to trade in. Despite understanding they likely wouldnt be getting the repair work, they were extremely professional and helpful.

Careless staff. Was in an auto accident that was no fault of my own. Delay in getting it settled because their staff “ lost” the pictures. Estimate given to me vs the one sent to insurance was a $2000 difference. The cheaper one that was sent to insurance had used parts that couldnt even be used on my car. The man said I should have it fixed there but stammered over what the actual cost would be. I had to go back and have them retake pictures. Proceed with caution. It was upsetting enough getting into an accident that was not your fault and then having deal with an auto body repair that misplaces things.
