Called to see if someone was available to give me a quote for a paint job on my car if I brought it down. Guy on the phone was pretty rude. He said paint jobs start at 4K so call me back when your serious. Uhm if I wasn’t serious I wouldn’t call!

Amazing customer service at the valley auto body. I came in to get my paint fixed from an accident and I was surprised to find out they completely detailed my car. Fast and friendly would highly recommend.

These folks are awesome!! They provide great customer service, pleasant to speak with on the phone, and let me know promptly my vehicle would take a bit longer than expected. As I write this review, I have not seen the finished product but expect their work to be as excellent as their communication and follow-up.They even coordinated an extra upgrade (clear auto armor) as well. I could not be more happy with Valley Autobody. I have an older car that needed the sunroof repaired and I did not want to spend a lot of money on the repair as I am preparing to sell the vehicle. I dropped it off and was called later with some bad news. They said the headliner could not be removed without destroying it and that a replacement was going to be $500. So in order to even diagnose the problem I was going to have to replace the headliner. I asked if there was a way to disable the sunroof but to stop the leak, and they went to work. The next day I received a call from Valley Autobody and was informed that they had reevaluated the headliner and figured out how to remove it without destroying it. They then diagnosed the problem to be a quick fix (reconnect drain lines) and reinstalled the headliner. They detailed the car and called me for payment. Total bill came in at $95!!! A detail wouldnt have been that cheap. On top of this, I was out of town and they stored the car for 2 weeks without charging me storage. Good job Valley Autobody. You have one happy customer here and I have already been singing your praises to my friends and family.

Great service. Only needed minor work, but they did above and beyond--including a thorough cleaning of the interior. It looks brand new, which is saying a lot since we havent had a chance to vacuum it in a while. :-) They were accurate and honest about when it would be finished, called for verbal consent before touching it after the tow truck dropped it off, and thoroughly explained the damages. Impressive business!

They are great! Friendly, efficient, nice work...and when I went back a month later with a small issue they fixed it right then and there. Ashley is the best!

Valley Auto Body did such an amazing job on my car! I’m 21 years old with a new baby and I don’t know much about cars. The front desk lady, Miranda was so sweet to me and took the time to explain things over and over so that I would understand processes/procedures with everything from my insurance, to my car parts and alignmen. Even with the rental car from a different company. They kept me updated the whole time. Very good communication. When I picked my car up, they had even taken out extra dents and fixed some scratches that were not accident related. They detailed the inside of my car and made it all beautiful and shiny. I am beyond happy with my car, and the service they provided! I’d recommend them to anyone I know needing auto body repairs. So thankful!

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They got my 1997 old camper van back operational very quickly and went above and beyond to help me out. Great people, great work!

This repair shop is absolutely the best! They took care about everything - they were knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and it was a pleasure for me to deal with such a great people! The most important about Valley Auto Body is that they work really fast and repaired my car for minutes. :) They will be mine new auto body shop from now on!

Came in lesser expensive than Chaz auto body and auto body concepts by 2k. They were honest, fast and professional.

This company helped me so much! Like every other man I love my car and I want to be in the best hands. In the years Ive been trying different auto repair shops, but noone was good enough for my car till Valley Auto Body. I know that sounds like a commercial, but believe me its not.
